If you're searching for a hair and makeup company for your wedding I would STRONGLY encourage you to do research and book elsewhere. I want to start by saying the entire experience with them was mediocre. I was originally supposed to get married in October of 2020 but was forced to postpone due to the pandemic and was charged $250 to change the wedding date which was a bummer but I guess I understood the circumstances. I had to change the location of "getting ready" morning of wedding which I confirmed with them no less than 3 times and when they sent over the last few email correspondences leading up to wedding they failed to spell my name correctly and continued to have the wrong location. Just thought they would be more on top of it. The morning of my wedding I was informed that they were sending a replacement hair gal who showed up about 30 minutes late. I had 5 girls in my wedding who were getting their hair done (including the MOB and MOG). Each on of them ended up fixing their hair and re doing everything after our hair girl left. I was so embarrassed and bummed that after all the money that was spent NO ONE LIKED THEIR HAIR. So disappointing. I do want to emphasis the girl I had for my wedding day trail makeup and hair was Kala and she was the BEST!! She really was so great and did such a great job on my hair and makeup. I understand it's been a difficult year for businesses but I'm so disappointed with the services based off how much money I paid! It was not cheap.... Again I'd strongly encourage anyone considering NW Hair + Makeup to book with another company. I really wish I had had a different hair+makeup experience for my wedding.
