This should really be ZERO STARS. The worst customer service EVER!!! I paid some ridiculous amount for express shipping. The order arrived short more than half of the items ordered. I immediately contact the company via online chat, which is the only way to communicate with them. I have receipts in the form of chat transcripts proving the utter disrespect of YaYa Creation's customer service representative. In addition to being rude and snarky, they wanted me to pay half of the expense to next day air the remainder of my order that I had not received. How unbelievable is that. First of all, by my choice I paid the initial expense to express ship, because I wanted to be certain that I would have my items on time. But you mistakenly short my order and it's somehow reasonable to you that I again pay to express ship what I've already paid to have express shipped. No, not gonna happen.
So I inventory my order and realize there are noticeable scratches and dings on the items. I again contact customer service via live chat. I'm told that I can return the items at my expense.
Okay, so we're not going to agree and I accept that I'll need to find the needed items elsewhere. So now let's discuss YaYa sending a call tag for the incomplete order and damaged items. Nope, they won't do that. They want me to ship it back to them with a label they'll provide but I'll pay for it. Additionally, I'll be responsible for a restocking fee. Are you CRAZY!!! But as is true for me, if you start the mess, I'll be sure to finish it. Or at very least wear you out with my unrelenting way of not letting it go. So I use their prepaid tag that they plan to deduct from my refund and send it back to them. I then contacted my credit card company and dispute the bogus charges. I won. I got my entire refund because I had receipts. Thanks for that chat transcript and UPS shipping label.
As mentioned, I had to find the need items elsewhere, so I ordered from a third party seller on walmart.com. The seller was doing business as Efavormart. I noticed on my credit card statement that the same company name appeared for Yaya and Efavormart. After a bit of research, lo and behold, I learned that YaYa Creations, Efavormart.com and Tableclothsfactory.com are all one and the same. Because of my negative experience with yaya, I don't mess with ya'll like that. I won't be using either anymore. read more
