Overall, not impressed with the older woman who runs this business from her home. The flowers from my wedding day were ivory, but the tips were brown and you could even see that in my photos. Her corsages were nice though. I was just thinking in terms of saving money, so I went to her. You really do get what you pay for. In this case, I feel like I could have picked up a couple dozen roses from Sam's Club and made my own bouquet that wasn't wilting and have payed less than half the price. Her corsages run for $12. Overall I paid $166 for 9 corsages and my terrible bouquet and my bridesmaid bouquet. Yes, that is cheap because I demanded not to pay full price. The most important thing is the bridal bouquet and it was already half dead when I got it. Also, when we had our consultation, she was not very professional, because she kept me there way longer than I needed to be by talking about her family forever. She also said "I can tell this is a budget wedding." I thought that was really rude. read more

Terrible customer service. My dad sent me flowers for Valentine's Day at my office and I received a phone call because the delivery driver couldn't figure out where to deliver them-he wasn't at the right building. I told them my company and address and the woman on the phone said, "I wish people would get the address right before calling in an order." Listen lady-my dad just paid your company money to send me flowers and your talking crap about the purchaser to the recipient. You obviously did not go to business school. Did a wonderful job for me for Valentine's Day. I checked on the Internet and called all over the Champaign/ Urbana area but didn't find one shop that offered a satisfactory combination of reasonable prices, good value, friendliness, and good delivery. Until I found this one. After talking with the owner, I ordered arrangements for two women in my family, and they let me know afterward that the flowers were delivered early in the day and were beautiful. With a good price that met my needs and a professional job that greatly impressed the recipients, what else would anyone want from a florist? read more

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a sympathy arrangement after my friend lost her uncle. I filled out all of the information asked for on the website, confirmed the address with my friend, and picked a nice rustic arrangement. The woman called me 3 or 4 times while I was work first because they didn't have the right flowers (I picked a fall arrangement... in October) then again because her driver could not find the address. She basically accused me of making up an address, and was unbelievably rude to me because HER driver can't read a map. (Why would I make up an address AFTER I paid her $50???). She gave me hell because I didn't leave my friends last name or phone number online...even though the website never asked for it, nor did I think it was necessary. I reluctantly gave away the phone # so they could get directions, and she proceeded to call my friend and berate her about where she lives and how it was hard to find... to deliver her SYMPATHY bouquet... after her Uncle had just DIED. (I'm sure she read my note on the flowers. So she knew.) I could not believe the professionalism this woman was throwing out. They eventually delivered the flowers to the "made up address" and my friend said they looked nice, but I will never. ever. suggest them to anyone. Seems ironic that such a bitter woman would run a flower shop. Ugh. read more
