Brandon and Carlos were so easy to work with, from the initial inquiry all the way through the event. During the booking process, they asked about the theme of our party and went out of their way to find the perfect backdrop for us - a black and white chevron pattern that matched our invitations. They arrived with tons of props for the photos and after a quick set up, they were ready to rock. We were able to fit large groups into the photos (I think we had up to 8 people in photo at once). Everyone at the party got involved, and the best part was that each person gets a print out of their photos within minutes! If you lose your printout, no problem! They also give you a link to a website where all photos can be viewed! Everyone loved having the studio booth - even my 92 year old grandma got in on the action! When they set up what we ordered, mostly water slides, they always climb in and make sure everything is clean and safe for our littles. I love that they are fully insured, the drivers are courteous and professional. Some of our parents even use them for their own private parties regularly as well. George offered his recommendations for round tables vs. rectangular, port o potty for the men and use the single bathroom for the women inside and heaters if it was going to be a cold day! January usually is! He helped me decide on extra chafing dishes, 2 extra rectangular tables and 2 extra black linens. I ended up adding more white chairs and green astroturf to hide the cracks in the driveway. We had 3 of our own pop-up tents and tables and together, it was a HUGE success! Everyone complimented me about the set up! only during the cake & tribute video did people go in the house. We expected people to go in the house and backyard which was set up for table games and corn hole but only the young people did that! The canopy had lights that turned on in the evening and by then, most people left as it was an afternoon party! Close family stayed and we loved hanging out there at night and watched the tribute video again projected on the white wall of the canopy! Highly recommend George & South Bay Party Rentals! His prices are very reasonable too. He splits the total in half and you pay the other half when he delivers. For our event, he delivered 2 days before which greatly helped in preparation! When I left I was so relieved and felt a weight off of my shoulders, wedding planning is a lot. I received a quote a few days later and couldn't believe the price for delivery. The delivery was $300+ more than what my rentals were, and they do not help set anything up. I was told they would put the tables and chairs where they need to go but everything else, glasses and flatware would be in their crates and need to be set up by someone else. Same for pick up. You'd think for $1700 they would do that for you. There's always a catch, just a heads up. My delivery window for my venue was 1-3PM and pick up 10-11PM.
