one of the best massages ever and reasonably priced - awesome! Calming and professional atmosphere. Massage staff demonstrated good technique, really working out some knots. Affordably-priced with a variety of different options (foot, back) and combination packages to suit your timing and needs. No, it's not a high-end spa, but for the price, the convenience and the effectiveness -- and the bonus that it's a smaller place so it stays quiet -- this is a definite recommendation. read more

There's a therapist named Jason here; and he gives that good yang yang which is the best bang bang for your buck. Translation: Excellent pressure, intuitive attention to knots, and no dang dang impropriety. What were you even thinking! Loyalty program: 11th massage is fe-reeee! read more

Nice location and very sweet ladies! I was a little chilly during the massage, as it seems like the heat was off. But for the price, it was good service! read more

Bruce Lee is a masseur here!!! He is great, very strong and will really work out the tension where you need the most focus. I called in about 30 minutes before I wanted to go and they had availability for a 1 hr session right away. The Combo (30 min foot + 30 min back) Special is only $40. On an open table, over clothes. Foot soak and rub first, then face down on table and massage well done over clothes + a towel. Excellent care and attention to what I needed. I felt so much relief, especially since I suffer from fasciitis in both feet and past back injuries To shoulder, lumbar and sciatica. He even used hot stones on my legs/feet. This service is quite inexpensive, so i always tip big, especially if I feel I got what I needed, which I did, here. They are pros. Relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return. Next time, I'll try the 90 minute combo in the private room - which is $60! read more

Best massage of my life and a great price! Professional, effective, and a great atmosphere. I won't go anywhere else now.

My latest visit to Yan Yan I was greeted by Brian who took my temperature and told me that I must wear my mask at all times during the massage. He showed me to a private area with a massage table behind a curtain. The place is very clean and soft music is played to encourage relaxation and tranquility. I had a 60 minute full body massage. I do have some back issues and arthritis and I made Brian aware of my condition. He was very sensitive to push where he was able and to be more gentle on my lower back. He used a variety of pressure and techniques. Brian also used hot stones and warm compresses on my back. I felt totally relaxed when I left. I was offered a water bottle when I left. I will definitely come back to Yan Yan in the near future. read more

It's super cheap place but amazing massage. They are very attentive and it's a quite and clean space.

Rude and unprofessional! I made a reservation the week before for 4 full body massage, when I came they said they would only take 3 of us, so ridiculous. I will not return! read more

Great massage but they reuse all the towels, And Plastic bags that line the baskets. And I also think they are reusing some of the water as well . So disappointed because the massage is great. read more

I've gotten many massages before, and I think the best ones have been at Yan Yan. I've gone to Yan Yan twice, and I've had Coco as my masseuse both times. Coco is incredible -- very thorough, strong, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about pressure points/anatomy. I've had Coco focus on the areas where I am especially tight, such as low back and neck, and her massage work has been extremely relieving for me. Coco always works on other parts of my body even if I don't specify that I want her to. Nicole, who has greeted and helped me check out both times I've been there, is super nice and friendly. Yan Yan's prices for a full body massage are also unbeatable, in my opinion. I would recommend Yan Yan to anyone who's looking for an amazing and affordable massage in Westchester! read more

First time visiting and I'm amazed! Ask for sandy! I did the 60 min massage. My body was super tight due to my exercising and lifting! Sandy brought me back to life! Clean, peaceful and super courteous! Would recommend them! read more

I was there today for a 1 hour half foot and half back massage. It's a strong, deep tissue massage and I love it! Lily's, down the street is a foot massage but this is reflexology. read more

Amazing massage. I have been having issues with Plantar Fasciatis and the massages I have received have been better than the weeks of physical therapy I have had. Kim is very good and I highly recommend him. read more

I called looking for an appt last Sunday soley based on reviews I read here. They said come right in. I had requested a full body massage including foot massage and specifically requested a male Masseur. He said "oh yes" to that. They quoted a price of $45 for 60 minutes. I agreed. The place was hard to find, but I got there, there were two men in the front and was directed to a massage bed where I partially disrobed and laid face down. Someone came in and began and extreme deep tissue massage. I commented that I had broken ribs. To my surprise, I had a female Masseuse. I let it go and requested she go easy. She continued as before. It was not a relaxing massage; more like a workout! At the end, I dressed and went to the front prepared to pay my agreed $45. I gave him $60, and he handed me $15 change. I put $10 in my pocket and started toward the back to tip the Masseuse $5, but the gentleman stopped me saying no, $10 tip, you keep $5 shaming me in front of customers. I did as he requested, but will never go back. The place was cleave and nice enough, but I was not scheduled with a male Masseur as agreed on the phone, and the public shaming about the tip was uncalled for. Totally unprofessional! read more

Extremely inexpensive and wonderful! They are professional and courteous! I try to go once a month!! Not sure why everyone is giving them bad reviews - I think they are awesome!! read more

Extremely unreliable AND unaccountable. I made an appt with someone who barely spoke any English who just said "7". I asked if she should take my telephone # and she just said NO. So of course when I drove 25 minutes and arrived, (I could tell) the same woman was working on someone else and came to me and said 45 MINUTE. ! I asked why she wouldn't call and she just nodded her head and said YES. I left as my time was limited. What was worse was I left a complaint on their website and FB but never heard back from anyone....EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL....NEVER AGAIN. read more

Amazing services!!! Went with a friend and loved the foot rub so much we went back later for the rest of the foot/bodywork special. Especially good if you like strong pressure. read more

Although there is a bit of a language barrier, the people here are very sweet and extremely knowledgeable of anatomy. I went in for a massage and Frank knew right away where my problem area was (right shoulder, lower back). He worked carefully and methodically. They are very sweet, and reasonably priced. It is simple and clean. Nothing fancy, but one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I used google translate at the end of my massage to thank them. Good people. read more

Foot and back treatments are great. Small store front in Mamaroneck with three stations for patrons. Always open.

First time here and I had a phenomenal massage with no appointment. The place was clean people friendly and price was great. It was worth it. read more

Went today, staff was very rude, massage poor at best. I will never go back and don't recommend at all!

I went in for a back massage. Little did I know this was a deep tissue massage. It hurt like hell! My friend got the same massage as me but I was treated differently. She got a warm towel for her back while I got nothing! I think they are racist. She is white and I am not. Also, my back was sore for days. I never went back, I can stand the pain but not the racism! read more

This is a great local place to get a foot or body massage. It is family-run and they are very good with their massage techniques and its a very calming place. Normally, there is no wait and the prices are so so reasonable! I come here every week! The people are very nice and friendly. read more

this is a family run place with kind people and so much better than the other foot spas in the Larchmont/Mamaroneck area. Great service and treatment. Have been here multiple times for both foot and back massage. read more

Sort of rude. I had a 5pm appointment. Waited until 545pm to get my Masaage. By that time I could only do a 30 min massage rather than 60 I was scheduled for. read more

professional chinese massage gives you relax and comfort，very kindly asking about the power when the massage doing. feel much better.

Ok. Today was the second time I have gone to lilys. My friends and children have gone there and no problems. Today was bad. I got rolled. I got a $35 massage. Half hour foot half hour back. During the massage I had to ask for him to go lighter which he did and to rub my heel which he was ignoring. I don't think he liked the instruction. When I went to pay I gave him $35 for massages and a $7 tip which is 20%. He pushed the tip back at me and told me it was no good. He said that there was a $10 minimum tip. I explained that I had been there before and that wasn't true. After questioning him for a few minutes he bullied me into giving him $10. Only one other customer was there and she said she goes there all the time and never heard of such a thing. He hid behind the language barrier. Don't like when people come to the U.S. For a better life and then rob you. It wasnt a misunderstanding it was a planned well thought out manipulation to get more money!! What comes around goes around I'm not worried but want the rest of the world to know. read more
