Excellent service | knowledgeable staff | results I've been coming here the last couple of months when I broke out with hormonal pregnancy acne. I've seen Kyla, Carla, and Holly, and they are so sweet and excellent at what they do. I also converse with Sneha who usually works the front desk and she's really sweet as well. I am so impressed with this place. The place is located in a great area with ample parking. The office is clean and well stocked with skincare and acne free makeup lines. Scheduling an appointment at the front desk is easy, flexible and quick to do, or you can go online. They have a good number of estheticians, so finding a time that works for you isn't a problem. All of the ladies working here are very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I've never felt rushed here. They are thorough with their extractions, explain what they put on your face to meet your skincare goals, and make you feel pampered. I just saw Carla and she went absolutely above and beyond for me today. She gave extra attention to the extraction phase, especially because my pregnancy acne is pretty deep along the jawline. She applied Vaseline on my chapped lips at the end of my facial and gave me a free sample of a lip scrub she loves. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, asking if I wanted a blanket, heat/no heat for the bed. I enjoyed talking to her and felt so comfortable and taken cared of. I thought she was going to reschedule my appointment due to inclement weather, but she was there and able to see me. My skin is still a work in progress, but I notice the improvement already. I have less breakouts and my skin looks well hydrated and healthy. Patience is key and I'm already happy with the progress. These ladies genuinely care for your skincare goals. They update your skincare routine at every appointment so you're never left in the dark with what to do for care at home. They also have an incredible response time when you contact them with a question. I highly recommend this business and these ladies. I have been getting acne facials with Carla for years! I was looking for an esthetician that could clear up my face a little before my wedding. I came in and did a consultation with Carla, She is so friendly, and is really knowledgeable. We went over some ideas of what she thought could help me best during my consultation facial, and went over some of acne treatments, cleansers, and face washes I could use. I bought some products, which I honestly believe have helped me so much over the past 3 months. I've never really had a skin routine so it was nice to invest in one, and see the results! I was also surprised at how reasonably priced the products they offer are too. Some salons like to price gouge you, and during the facial tell you every single product they are using on you like a sales pitch. Carla does not do that, she comes up with a routine based on what she sees and teaches you how often to use the products, when to use them, and she emails it to you. She's always working to see which solution will be the best for you and after a few facials might switch up your routine based on what she's seeing. She is also very gentle when she does extractions. I have never left her office feeling self-conscious about having just had a facial and needing to stop at the store on the way home. She's also very flexible and responsive to emails. There have been times I have not been able to book on find a time slot that works with my schedule. I simply write her an email, and she finds a solution. When I first booked all of my appointments I had booked the longer services, which are priced higher. After a few facials she told me that I really could go down to a lower price service based on how my skin was doing. I appreciated that she was honest with me. instead of paying for a more expensive service that wasnt necessary, she was trying to save me some money. Carla is an amazing esthetician and such a kind person! Before seeing Carla I had struggled with acne since 5th grade (I am now 22).
