This was definitely by far the worst sushi experiences of my life. First of all, I decided to go here based on reviews. I need to second-guess myself when I choose to do this. First, I should've known to walk away when they did not carry fatty tuna, or know what Ikura was. The wine selection was horrible but again that's not really something that I care about. I really just care about the sushi. I ordered a couple of rolls and both were not so good. First of all, I ordered an eel and it was just mostly fat not really the delicious meat you want to see that you want. I also asked for a salmon type roll, but looks like the salmon was a little bit cooked? Interesting enough because I asked for raw salmon. They did give me a free miso soup and salad which they overly added way too much ginger salad dressing. Anybody orders rolls is gonna get these two free items anyway so it's not like they were trying to make it up to me for their lack of selection. The only thing that I knew was gonna taste good was a Ferrero Roche They gave me with my Bill. I'm praying I don't get food poisoning from this experience, but I will let you guys know in about 4 to 6 hours. read more

My sushi order was very sloppy and disorganized. I understand you use imitation crab and other items, but at the very least, the presentation and organization of the food should reflect care. My daughter's shrimp tempura had a long piece of shrimp that wasn't cut properly. This used to be a place that took pride in neatness, but now the food feels rushed and careless. We came in on a Saturday early evening and were able to be seated right away. We ordered the hot green tea, which was really good quality and came in a cool cup (that matters to me). Then we ordered one of each of the veggie rolls. Being vegan we're usually used to boring cucumber rolls but there were many different options (5) that were all very different and delicious. I wanted the pan fried gyoza as an appetizer and the chicken yakisoba for the main meal. The gyoza is a pan fried pork dumpling. The chicken yakisoba is stir fried chicken, vegetables, and noodles. They have a good diversity of rolls and the fish always tastes fresh. My favorites are the Hawaii and Dream rolls. Plus, they always go the extra mile with their food presentation. I never forget to take a picture of my food when I eat here because it looks so cool. The staff is friendly, and we almost always get a complimentary roll and pieces of candy. I also love the interior decor of the restaurant, so bright and unique. The three rolls that we got were really a great combination as one was more light with no sauce, the orher had sauce, but nothing fried so it was a refreshing roll and the last had fried shrimp tempura inside so a little bit heavier.
