Jayne is wonderful. My husband first went to see her for foot pain. She was able to help him…read moretremendously. He then suggested I visit Jayne to see if she could help with my headaches. Indeed her knowledge of where tension is carried in the muscles is formidable, I am really amazed at how an hour with her is more effective than a week of pain killer! We are now "regulars" -- and couldn't recommend her more highly. Yes, it is relaxing, zen, super spotless and all the rest but more than that it is preventative and holistic an approach to pain and (let's face it) real life management. Jayne is really a soft spoken and knowledgeable gem of massage therapy!

I have been unable to resolve the issues with 3 other therapists. Jayne is exceptional because of her personality, approach, intellect, and talent. 1) Jayne is enthusiastic and happy. She greets you with a smile and she is curious about what brings you to her. 2) When you discuss your problems, Jayne listens. We discuss how the conditions evolve and she reconsiders her approach week-to-week, articulating her thoughts before she starts. Other massage therapists were approaching my body with the same treatment, like a routine. 3) I like to know the body so I go to the sessions with some knowledge and questions. Jayne is great to talk with to learn what she knows. 4) My body responds best to deep tissue work, and Jayne seriously delivers deep tissue application. After each and every session I leave feeling we have made an improvement. My goal was to restore my hips and legs back to a fluid and flexible feeling so I could return to a weekly 5 mile run. For over two years I stopped running due to pain and muscular tension following gradual spinal compression due to aging, hip and pelvic strain, and Achilles/Plantar Fasciitis. Jayne eliminated my muscular tension and increased my flexibility and range of motion. I can run again and feel fluid and flexible with my stride. GO SEE JAYNE!

She know anatomy and physiology very well, and tuned right in to spots of tension, or that needed extra attention (stretching, heat, etc.). She was immediately responsive to requests for stronger or lighter pressure in different areas. The heated bed was so welcomed on this cold winter's day! At the end, Anna gave me a lovely and quite large lotion as a new year's gift. They are worth more than they charge. You won't regret it... but tip them well, as they deserve it!!! THANK YOU LADIES - I'll be back soon!

When it came time to pay - we gave them a Costco Visa card and Ruby at the front desk saw the Costco sign and refused to put it through the machine shaking her head no and pointing to the Costco sign on it (she spoke zero English) - we kept saying in sign language to swipe it . She refused -- she then called her boss and had the boss speak to us. The Boss Anna had the audacity to say that she has never heard of a Costco credit card and insinuated that we were trying to pay with a wholesale member card. We kept telling her that it is a visa and we are not trying to stiff them. Insulting and completely disrespectful. And then after a few exchanges the husband of the boss takes over and says finally that they are forced to trust us. Insane and downright discriminatory! Complete stupidity that they would refuse to swipe the card in their machine to find out if it worked!!! About the massage: Katie was great and Ruby was terrible - massage and otherwise.

After telling me the price, she looked me up and down and told me to "pay now". I was confused because every time I go there I never had to pay before getting a the service done. I thought to myself initially, okay no big deal maybe this is new? maybe someone ran out before paying?. Alice then aggressively asked me "how much do you want to tip". I was confused yet again because usually tip depends on how well the service went, in which I had not yet received having walked in 5 minutes ago. I told her I would tip $10, she sucked her teeth & I felt pressured to tip her more. So I said I will tip you $15 actually, assuming it was going to be a good service Based off past visits. I was wrong. She didn't ask me if the pressure was okay, she just started going in. What was supposed to feel relaxing ended up hurting. I have had many massages and trust me I can take pressure. But she was massaging me as if she was aggravated. When I spoke up and said "ouch that hurts, she proceeded with the same exact pressure I just expressed concern about", completely ignoring My discomfort. Heres the part where I realize I was racially profiled. This white man walks in (I heard his voice) and she immediately tells him which curtain to go behind. He did not have to pay before getting the service done. Same with the other white lady next to me. When she finished me up, I asked her why did she only make me pay first She held her breathe and said oh because those customers are returners and new clients pay upfront. I was confused because I've been there before. Maybe not consistently but I have been there atleast 7 times and no one has ever took a payment upfront. The problem isn't paying first, I was going to have to pay for the service regaurdless. The problem was the assumption that I couldn't afford a $70 massage, so to be on the safe side you charged me before providing me with the massage. if you're a POC go here at your own risk
