Every single thing that this place sells can be found online for, at minimum, half the price. Batteries are cheap and generally used (but of course they are sold as if they are new). They are constantly out of stock on things that people would actually want to buy. Always told "come back Wednesday". Employees don't seem too awful which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Although, they do need to train them better on how to clear out the smell of cannabis rolling out of the backroom. I will not be returning. read more

I used to be a big supporter of this store but the fast few experiences have not been good. I've gotten merchandise that has quit working just over their 30 day return policy, as well as atomizers that have had bad threading, etc. There seems to be much more defective merchandise rolling out of that store than there should be. I have gotten much better customer service through online vape shops where merchandise is much cheaper. I just cannot really recommend this shop any longer. As far local vape shops go, I'd have to recommend Vape Vault. read more

I will never go in here again first time took employee 20 min to get to me. Said the coil for my device are hard to get so I purchased a new tank and extra coil. 2 weeks later my e cig wouldn't work it was like it was dead. Went back here and they said my battery was dead sold me a new one and kept my old one. At this point I had no idea that you could shut it off by pushing the button 5 times quickly. I just found this out today when my new battery didn't work and I went to a different shop that turned it back on for me. When I called Vapors to see if they still had my old battery that I suspect was just shut off not trashed. The guy said they always tell people how to shut off and turn on and he remembered telling me that NO HE DIDNT. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are not a newbie or they will sell you something you may not need. read more

Horrid service. Walked into several(4-5) people standing around the one employee talking. Asked about device and available colors. Employee doesn't even look at us and says he will check colors. Never moves from his seat and continues to talk to the group around him. After around 10-15 mins and employee still hasn't moved or acknowledged our existence, we left. No one(in the group or otherwise) even looked our way. Was prepared to spend quite a bit, we won't bother going back. read more

Pricey and extremely slow. Also, did I mention that the guy who owns it (or at least claimed so in front of one of the employees who didn't disprove his claim) is a racist? While I was trying to explain to the employee that I wanted their 3+1 offer, he approached and asked "what is he trying to pull?" I tried to explain to him also that the previous week I had bought 40ml of juice from a different employee, and he replied sarcastically that they had fired him because he wasn't good enough in his job. Then, he asked if I was Armenian, and he told me proudly that he knew how to say "hallo" in many different languages. Although I should have told him that this is not even nearly as impressive as what the hero of Tom Robbins' "Fierce Invalids Return from Hot Climates" was able to do, I said nothing. He proceeded to say something that sounded like Russian but as he told me this was another Slavic language and the meaning of the phrase he uttered was "where did all the white men go?" I took this as a hint intended to insult my dark-colored skin. I left the place while he was blabbering about himself being an inventor of fireballs. Anyway, I'd rather start smoking again than go back to that place. read more

i love love looooove vapors. i quit smoking ciggs because of them. these guys are the best in town and you can't beat the prices they have.

Bad return policy and service after the sale. No where in the store or on the receipt does it say no refunds or exchanges without receipt. Had problems with vaporizer less than 30 days after purchase. Went in for help and was told it isn't charging because it is charged. I was told maybe I needed to read the owners manual. Vaporizer went dead and would not charge, so went back the next day. Vaporizer had a 30 day warranty and because I expected it to last more than 30 days I was not careful with the receipt. I was able to find the purchase on my bank statement as proof of purchase. I was told that I must have a receipt. I ended up having to buy another of the same vaporizer. I asked if I found the receipt if I could return it for a return. I was told yes. After much searching, I found the receipt. I went back in for a return and I was told by the manager that there are no returns. I told him he told me I could return it. He said I must have misunderstood. He said he could not take money out of the register or he would get written up. Not sure why he is the manager if he has no authority to take care of customers. As I left I was told to "enjoy the rest of your day." Will not shop at this store again. They sure want to sell but not so much on service after the sale. Buyer beware!! read more
