George offered his recommendations for round tables vs. rectangular, port o potty for the men and use the single bathroom for the women inside and heaters if it was going to be a cold day! January usually is! He helped me decide on extra chafing dishes, 2 extra rectangular tables and 2 extra black linens. I ended up adding more white chairs and green astroturf to hide the cracks in the driveway. We had 3 of our own pop-up tents and tables and together, it was a HUGE success! Everyone complimented me about the set up! only during the cake & tribute video did people go in the house. We expected people to go in the house and backyard which was set up for table games and corn hole but only the young people did that! The canopy had lights that turned on in the evening and by then, most people left as it was an afternoon party! Close family stayed and we loved hanging out there at night and watched the tribute video again projected on the white wall of the canopy! Highly recommend George & South Bay Party Rentals! His prices are very reasonable too. He splits the total in half and you pay the other half when he delivers. For our event, he delivered 2 days before which greatly helped in preparation!
