We had a very unfortunate experience with this company. The chairs that we had reserved for my father's military honors funeral service were not delivered on time. Devastating! Our guests had to stand for the entire service. Martha was very apologetic. Her manager called me two days later to express condolences and she confirmed that I would receive a full refund which I expected. I was very disappointed because apologizing certainly did not make what happened okay. I had hoped there would have been some type of offering for me to even want to utilize their company again. Nothing was offered. Mistakes happen. I do understand. It's how you clean up your mistakes that matter. A simple apology was not good enough. read more

this driver for bright event rentals ran me off the road today. no respect. he got into my lane because people were parked on the street touching my passenger side mirror with his flatbed forcing me off the road in my semi truck. when I got back up to him a few lights later he was playing on his phone. read more

I used Bright rentals for years, starting when they were called Classic Party Rentals. But I hadn't used them since the pandemic. I used to use them for large and small events. But after I called them, then filled out a form online, then added the things I wanted ... I called to find out what was next and was told that they had a $1,000 minimum for delivery. Then they asked me if I wanted to include more things to make the minimum (?!). Let me be clear, I wasn't anywhere NEAR $1k. I had an order for about $300. So they actually thought I would what, invite more people? Include $700 worth of stuff? When I made clear that adding that much more stuff was not an option, they asked if I wanted to pick up 30 chairs and a 60" table from them 40 miles away from me. Uhhhh, no. I wanted delivery precisely because I don't own a truck. Sad to say that they seem only interested in very large events, not individuals who like to entertain. Anyone know of a good rental company with Bright's breadth of products that will actually deliver to a home for small gatherings? Because I'm probably not the only one who needs a new company! read more

This review is for Hugo. I work for a venue and our original rental company called me today to let me know I would need to pick up all of my items and they could no longer deliver. I don't own a large vehicle so this was not an option and I was panicking because the event is for this weekend! I called Bright and spoke with Hugo, he got me all of the items I needed and even stayed at work late so he could complete my order! Hugo, you saved my event! Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and your speedy responses. I will be calling again for future events. Truly amazing service and I am eternally grateful. read more

We used Bright Event Rentals for our wedding, and were very pleased with everything! The selection was fantastic, and everything we ordered looked so amazing in person. I will say that our planner has a working relationship with this company so she was able to get us a discounted rate and she did arrange for us to select our rentals in person from their showroom, which was a huge help. She also handled all of the logistics for us, and everything went very smoothly. Overall we are very happy with Bright Event Rentals! read more

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with Bright Event Rentals. I went with this company based off the plates and silverware they could provide over other companies. Maybe it was because I booked them 4 months before my wedding, but they couldn't deliver to my venue so I arranged for them to deliver at a different location a few days earlier. I booked everything online and it was simple. Fast forward to two days before the wedding and I get a call from my rental representative Jodi who left a voicemail telling me the delivery people were trying to deliver the rentals to the venue and were receiving pushback since it clearly states in the contract with the venue that nothing can be stored overnight. As soon as I could I called her back and told her the delivery should have been at another location. It was supposed to be in Santa Clarita and they delivered to Camarillo. Jodi said they couldn't deliver to Santa Clarita even though I told her it was a mistake. LUCKILY, the venue was able to accommodate the delivery and stored it inside someone's office for 2 days. The rentals were exactly as pictured and I loved the esthetics. I made sure to tell Jodi to have the delivery scheduled for pick up at the original location in Santa Clarita and they did eventually pick up the rentals. It was supposed to be on a Monday and they picked them up that Friday. I definitely didn't need the unnecessary stress from the delivery mixup, but it ended up working out. I would definitely make sure the pick up and delivery addresses are correct with each invoice because the final invoice was where they changed the delivery location. read more

I worked with Hugo who was incredibly helpful and patient! He guided me through the website while we spoke, making it an easy and convenient experience. We went back and forth a few times, which I was so grateful for -- my order shifted quite a bit, and he was there helping me every step of the way. I recommend using Bright for all your event rental needs... be sure to ask for Hugo! read more

We used Bright for our wedding and were very pleased. They are extremely professional, on-time and have high quality products. The only negative is that they are a bit more expensive than others, but you get professionalism from them. read more

Bright Events was great! I had to host a last minute event downtown, and Tony helped me get everything I needed: plates, glassware, flatware, linens. He helped me come in way under budget; I made the decision to drive to Torrance to pick up and drop off to save money. The entire staff was incredible. Had me loaded and unloaded super fast. Extremely friendly, great communication. They were fantastic, beginning to end! read more

I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Bright. I needed some rentals in a pinch and the team rallied around me to get a quote and get my rentals locked in at record pace. I'm just floored by this customer service and wish other companies were as kind and professional. Thank you Bright team, cannot wait to use you again! read more

I would have to say that by far one of the best places to book rentals in you are in the LA region. I am an events coordinator for a world wide company so I deal with many vendors. But I will have to say that it is so easy and a relief when I have about 11 location in Los Angeles county spread out and need rentals for each location to be able to do it through one business. They made it very easy and smooth through the ordering and delivery and pickup process. Thank you Stacey for taking care of us and pointing us in the direction to take care of our other sites outside of LA. AHF thanks you very much. Highly recommend read more

Called the place I used to use and they told me they now have a $5000 minimum. Guess they only want to book HUGE events. So I went to yelp to find another place and found Bright. We opted to pick up our rentals and will drop them off on Monday. Everything looked brand new. All the linens looked perfect. The tables and chairs looked new compared with the stuff we used to rent from other companies. From now on we'll go with Bright! Thank you Bright!!!! read more

How are there no reviews here. I know the Company changed names, but c'mon people let's see some reviews! These guys are the cream of the rental crop. From sales staff to delivery and installation teams, Bright Events does is right. I had a party for about 110 people and these guys build me a huge tent, and delivered tables, chairs and linens. They offer a bunch of other things too, but I just needed the essentials. If you have a middle to high budget, and want classy equipment that will make your party look super legit and fancy, this is the company to go with. They roll up with a deep team to set up and break down, and basically just do whatever you ask of them. I love helpful accommodating delivery guys. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about having a milestone party, wedding or other significant event. read more

WOW. I have to say I've been working with rental companies across the US and in LA for many years. Bright LA is by FAR the most professional and customer service focused out of them all, plus they offer the BEST in class quality, service and value!!! Thank you to team bright for taking great care of us, we are so glad you opened in LA and we can't wait to do many, many more events together!!! read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Rob Kuehn at Bright Event Rentals. He made me feel very relaxed and taken care of throughout the entire experience in planning my wedding, which happened in a large airplane hangar. We had to bring in a full kitchen on top of all the other rentals and lighting. Everything went off without a hitch. I attribute this to Rob and his expertise in the field and incredible attention to detail which made it possible to pull off this production. I am so grateful and cannot imagine doing another event without him and the team at Bright! Thank you again for everything!! read more

Renting for a home party can be complicated. And this was a new company to me (they bought my previous resource). No worries. Great help, even when I had changes. On-time delivery. BRAND NEW tables, chairs and cloths. Picked up early the next day. Happy! read more

Horrible customer service!!! This company bought Classic Party Rentals a couple years ago, I was a client of Classic for over 18 years, last year when I sent my annual order in for rentals I was told that my rep was no longer with the company and it was now Bright. Ok so I placed my rental order, and everything was fine. This year I send in my annual rental order, and I get an email from Victoria Kimbell saying oh sorry she's no longer with the company but I can help you. Ok I place my order well a couple of months in advance, 2 weeks before my event I get an email from Victoria stating that they needed the company check before they delivered all the equipment, which is new we've always handed the check over to their driver as instructed, so I get the check issued and mailed out 8 days in advance and mind you they are not far from us at all. The day before my event, I get an email from Victoria first thing in the morning saying "thank you for your business your order was cancelled" Instead of her calling me and trying to figure what happened with the check she just cancels on me the day before the event!!! I call her and as I'm trying to ask her if there is another option, she talking over me to someone in her office, and basically said well the check didn't arrive so sorry! With this kind of customer service I don't think this company will be around very long. The good thing I got a local company to same day deliver everything I needed and moving forward our company will never do business with Bright. read more
