I had told them I was shopping around looking for tent with draping and 2 chandeliers that I can keep up for 2 wks. I asked for quote. They gave me a quote and i told them im still shopping around and ill get back to them if i need them. A few days later they msg me and said they're following up. So I told them i had found someone else that was in our budget and then I thanked them. Mind you i specifically told them I will get back to them IF I need them. So I continued to ask them how much do they charge for pipe and draping. because I was looking for someone to pipe and drape a church for my mother's funeral. They replied and said with the price they have they don't come to Long Beach for it. And that was it. I knew they were giving a attitude because they didn't like the fact that I found someone else for tent and drape which was in my budget. So I replied and asked them so how much is pipe and drape. Next thing you know they blocked me. ‍ how do they know if I wanted the whole church draped??!! you can't get mad at someone because they didn't book you because they found someone in their budget. Mind you it's a funeral so we were on a budget because we have a lot of other things to pay for. So we found someone else who can provide us a tent with draping in a cost we can afford to pay. This is not the way to act towards customers with your business. You guys act hateful and come off rude. Especially during a time when my family is going through a loss. This business did not have to get mad and completely block me because I respectfully told them I found someone else within our budget. They wanna be petty then jokes on them. I'm gonna let it be known how they treated me. You think you can block me but my family members can still see your page. Sad that they do this when I booked twice before but now they wanna have attitudes because we can't book with them. Do not book with this business. TERRIBLE!!!! I was even patient with them because they take their time responding. Also, they weren't the only business I was talking to checking for prices. And all the others were being very respectful and sent me their condolences when I told them I found someone within my budget And told me if I have any other questions on anything else to let them know. Sure enough, they were perfect - securely packaged, brand new, and ready to go. FedEx shipped them from LA, California, on what should have been a five-day trip to Wisconsin. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the package in transit. Things happen, I understand that. The shipment was returned to Urquid Linen. I worked with Ed when I originally purchased the uprights, and once again when the damaged shipment was returned. Ed was incredibly helpful in explaining the next steps. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that he would personally ensure the items were repackaged, secured, and sent back to Wisconsin, where they were intended to go in the first place. Ed did exactly that. Just a few hours later, I received a new tracking number, and the shipment was on its way again. I need these uprights for our annual aviation trade show in Wisconsin, a week-long event that requires durable, adjustable displays that comply with the show's height regulations. The uprights are rugged, well-made, and exactly what we were looking for. Urquid Linen has earned a customer for life. The products are high quality, the customer service is exceptional, and the communication is personal. There is no call center. Ed is right there in the shop, walking the floor, checking on orders, and making sure everything keeps moving forward. I miss that kind of customer service. My girlfriend was just asking questions about the time and place they can drop off the supplies and it came to my attention they seemed so sensitive to questions that they denied her service. This is very unprofessional and unusual behavior, as a company you're supposed to work with your customers. After the review my girlfriend made, the account chose to be immature and say they're our neighbors and they can see us now idk what they were trying to achieve but it made us laugh !

I love that the jumpers are ALWAYS clean. I tend to always go for the slide/jumper combo and the kids go crazy for it. Carlos has a ton of options for both the bouncers and slides and even has a number of themed banners available for themed-parties (hello Kitty, Disney princess, Minecraft, etc) What I love the most about Calderon's Jump is that I can text Carlos at any hour with questions or placing an order and he's on top of it! He's attentive to what you need and even sends you pictures of items you may not be sure about. He accommodates any changes I need to make to the order and he's never been pushy or unprofessional. I also enjoy that it's a family business and that his sons, who are really professional and cordial, do the deliveries and pick-ups. There have been numerous occasions where I'm not able to be present for the pickup and I've trusted them with accessing my backyard, and I've never had problems.
