I ordered 300 personalized bags from efavormart.com. My fiance and I both ordered them making sure the info was correct. We received them today with the incorrect date on the bags, and the quality of print was awful. EVERY bag had missing white from the lettering. They did send me emails with the date that is on the bags stating that I inputted that in their system. I told them that there were 2 of us looking at the site when I ordered it, and we did not make a mistake. I reached out to them to fix this, and they offered me a 10% store credit. BIG JOKE! I'm going to do some math here for you all so I can explain why I reported them to the BBB and why I'm telling you to learn from my mistake and NEVER do business with them. I ordered some vases for my wedding for $79.99 + $6.95 for shipping. I decided that they simply are not going to work and asked for a return label, thinking it'd be another $6.95 out of my refund. No, no no. It will cost me $25.27 to get a return label from them (or I can opt to go elsewhere), and there's a 20% restocking fee. So, to be clear, I gave them $86.94 for the items and the shipping, and after I give them back their items in perfect condition to resell to someone else at $79.99...I will be eligible for a refund of $38.72. I will have no vases, and I will be out $48.22. If they resell the vases, and I'm sure they can, they will have made a profit of $128.21 on one set of vases. I will give them quite a bit of money for literally nothing. EDIT: Finally opened the box with the vases in it -- no bubble wrap, no paper. They used styrofoam. Oh, and one of the vases is now a powder coating the bottom of the box. The reason why I thought the vases arrived intact is because it was such a fine little dust that the recipient (my mother) didn't hear any tinkling sounds of broken glass in the box when she moved it. So, they paid for cheap and shitty shipping upon sending me the items, which caused one of the vases to break, but they want me to pay $25.27 to send it back to them? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? The company, also on their website in their return policy, does encourage you to come to them for a return label since, according them, it will absolutely and definitely be cheaper than going to UPS/USPS/FedEx directly. When I confronted them regarding the cost being the same, they told me: "The return label cost is the actual shipping cost charged by the courier." BUYER BEWARE. This company is a borderline scam. We ordered ribbon and all the lettering is together no space and when ordered it ask what would u want to put on the right and what on the left well no it was all centered. But there is no phone number to talk to. Used their live chat and they said my order was correct. That I had to cut the ribbon. I have never had to cut ribbon in my past to make a bow. I ordered tablecloths for my wedding from Tablecloths Factory which is owned by Ya Ya Creations. I found the Yelp review of the company after I ordered so I was pretty nervous to receive my order. I received the order very promptly. All the tablecloths were as expected, the color was spot on and each tablecloth was packaged separately in plastic and individually labeled. I felt the quality was good, not like superb but I didn't expect it to be. Everything did kind of have a funny smell but I assume that is a byproduct of the manufacturing process. Nothing the washing machine can't handle. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of the products. I did not have a reason to contact customer service so I can't speak to that. read more

The product ships and arrives to my house, The "R" and "K" are dented and instead of the "&" sign WE RECEIVED AN "@" SIGN. We luckily had enough time to send it back and customer service told us we would get the correct sign in time.... Well our new package comes in just days before the party and guess what it's another "@" sign. Even after we told them the mistake and were assured it would be corrected they mess it up again. An unsightly 1/2 thick line of thread and fabric runs across the cloth in a very noticeable area. I did a live chat describing the problem. They offered a 20% rebate which I politely refused. I was cut off. I tried again, got the same response. I refused again and asked for an exchange for a usable cloth. I was cut off again. I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of linen napkins from Ya Ya Creations. The quality of cloth was sub-par (I should have expected this with the price I paid), so I decided to return them. When I checked their return instructions, they suggested emailing to request a shipping label for which there would be a fee. When I received their email back with the shipping label cost, they wanted to charge me $13.48 for a $33 purchase! I would advise you to find another company for your tableware needs. Spent hour on live chat. Had to take photos of damaged product. Send photos and then argue with these people about the damaged product I received. A little bubble wrap goes a long way in avoiding these issues. Finally agreed to a return of product and had the audacity to tell me to package properly for return shipment and that I would have to pay return freight. Customer service is awful. This company is AWFUL!!!! Beware!! Their prices are great but their customer service and shipping department are awful. As I am writing this I have been and still continue to hold with a customer service agent from efavormart's live chat. The total chat time at this moment has been 39 minutes. Here is the issue: I ordered 50 chair covers and received 15 I ordered 17 burlap table runners and received 13 I ordered 12 packages of chair sashes and received 9 I ordered cupcake stand and the box came crushed. This was 1 order and it came without a packing slip Update still on live chat now for 45 minutes!!! Still no where with the customer service rep. After speaking to one of the customer services named Nadia and sending a picture back to the company at her request (did not believe me it was gray) I decided to return it. I then ordered the new color and size, but had to cancel that order as my daughter wanted to pay for it. Again, Sakura, was helpful in assisting me in cancelling my order promptly. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the tracking of the order. I had to contact them for arrival date and confirmation the order was in transit. I requested to exchange it and this is what I found out....you lose 10% of your original order and you pay for your shipping to return the items AND you pay for your new shipping. From DC to CA, it's $18 in shipping. So not only did I lose 10% of the original order (nothing was opened), I lost 6.95 in shipping from the first order, an additional 6.95 in shipping from the second order, and $18 in returning the products. I purchased 12 sequin table runners and a sequin tablecloth from efavormart a few weeks ago. I received the box after about 2-3 weeks of waiting and it was packaged in the most horrendous way possible. There was black tape stuck to my ivory and white tablecloths and some of the plastic had burst due to poor packaging. As bad as this was, this wasn't really what upset me. What upset me most was when I opened my table runners and tablecloths only to find sequin pouring from the back as though it were running water. I checked each table runner and the table cloths and they are completely BARE in certain spots. I contacted the company immediately and gave the videos of the damage. They asked me for additional photos and only offered 20% discount on the 3 table runners. This is unacceptable. I want my money back for the tablecloth AT LEAST as it is completely bare in spots.
