One of the very best of the best for sure. Professional and great for company parties. My company has seen nothing but consistency and the freshest flowers. Thanks you Lisa at Champaign. read more

Abbott's Florist - Loved these at St Patty's Day. - Florists Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

They have sent flowers for me for a new baby and birthdays, and each experience was smooth. I've given them short notice too (same day- I'm sorry!), and they deliver as scheduled without any hiccups. Thanks so much for accommodating my requests. The flowers are fresh and beautiful, and put a smile on her face. read more

Abbott's Florist - Same day birthday flowers- fresh mix of pink! - Florists Near Me - Champaign, Illinois

I called from out of state to order flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday as a surprise. Pros - very professional over the phone, very helpful, promised exactly what I ordered when I asked for it by name - I had checked their website. Was delivered that very day, also very appreciated. Cons - they apparently did not have the Gerberas I ordered, and although they had my cell number, made no attempt to call. I would have preferred to select something else. I had wanted something big and colorful. What was delivered was pink, boring, and flat, like arranged in a box. SOOOOO disappointed, I can't believe I spent $75 for something I did not request and that I did not think was pretty at all. They did refund my delivery charge - but how do you fix such a disappointment? read more

We used them to make small arrangements for our wedding cake, sent them the picture and confirmed everything before leaving. We went the day of our wedding to pick up the arrangements only to find that they did not do the arrangements and then told us they didn't have anyone available to do the arrangements to fix their mistake. We left and my husband figured it out himself because he's talented and was able to save the day. But they added unnecessary stress to a very busy day. Then Amy, someone girl who works there, did not like our review of the service and thought it would be in their best interested to call us and tell us our feelings and experience was incorrect and not valid. What kind of business calls customers to tell them their opinions of a service is incorrect. Amy should be fired. Would not recommend this. Plenty of other options. Awful experience read more

At 35,000 feet Abbott's really did RISE to the occasion. New job, new boss: 2 week on the job as Personal Assistant. On a flight and received text from boss. 'Today is Moms birthday, I hope flowers were sent!' This is where LIsa jumps in with her team to save the day! I needed something bigger than what was pictured on her website, so emailed with the desperate subject line:"HELP!". Well help, she did! Via email and within a 2 hour time frame LIsa's team not only designed one of the most stunning arrangements but had it delivered to Mom straight away! I cannot say enough what a pleasure she was to work with and how the team went literally ABOVE and beyond to make it happen with as I said, stunning results! Thank you Lisa and your team. Abbott's will rise to your occasion! read more

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for a sympathy gift. I got a picture from the recepient a few days later and it was BEAUTIFUL!! The deluxe model was the priciest option but we'll worth it after seeing the arrangement. I had to call the store to request a correction on the note and they were very kind and friendly. I even told my husband, "this is where you need to get me flowers from" :-D read more

Got flowers for Prom and they were not pretty. Looked like they were half ass done. My boyfriends boutonnière didn't last 2 hours. There's is glue everywhere. I paid a lot for these flowers and they suck. read more

We used Abbott's to get flowers for our centerpieces for our wedding. We were on a tight budget, and Abbott's worked with us to stay within our budget but still create a beautiful, simple centerpiece that we could put together ourselves. They made great recommendations about affordable options to make everything look a little nicer, and special ordered flowers in the color we wanted. We loved how everything turned out and will happily work with them again! read more

I am not from the Champaign area but when my grandfather passed away I was chosen to pick a floral arrangement on behalf of the 20+ grandchildren. This was my first experience with this type of arrangement. I started looking online, but really was not comfortable ordering flowers so important on the internet. While in Champaign with my mom doing some finalization for the service, my sister and I visited Abbott's Florist and met with Erin. She made us feel so comfortable, having never did this before and gave me excellent advice. She made me feel very confident and understand the importance of my decision. I was concerned and really wanted the flowers to be right. I even spoke with Erin the next day to ensure I was ordering the right thing. On the day of the service the flowers were perfect! I mean they actually took my breath away! It was everything I said I wanted and more! Erin understood that what the flowers were so much more than decorations to our family. Thanks so much for your excellent service you gave our family! read more

Not a good experience. My mom ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday as a surprise. They were not delivered on my birthday and they called me ruining the surprise and then were not flexible on the delivery time. Also the man who left me was completely incomprehensible and had to repeat message several times to understand. Woman was also rude on the phone. However, flowers were pretty. read more

Great assistance and delivery time! My order was accurate and looked great! Added items to the order for a customized fit!

Abbott's was recommended to us by the bakery from which we got our wedding cake. We were frustrated the lack of responsiveness from two other floral designers. Lisa @ Abbott's responded immediately to our request for centerpieces & boutonnieres. We described our vision and Abbott's delivered. The centerpieces & boutonnieres exceeded our expectations & our wedding guests all spoke to how amazing our flowers looked. Abbott's also worked with our bakery to make sure the flowers on our cake matched our centerpieces. I would use Abbott's again in a heartbeat. Don't be fooled by some of the "modern" florists in the area; the best is Abbott's. read more

I ordered flowers for the first time in my life from Abbott's today. The service over the phone was very friendly and easy to work with. The flowers were delivered quickly and I was very impressed with the quality of the flowers and the artfulness of the arrangement. They helped bring some joy to someone who needed that. I'll absolutely choose Abbott's again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers. read more

I scheduled a consultation with Abbott's Florist for my wedding and reception flowers. I met with a girl named Erin on a Thursday afternoon. My appointment was at Noon, and I got there about 11:45. She told me to have a seat and she would be right with me. At 12:10, she finally came out to sit down with me. She rarely looked me in the eye when speaking to me. The appointment itself went pretty good. I felt like she understood exactly what I wanted for my wedding and reception flowers, she even gave me some great ideas of things I had not thought of. When the appointment was over she said that she would email me a price list of everything Monday or Tuesday of the following week. 1 week later, I still had not heard from her, so I called the shop and was told that she was not in. The woman took down my phone number and email address just to make sure Erin had my correct information. She informed me that someone would call be back that afternoon. Three days later, still nothing. So, I called back and Erin answered. I explained to her that I was unhappy and did not understand why I had not heard from anyone. She very rudely told me that she was in the process of typing up the price list and would send it right away that day. It has now been another week and I've heard nothing. No email, no phone call, no nothing. Needless to say, I will not be using them for my wedding or any other event in the future. Mind you, they are a small family owned business and I was planning to spend close to $3000 there... I will gladly take my business elsewhere! read more
