I was a little bit more than uncomfortable at first because it had been over 3-1/2 months since then I used makeup and tried to get by. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows.
