My friends and I enjoyed tasting and arranging our charcuterie board. The owner taught the workshop and she was extremely nice. There were many things to purchase including the cheese and crackers that were utilized in the the charcuterie board. 10/10 Recommend the Charcuterie themed workshops!! They are so much fun and you get to take home a board that serves 2-4 people (if you don't eat it all before you leave haha!). Have you ever followed or seen commercials for a food place for the longest and the food looks so good and you can only imagine how good the food taste and you finally get to try it and it meets your expectations plus more! OMG y'all I have been following YA YA Yum Boards on Instagram for the longest and Saturday I finally made my way from Oak Cliff to Grapevine. Worth every single mile!!!! First I called and told the lady I wanted a Deluxe grab and go board, when I asked how long she said they had one already made so I can come right away. I hopped right in my car. I was greeted when I walked in grabbed the board from the open refrigerator and walked to the front to pay. The lady asked if I was the one that called I told her yes and what I was told over the phone, she said thats ok we put one aside for you just incase. Wow y'all ! The board comes with crackers, now looking at it it dosen't look like a lot of meat so I went to Kroger's and brought some more prosciutto( BIG MISTAKE THERE IS A TON OF MEAT UNDER THE CHEESE) The board taste so good y'all ! like everything ! The fruit was sweet the dark chocolate ,nuts everything worked together. My favorite thing was the spicy plum jam.I liked all of the other cheeses by theirselves ,except the MT Tam. It was not my fav (personal preference) but a drizzle of that Spicy Plum Jam, made it the best thing on the board. Y'all I ate this board for lunch then some for dinner and still had cheese left over ! I just have two request #1 pleasssssssseeeeeee when you expand your business and I know if you keep making good boards like these you will ,please consider an Oak Cliff or Dallas location and #2 that Spicy Plum Jam needs to be bottled and sold I saw the hot honey I saw the lavender for sell, but no spicy Plum, I would come back just for the spicy plum jam. We love charcuteries and make them at home every Friday. This time, we decided to give Ya Ya Yum a try. Overall, the board was satisfactory and had a good variety. Be aware, though, that the prices you see online are only for online orders with at least 24 hours notice. Prices will be approximately 15% higher if you call ahead for the same day and/or pick up from the ready-to-go cooler in the store. All in with crackers, tax, and an accidental tip, we paid more than $70 for a mini board that serves 2-3 people. We did call ahead to order the board but paid the 'lack of 24 hour notice' penalty.
