They are great at recommending products and accessories and are a useful resource for help if you're having issues with your vape. They have an extensive selection of juices and are always stocking the newest versions of vape accessories. During the pandemic, they implemented easy-to-use online ordering and free local delivery. I've used the local delivery a few times and it has always been a speedy and pleasant experience. Found vape vault recently as I'm new to vaping. Every employee here is knowledgable and friendly. Very willing to help you find the perfect rig for you and will show you how to set it up, keep it in great working condition and even help you customize it to your tastes even if they don't sell what you want they will help you find it. It's a great place to shop or just hang out for a while, you can play pool, listen to music and talk with all kinds of different folks. They have a tasting bar also for juices, it 50 cents for 10 samples which is very reasonable considering if your new like me and don't want to just waste cash trying to find your go to juice. Save yourself and go with a more reputable vape store. Small, cheaply made juice selection(heart burn alert!). Some of the workers don't even know what they are talking about as far as there device selection and what coils and tanks are interchangeable. Maybe this store is more for advanced vaping connoisseurs, idk. read more

tl:dr if you're looking for delicious juices, any part you can imagine, an awesome atmosphere, and extremely helpful employees, go to the vape vault. This is THE BEST vape store to go to in Champaign. I walked in just wanting to check the place out from a recommendation from another shop owner, and was extremely surprised! I've been to most if not all of similar stores in proximity and can definitely see the work these guys put into making the place. I came in for advice as I just bought a new mod, and everyone working was extremely helpful and welcoming. Basically anything I asked for they had, be it RDAs, RTAs, built coils, chargers (they had a 6 battery holder with bluetooth? what?), batteries, etc. I ended up picking up an RDA from their discount bin that's been working really well so far. I sampled one juice that they distribute, Giraffe Biscuits, and immediately was into it. It's apparently their top selling juice, and for a good reason. Their juices come in all the normal nic levels, and are arranged in a pretty easy to navigate binder. Brandon basically walked me through everything with my new mod. He helped me make coils and figure out how to wick the new RDA and gave me a bunch of tips associated with. He was crazy patient and knew what he was talking about. Talk to Brandon!! Another employee (Chris) was making some sort of fused clapton build and gave us a rundown on how it worked and how to make one. A customer walked in and asked Chris for a new flavor, he basically had the customer's flavor profile down and bought the juice no questions asked. The owners have been in the juice game for a while, and apparently have been distributors for some time. Their experience shows; I had a flavor profile in mind and I think they nailed it. The place itself is an awesome area to hang out, there are couches, a pool table, TVs with DIY videos playing and some solid music going. They have complimentary water and a keurig that was a great touch and made the environment better. They also have large fridges with drinks like peace tea, and monster. The store used to be a bank which is why there's a giant vault in house, and may be the store's etymology. I know for sure I'll be back to get more juice. Everything's fair priced for a local store. If you're thinking of buying online, check this place out first. Becoming a customer totally has its benefits as you can ask them anything and learn a lot. Definitely recommend this store! Excellent atmosphere! Have been in twice and the staff are very friendly. Went in today, looking for some more unique and different juices to try. Found a Mountain Dew Baja Blast flavored juice to try. Excellent vape shop! Next time, I'll plan to have some free time, so I can go in to vape and chill! read more
