Been going to Tobacco Expo for about 3 years now, when the tobacco shop next to Dollar General (off N Prospect and Bloomington Road) moved to another location. Store looks small but it's jam-packed with products besides the obvious tobacco: vapes, pipes, water pipes, hookahs, concentrate, Delta 8 products, etc, and my personal favorite THCA flower. Shop is impeccably organized, clean AF, and brightly lit. Heath is great, nice to talk to, knows his products, and is always ready to suggest a product to meet your needs. Prices are reasonable, and cheaper on the tobacco and tubes I buy than some others. Love this place and hope it's around for a long time! read more

i've never met more kind or more helpful people anywhere in Illinois. They are wonderful every time I've ever walked through the door.

Literally if I could give this restaurant more stars I would. They deserve at least 69 stairs, if not more. The food was immaculate and just straight up impressive. Their servers were on amazing, and so educated. One of the best farm to table restaurants in Champaign Urbana. Tobacco EXPO never ceases to amaze me, down to the presentation, to the pairing of wines and cocktails. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends coming through town. read more

Omg this place is the shit. I came to town and was in dire need of pods for my Smok Rolo-badge. I called all of the vape shops and no one had them. I was reluctant to call this place because the name suggests it's more of a smoke shop than a vape shop. But I called. And dude had me laughing so hard. "Tobacco Expo?" "Ay do you guys have pods for the rolo badge?" "Fuck yea we do!" "Really?!" "Yea! Slide thru!" "Word I'll be there in 5!" It was kinda a "had-to-be-there" moment but this is my spot from now on! read more

Heath @ Tobacco Expo is Uber chill & always as helpful as he is friendly and approachable. I can't say enough how thankful or satisfied I am everytime I go here. Prices are fair, inventory always stocked like mad. No matter what I need at the last minute on a budget, he always tries to work with me and always has more than one option to choose from. If you got a problem going here, then it ain't Tobacco Expo lol read more

I'm traveling through the area in my RV and ran out of hookah tobacco. Quick google search came up with tobacco Expo on my route. It had great reviews so I stoped in. Store was well lit with good signage, easy to find. The interior was clean and organized. I received a warm treating and offer to help find anything as soon as I walked in. They had great selection of shisha and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Tons of shisha flavor options. I'm excited to try "white bear" that was recommended by staff. The prices were very reasonable. Really a nice experience and I'm glad I chose this spot to stop in. read more

I just got some good "concentrate" and needed a good vaporizer, I messaged dude on what I was looking for which was the Exus Go, he had one, his last one, and he gave me a good deal he even had the water attachment to sweet'n up the deal and even threw in a silicone concentrate case... for free! This shop is the definitely the only place to go for your vape needs, and your glass needs, will recommend for sure! read more

Very clean store, very large selection of all needed smoking accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable and will take there time to insure you get what you need and not pay for unneeded extras other shops try and upsell you. Large amount of CBD products with new things weekly. read more

This has got to be by far the best tobacco store I have ever been into. I am not usually a local around here but I happened to stop in for some pods and this place is massive. I've never seen a larger selection of products in my life. If I am ever around I will for sure be back to check out the rest of their inventory as I was in sort of a rush. read more

I would love to give this place a 5 star rating but it lacks in a few categories. Although completely knowledgeable on their products, they seem to not own a clock. On three separate occasions, I have arrived between 9am and 10am only to find the place closed. The hours on the door clearly state that they open at 9am. read more

This shop has a massive selection. Especially if you are looking for vape mods and juices. Seriously, if you can't find it here I doubt you will find it anywhere else. I went to 4 to 5 other vape shops and all of them together couldn't match the selection here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

Tobacco Expo is the greatest smoke shop in Champaign Urbana and surrounding areas. Not only are they the friendliest they treat you like family and actually know everything about everything they sell and go out of their way to help you pick out the item you actually need and explain how to use it. Heath the boss there actually blew my mind one day going above and beyond in customer service and drove across town to me and saved my day by delivering a mod and bottle of e-juice. Check this out my car just broke down then someone crashed into it after I got it towed home. And I live in Gramercy park on the other side of town from Tobacco Expo my mod box broke and I ran out of E-juice all while having the mother of all nic-fits, so to avoid going to the gas station for a pack of Marlboros I made a terrible mistake on the worst day I've almost ever had and walked over to this other smoke shop and as soon as I walked in red flags went off immediately. The owner there is selling a bong with a 25mm quartz banger and a torch to a young lady who has no idea how to use it and is asking him how to while he very confidently grabs the torch and says heat it up for a few seconds then drop in your dabs and pull on the bong, bang your good to go and starts to ring her up. Me being the veteran extract connoisseur very politely interrupts the transaction by saying she has to have a carb cap for that or she will just waste her very expensive extract she is trying to enjoy. This fool of an owner immediately says no so and I say yes and he snaps back no so I ask him have you ever hit a dab and he says no, well I have she needs a carb cap and you actually sell a few different types for this banger so i pick her out the right one and explain to her how to properly use her new rig and she leaves happy. So I go over to the display cabinet to pick out a new mod box and e-juice ready to spend about 100$ and they are behind a sliding glass cabinet with no locks on it. Me knowing proper smoke shop etiquette ask the owner to open it and give me prices, he stays behind the counter and says go ahead and open it yourself they are all 50$ so I proceeded to do so, I picked up the first mod and have to remove my glasses to read the box and accidentally dropped my glasses on the ground so I picked them up and put them in my pocket and continue to read the box, and then all of the sudden I hear a quick shuffling and this fool owner is next to me Patting down my pockets, angrily accusing me of stealing asking me what I just put in my pocket. I actually stayed composed and politely told him I did not steal anything I simply was putting my glasses away so I could read the box. He then told me I'd been in his store to long get out and go down the road to that snake Heath's store. And I'm like OMG I wish I would have spent 30$ on an Uber to do so. At this point now I'm mad so I stand in front of his store call Tobacco Expo told them what just happened and ask him if I can buy a mod and e-juice over the phone and have my friend pick it up at 6:30. Heath tells me no problem but he closes at 6 so he would leave it with his friend next door that owns Active Wear, And I'm like cool thanks brother. So I started to walk home to ride out the shock of being falsely accused of stealing and fighting the urge to just buy cigarettes. I get home and my phone rings and its Heath from Tobacco Expo, He says meet me at Kentucky fried chicken brother and came in clutch and saved my day by bringing me a new mod and e-juice. I tried to buy him lunch but he modestly refused and said what are friends for. All I could do was thank him and my night actually got better. Like I said best customer service in town. read more
