I seriously cannot say enough good things about Vini's Party Rentals and especially NAYMA!!! We needed a stage for a big comedy show we produced at the Redondo Beach Historic Library and Nayma absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Delivery, setup, communication, pickup. We had some last-minute logistics thrown our way and she went CRAZY helping us figure it out and making sure we were taken care of. That level of customer service is so rare. Nayma was responsive, kind, professional, flexible and genuinely cared about making our event work. And the entire Vini's team was awesome from start to finish. We produce a lot of events around LA and the South Bay and I can confidently say we'll be calling them again. Nayma, you are a ROCKSTAR. Thank you for making our lives easier and helping make the show a huge success. Cannot recommend Vini's enough!!! read more

Overall, we had a good experience with using Vini's for our wedding rentals. They were prompt in their communication and delivered everything that we asked. They came to our venue before our event to help us plan out what we needed which was super helpful. I'm taking away a star just because we were told a guaranteed drop off time in person, which we scheduled our rehearsal and setup around but when we asked to confirm the time, we were told the schedule had not been made. It caused a little panic but everything did arrive on time and they helped set up. The pricing on their lounge furniture was a little steep. I could have bought furniture for that price but all aside from those small issues, they were great. read more

We rented tables, chairs and tablecloths from Vini's for an event for 50 people. They were responsive, professional, and efficient. We tried three other companies first, which were not. Glad we found them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. read more

First what I liked is that you can get a price quote by adding things online to a cart to estimate what the total would be for the rental. The catalog has a lot of great items. For a bridal shower I rented 5 long tables, 3 umbrellas and bases, 50 nice white chairs (that came covered) and 5 white linen tablecloths. Everything was delivered the day before the party (Fri) by 3 very nice guys and picked up the following business day (Mon). I worked with Nayma via email and she was wonderful! She had a quick response time and was helpful with sending the contract and payment form. I ended up calling and giving my payment over the phone 2 days before the party. Excellent service and would rent again from them. Highly recommended! read more

Went with a friend to pick up the chairs she paid for in advance and was given a time 2pm and when we arrived no one was there. We waited about an hour and tried calling. We both left voice messages and have yet to hear back from them. While we were waiting another customer was trying to get her rentals as well. Not a professional way of handling your business! read more

This company is the most un-organized group of people I have ever met. They charge you for mindless things. The owner is a female, and she is the most rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful, careless human being I've ever spoke to. if you want your event to be a disaster, you want the company to arrive late not follow instructions not get back to you hire these people because they will ruin your day 100%. read more

Nayma was very professional and provided a quote for a party I was having. The quote was priced very competitively and their team came out the following Friday on time and setup the items. They also worked fast and efficiently the following Monday to pickup items. Thank you!!! read more

I learned about Vini's Party Rentals through the preferred vendor list from my wedding reception venue. I was in most communication with Nayma who was very efficient and responsive to emails. She was also nice about editing our contract a few times when numbers changed. I rented chargers (plates put under the eating plate), and the prices were completely reasonable as well- the least expensive I found. Pick up and drop off was easy and flexible. I had a very positive experience! read more

I would highly recommend Vini's Party Rentals. We had a 3-day event with four separate locations and Vini's was able to accommodate all of our needs. Nayma was a pleasure to work with, she was responsive and really helpful, especially when we had a last minute addition to our order. The crew was on time for both delivery and pick-up and very courteous. Overall great experience. read more

This was my first time working with Vini's for a wedding, and I have to say that I was so very happy with them! Nayma is simply THE BEST. She's super informative and quick to respond. She even came out to tour the venue with the clients and me (as a planner, I appreciate that so much - it makes everyone's lives easier come wedding day!). On the day of, Nayma and her team were quick, efficient, and helpful. Love this team! Vini's have Everything (linens, silverware's, heaters, tables, chairs, Canopies, and etc) that look great with great prices! I've been to multiple functions and events supplied by Vini's and they continue to do a great job by being fast and reliable and to top it off they supply sanitized equipment! highly recommended. read more

I whole-heartedly recommend renting from VINI's!!! Nayma and team are awesome and very customer-focused! We were in the midst of a painting project and needed to get our closets emptied out. I was frantic and frazzled when I called!! Nayma "talked me in off the ledge" and got me hooked up with the coat/clothes racks that I needed. They were delivered on-time, and picked-up on time. Reasonable price too! read more

It's been very easy working with them, they are flexible on the pick up and drop off. I have rented from them a couple of times and my experience so far it's great. Their price it's very reasonable and they have many options on equipment to chose from. Thank you Vinis and thank you for this past weekend I called same day and you guys were able to let me pick up my item. Thank you and see you next time. read more

When I first spoke with Nayma regarding the event I was having, she was extremely helpful and offered suggestions when I needed help deciding on what lounge furniture to rent. At first, she was always quick to respond to my emails and voicemails. When planning a party around a timeline, it is always beneficial to know the delivery time a few days ahead of schedule. A company needs to deliver within your timeline, so you can adequately prepare for a party. I wasn't told the delivery time until the evening before the delivery (even with several emails and phone calls trying to pin them down for a time frame). The day of the delivery I received an email that they were running two hours behind. I am thankful that I paid attention to the reviews and scheduled my delivery the day before my event. I was under the impression that I was receiving a white tent with the fabric drapery. What I ended up with was an easy-up type looking frame with no top. The entire canopy was draped with fabric material and was poorly put together. You could see the zip ties and safety pins they used to hold everything together and not all of the metal frame was covered with the fabric. I understand it needs to be held together by something, but I would have appreciated those items being hidden so guests were not able to see them. My miscommunication with Nayma regarding the size of the tent was also an issue the day of my delivery. I was under the impression that I had ordered a 15 x 15 tent, but unfortunately my invoice stated 10 x 10. The host was not happy with the size of the easy-up / tent and when I realized the mistake, I contacted Nayma on their emergency line (the office was closed by this time because of the late delivery) and was not able to get through. The men delivering the items we rented had to contact her and ask her to call us. My conversation with her was anything but pleasant. I requested they take back the 10 x 10 and replace it with the 15 x 15 and I would pay an extra delivery charge because it was my mistake for not reviewing the contract as closely as I should have. She informed me there were no 15 x 15's left and I could either keep this one or have them take it down and I would still pay for it. I asked her if I could call her back because I needed to speak with the party host. There was no response...just a "clicking" sound. She had hung up on me. I can tolerate mistakes, I can tolerate someone who has an attitude towards their customers during a conversation...but I DO NOT stand for someone being rude and ending a conversation without saying, "goodbye." I proceeded to contact the party host, but because she was on a plane...we were only able to communicate via text message. During this time, she called her crew to remove the easy-up / tent. I was mortified that she took it upon herself to decide for me that the tent was going back to the warehouse. She HAD NOT received a call from requesting the items go back. In fact, she never took any of my three calls after she hung up on me. I sent her a text message questioning her why she chose to handle the situation the way she did. I received no response. On top of all the this...the furniture was not what I expected. The wood furniture was poorly made and was very worn. Half of the cushions came unwrapped, several of the cushions were stained and I received half satin pillows and half non satin pillows. Upon pickup the day after the event, the delivery people picking up the furniture were adamant that we rented brown linens. They had to call into the their office to confirm this. Not only did our invoice not list any linens, but brown was not even the color theme of the party. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I hope I can save someone else the hassle of having to deal with them. If you do decide to use them, make sure you have your rentals delivered a full business day prior to your event so you not only make sure you have the correct items, but to also inspect the items they deliver. read more

This company was very easy to deal with and all they arrived on time for both delivery and pickup. I had a party at my house and we rented tables, chairs, linens, and silverware. Horrible service called them for my son baptism When we set everything up they were suppose to be there by 5:00 but showed up by 5:30 and nayma was so rude to us it was like she didn't want to take responsibility for being late so at this point I had no chose. But as they were setting up The tint I reliazed there was some dirty chairs so I told her about it and she said she will take care of it.But overall I didn't reliazed what I got my self into until they were late, and she was rude to me !!but on the phone she was a nice person. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Vini's Party Rentals! Nayma and her staff were so helpful and very accommodating to call my rental needs. I was throwing my best friend and her fiance a surprise engagement party. I wanted to make sure that they had the best of the best. I was referred to use Vini's and all I can say is that the service they provided was above and beyond. The process was easy and I was able to see the variety of colors they had for their linens (They have a lot to choose from) I was able to also rent cocktail tables, rectangle tables, round tables, and chairs! So stoked that I was able to rent everything all in one place. Delivery: Came between the hours that was sent through the invoice Pick up: A breeze! I'll be using them again when I set up for the bridal party! Thank you Nayma! - Kat read more

OK, I wanted to at least give 2 stars, because they were able to provide service on really short notice! (my other vendor cancelled 4 days prior to the event!) BUT! On the day of my party we were missing a LOT of items. Important items. Things like ALL of the napkins! And our drink dispensers! Eeek.... The items we DID recieve were in less than great condition (dirty chairs, scratched up tables, spotty tablecloths etc.) and some of the flatware actually still had old food caked on to it. Gross. Next day during pick-up, the folks actually asked where the "missing" drink dispensers and napkins were. Dude. No. Run. Elswhere! read more

I used this company to rent linens and chairs for my wedding. I didn't have any issues with them until they called me a week after the wedding and said they were missing 15 napkins. I called my caterer and the site and they could not find them. It's my word against them and there really is no way of me proving this. They sent me a bill for $48. The caterer did a party a few weeks prior where 2 ovens were rented by Vini's and 1 was not working. Can you imagine having to cook food for a wedding and having 1 oven working? Glad it wasn't me although I didn't rent my ovens from them...mainly because the caterer discouraged me to. read more

Do not rent from here! I threw a party in April, and there were so many things wrong with the furniture rentals. If you rent the almalfi lounge furniture, beware that the wood is very run down. Also, the white cushions that came with it had yellow stains on them. For two of the tables, I was given the incorrect size tablecloth. Overall, the items all looked very used. I was told that I'd get a refund for the items that weren't usable, but I had to call and email multiple times in order to finally get a small refund. There should have been more consideration there though since the missing pieces that I couldn't use really messed with my vision of the party. If they had made more of an effort to remedy this situation, then I wouldn't be writing this review. I gave them a fair chance trying to reach them with calls and emails. Basically if you rent from them, expect very worn items and if something is incorrect, don't expect them to lift a finger to try to fix it. read more

Make sure to email them first! On Sunday I emailed them about a tent I need to rent. Since I was still waiting on a response I followed up with a phone call this morning. I spoke to a man than was very vague and didn't seem willing to help. After asking him about a tent I needed, he quickly said "we don't have that size" without asking me about any other details. Then a while after the phone call, I received a email stating that they do offer that size. So I called back to try to talk to management since I was told two different things. Once I called, a woman answered the phone. She seemed nice until I asked to speak to someone of management. She then stated that she was management and proceeded to talk to me in a rude tone of voice. Anyways, she seemed very informed about their products unlike the guy I first called. She asked me about sizing and the date of my event which the other guy did not ask. I ended up not getting the tent since it was unavailable. Make sure to email so you know that you're receiving the correct information. read more

Beware!!! They don't show up on time, rip you off, don't have the amount of workers they say they will and that you paid them for. They showed up an hour late and almost ruined my friends wedding by not setting up in time for their ceremony and reception. They wouldn't even refund her after I told them they lied about the amount of workers they would provide. I would give 0 stars if that were possible. read more

If only no stars were an option! Do not use this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We hired numerous items including two heat lamps for an event. On the day of the party before the festivities started, we tried to test the heat lamps. They would not work. Five different people tried to light them. We called Vini's immediately to let them know but there was no answer and no voice mail to leave a message. My husband called after the weekend to let them know the heaters didn't work. A lady said she would look into it and call us back. She never did. I followed up the following day (today) and spoke with the same woman. Instead of apologizing, she told us that we just didn't know what we were doing and that they worked fine. She was rude and aggressive and kept on talking over me. I handed the phone to my husband and she did the same to him. So we are basically getting charged $150 for 2 pieces of equipment that didn't work. I hope it's worth it to them because I will never use them again and I will make sure everyone I know never used them again either. Mean people suck. read more

I called this place to rent 3 cocktail tables for a food tasting. In the beginning the customer service was great...and then the day we were supposed to pick them up I called at 10 am to see what time they closed. They close at 2 pm on Saturdays. Beware!!!! I rented linens, lounge chairs, and lounge cube tables from this company for my black tie formal evening wedding. They are a small husband and wife operation. They seemed nice at first and helpful with color choices but then after the wedding, I was sent a $250 bill for two allegedly broken cube tables! The country club said nothing was broken when items were picked up by Vini's. Vini's was one of three quotes I got for a backyard party to include canopy (with side walls), canopy lights, table and chairs. Their quote was almost double the other 2 quotes I received. Nayma does not grasp the concept of customer service. As the supposed owner of the business, you would think that she had some inkling as to what is takes to run a successful enterprise.
