Underwhelming is the main word that comes to mind. Honestly, the ribs and rib tips were really greasy and it came out extremely fast. The rib tips weren't even that hot. And they were fried to a crisp.. not super edible. They were ok but not great. The ribs were decent, good flavor, not a ton of smoke and like I said, greasy. The smoked mac and cheese was disgusting. It tasted like it was days old (or at least the cheese was) and there wasn't any smoke flavor. The baked beans were ok but tasted like from a can. For it being a $82 order i just feel like it should have been way better. Front desk cashier was friendly enough but not super helpful. Wouldn't come back here but it served the purpose in the moment.

He places the order and gets held up waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru because we had asked for a gallon of sweet tea. 20 minutes of this was waiting for them to figure out how to fill that order since they had run out of lids for their jugs after they already gave him the food. Eventually they send out 4 large cups full of tea. He gets all the way home to find out it's UNsweet tea! They kept him waiting all that time for THE WRONG THING when they could have just said they were out, and not charged him. Oh but wait, there's more.. I'm the one who wanted this in the first place, guess whose food wasn't even in the bag... yep! My brisket, literally the main reason for going was missing. In all fairness, he had time to check the bag while he was sitting there, but frankly, he really shouldn't have to and he didn't want to pull it all out then have to move when the tea came out. I called the restaurant and "the manager" (highly doubtful since she had to ask someone else about everything I said) said the best they could do was remake my food for him to drive alllll the way back to get. I asked for a refund of the missing food and the tea that was wrong instead of wasting the time and fuel. She said she figured out how to do that. Just did my budget today, and she didn't even do that either! I've had some really great Dickey's experiences, but this place is just not one of them. We've tried it three times and each time is worse than the last.

Despite being absolutely packed, we were sat almost immediately. Every staff member was super friendly and attentive. It was our friend's birthday and they brought a dessert and sang happy birthday. It was a Friday night Fish Fry. Since I don't eat fish, I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. I'm a picky burger eater. I expect them to be cooked to temperature. Our friend said this is not the type of place that cooks to order. Regardless if they had the temperature right or not, I couldn't tell. It was very juicy and delicious! Tasted medium to me! The fries were hot and crispy. The fish and chips were delicious according to our friends as was the chicken salad. Everyone loved their meals. Stop in to support the County Line if in the area!
