Not much or any filler, just pure crab and maybe a binding agent (egg?). Different from the east coast crab cakes I've had that use a loooot of bread crumbs and the cake can sometimes be dry as a result. This cake was moist and flavorful and paired with a perfectly made hollandaise. For dessert we got the basque cake, which is like a crispy pound cake surrounded by cherry preserves and crushed almonds. It was topped with a wonderfully decadent yet light cream cheese ice-cream. 11/10 will come back (and bring friends)!
