They promised to replace my arrangement tomorrow (Monday). I understand and accept the apology and explanation. Thank you for your response. I'd rate you 4 stars now. :) P.S. The replacement flowers were very pretty. [original post with 2 star rating]---My daughter who lives out of state ordered some flowers for me for Mother's Day. She asked them for spring flowers thinking they would be pretty pastel colors (and she used to work for a florist so she knows her flowers) but what I got was a very amateur arrangement that looked like they picked up the flowers at Walmart. The arrangement was daisies, RED carnations and some other red flowers that are common fillers, with a red bow. Not very spring like. They were from my daughter so I love them but I'm very unhappy with the flowers in general. My daughter wasn't very happy when I showed her a photo either.
