Bouncy house ended up being 1.5 hours late! Sergei and his guy came on time BUT their doors were jammed shut and couldn't get our bouncy house, tables, or chairs out. They tried unsuccessfully to open the car doors and 5 minutes before we were supposed to be set up they were going get a different bouncy house from the warehouse. They said it would be about 30-40 minutes. An hour later they come back and set up the bouncy house, mind you this is 1.5 hours from when set up was supposed to happen. No tables and no chairs... When it came time for payment Sergei was rude and unprofessional. In the end they took $60 off our total, but I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend. read more

I would give Sergei and his outstanding team of professionals more than 5 stars if I could on this review. I truly do not have enough compliments to give from his calming demeanor, friendly personality and outmost professionalism. He is so prompt with his responses, so kind and genuine and clearly very knowledgeable about all things South Bay and Beach Cities related. He made my kid's 5th birthday the absolute the best and so memorable that we have already had half a dozen parents asking for his contact information for their kid's birthday. His variety of jumpers and themes is amazing! Thank you so much Sergei! read more

This is our second year in a row using planet bouncy for my daughter's birthday party. They are very easy to work with and we have been happy with the service and products. The kids always have such a blast. read more

Planet Bouncy has been the company I use for my kids bounce house for 3 years straight. The bounce houses are clean and set up fairly quickly. Only issue is that they only call to confirm the evening before about your scheduled time. That can be rather stressful if you want to make sure they will be there for the party. Just make sure to give 1 hour buffer time for when your party starts so you don't have to worry about them being late. read more

I rented a bounce house and tables/chairs for my daughter's birthday party. I added in the tables and chairs only a few days before and they were able to accommodate. The set up was very efficient and the staff members were very friendly. My rental was from 11 am to 6 pm but it was dropped off early and picked up the next day, so my daughter got to enjoy the bounce house for longer! Would recommend this business to anyone!! read more

Spoke to the owner to book a jumper. We came to a bit of an issue with my date as he was fully booked but he worked with me. He advised me he would figure it out even if he had to buy a new generator. I appreciated that because I really wanted to book with them. The arrived at the time they said the would and jumper was picked up also at the right time. I would definitely book with them again. read more

Was very happy with my rental from Planet Bouncy. It was a busy weekend for them, but rearranged things to get me in on time timeline. They were set everything up quickly and did a great job packing it back up at the end of the day. The bounce house guy spent the time to wipe it down well before packing it up as well. Will use again if my kid hasn't aged out of bouncy houses by his B-day next year. read more

This is the company to rent all your bouncy houses! The best price ever with so many options to choose from. I've rented two times and I can't thank enough the owner for his attentiveness and has the best vibe to work with! After working with this company, my husband asked me to rent the bouncy houses each time we invite over my son's friends since it's so worth it. We prepared about 10% tip after pick up, but we were more than happy and satisfied with his service, so we ended up paying more what we planned just to show him how thankful we are :) (also the owner got bitten by my puppy right when he was about to leave, so my husband apologized him but the owner was super chill and understood my puppy. It was our fault to open the backyard while the puppy was inside of the house. We would like to apologize once again and thank you for being so understanding til last moment!) He's usually busy but very easy to reserve his bouncy house so I will definitely call him before you search any other companies. The prices are on his website/ very straightforward. Has tens of options to choose from. I will definitely recommend planet bouncy for all your parties! Im reserving another one soon for sure! I would NOT recommend Planet Bouncy. August 2022 was my daughter's birthday party. I tried to get a hold of Planet Boucy in July 2022. Through email. No reply. My Husband tried through phone and email. No call back or email reply. I asked a friend to make contact, no response. I understand August is a busy time, but no response to three different people, is unprofessional. read more

Wow. A great experience. The 5th grade kids had a BLAST in the 68' obstacle course. They basically lived in it during the whole party. Sergei was very reliable. We were in constant communication during the planning, and they showed up exactly as scheduled to set up and exactly as scheduled to take down. Very professional service with a company that's been doing this for over two decades. Thanks again, Sergei! read more

We had our bouncer at the park, and Planet Bouncy is one of the bouncer companies on the Mar Vista pre-approved list. They were very helpful and nice from the get go. They quoted us the amount and what time to be there. We got a courtesy phone call the day before, and the day of was a breeze. Came on time, bouncer was great, and came back on time. Such pleasant people who work here. Love to recommend everyone here. read more

Planet Bouncy Inflatables - The gum ball bouncer @ the Mar Vista Park $180 (including generator) - Bounce House Rentals Near Me

I rented the "Rainbow Combo Deluxe" with a slide, crawl tunnel, pop-ups and basketball hoop for a client appreciation party I held at my office. It was awesome! It was a hit from all the kids in attendance! They loved it! It was so much better than just a regular bounce house since so many kids could be in it at once, enjoying the slide, tunnel, jumping, and shooting hoops. *Note that the rental did not include a ball, but I had purchased a bouncy, multi-colored ball at JoAnn's to use the basketball hoop. I also got a foam mat to put around the entrance to the bounce house where the kids could step in & out and easily put on their shoes without having to sit on the asphalt. It was a hit from the parents in attendance because their kids were happy. Those that were still around when the Planet Bouncy delivery/pick-up guy came were impressed because he spent about 30 minutes wiping and cleaning everything before deflating and packing up the inflatable. They had been happy their kids enjoyed the inflatable and even happier when they saw the care in cleaning. Delivery was right on time, and pickup was only 15 mins after the time we specified, which was fine, since we were still cleaning up from the party. I was so glad I didn't have to wait around my office for a delivery guy - another place I had called had set pick-up times that were very late. Sergei called the day before the party to confirm the delivery, and was pleasant on the phone. Although, I will mention, when I initially called to check availability and schedule, it was a little rushed. I didn't mind the interaction, though & I'm glad that it didn't deter me from such a great company. I will definitely call Planet Bouncy again. read more

The fire engine jumper I ordered for my son to enjoy arrived clean and as pictured. Customer service was top-notch. I saved their number; I will use this company again based on my positive experience. read more

Interesting customer service experience. When I called I was told by the man who answered the phone I didn't need a deposit to book and reserve the date for a bouncer. I was also told someone would call me the day before my event to confirm the event and drop off time. The day before of my event, no one called and I had to call myself . I was worried if someone no one would show up. Now, the day of the event the delivery man was late, but luckily my guest arrived late and the kids got to enjoy it on time. They were also late to pick up the bouncer after my party was over. I don't think i would book with this company again. Not my style! read more

This company is awesome. They have a great selection of bouncy houses that you can view on their website. Other than the bouncies, you also can rent tables and chairs, cotton candy machines and other fun party goods. I asked them to be there at 10 and they were there at 9:45, yay! My sons got extra bounce time. They were right on time to pick up the bouncy. It was clean, and the staff was amazing. Great communication before the day of the event as well. I would use this company again for sure. read more

We rented a bouncy house this weekend for a small birthday party for our three year old and her three pod preschool friends. It was a great experience! Due to rain we had to bump the party to the next day and Planet Bouncy made it so easy to move our rental date. We paid cash on pick up and tipped our driver who arrived on time for drop off and pick up. The whole process was so easy! We will absolutely be renting from Planet Bouncy again! read more

I spoke to the owner of this company on a Thursday. Told him the jumpers I was interested in, asked a bunch of questions and he assured me that they were both available and no rush on booking so to discuss final options with my husband and call back in the next day or so. Sunday I call back. He lets me know he won't be at his computer to do rentals until the next morning and to call then but believes the 2 jumpers we want are still available. I call back Monday morning. Luckily both were still available (or so I was told) I go through the booking process. Which btw is the most difficult booking process I've ever had with a jumper company of the 10-15 I've used in the past. He would not guarantee times for me and based on my early afternoon drop off request told me I would be considered a "morning drop off" so pick up would be at 4p. I explained that our party would still be going though so he suggested we move back the drop off to after 12p but the problem was if I moved to an "afternoon drop off" in order to have the jumper until 7p now it was arriving while my quests were also arriving.... I really wanted this specific construction themed jumper so I agreed to place our order as a 2 day order as the only way to lock in the 11a-7p time I hoped to have the jumpers. Whew! Finally the booking was done. Though it now became much more expensive to have 2 days, I was happy !!! THEN 3 days before our party the company calls back to inform me they were mistaken about the availability of the main jumper that matched our theme and that we would have to instead pick from there now very minimal inventory to replace it !!! I am heartbroken. At this point most jumper rental companies are booked up due to the holiday weekend and finding a comparable construction themed jumper was no longer an option ... Do not rent from this company if you actually have a preference on the theme of your rental :( read more

TLDR: Sergey, the owner of Planet Bouncy has 0 customer service skills and gets loud and aggressive with his female customers. Sunday Story Time. I'd like to tell everyone about my experience with Planet Bouncy for my daughters 3rd birthday yesterday. To make a very long story short, there was a miscommunication between Sergey the owner and his driver, causing setup to be almost 90 min late. When Sergey tried to collect my money, I told him I wanted the time made up with a later pickup. He then proceeded to deny this, saying because I told him my party ended at 4 he wouldn't pick up any later, DESPITE I am having to come back at 6:30 PM for another pick up. When I asked why he couldn't pick up my bouncer with the 6:30 PM pick up he proceeded to yell at me and get very aggressive. He then continued to threaten to pull my birthday girl out of her bouncer and pack it up. I then tried to pay him saying that I would rather deal with the short time then cause my three-year-old that kind of upset, which he then proceeded to tell me he didn't have a problem taking the jumper and I would rather do that then take my "angry money". I didn't get loud until he got loud with me and then continued to tell me to calm down. Keep in mind that my husband was not present and it was just me at the park with my best friend. I called my husband and put him on speaker so that he could hear this man yelling at me. I found it incredibly unprofessional that he would scream and yell at me in the middle of a park, as I am a woman AND pregnant. The driver ended up being the reasonable one, told the owner to be quiet, got him away from me and said he would come pick up my jumper at 5:30 despite Sergey saying that he didn't want that to happen. I am truly confident that had my husband been present at the time Sergey was there, he wouldn't have dared yelled at me like that. This also isn't the first time that I've seen Sergey lose his cool in front of lots of families (at a friends party). I've witnessed him get loud and aggressive one other time and chalked it up to being a bad day, but now I see that this is just his temperament. Sure enough after the party Sergey comes to pick up the other parties jumper at 6:30 PM with a completely empty truck (one of his excuses why I Couldn't have a later pick up was because there would be no room in the truck when he came). I pointed him out loudly to my Husband so of course Sergey came over and tried to kiss his ass. It was truly disgusting how shmoozie he was being with my husband despite how incredibly rude he had been to me just hours earlier. This man has 0 respect for women and terrible customer service. He is only in business because of his low pricing, but I would personally pay the larger price for an on time drop off/pick up and to not be disrespected and have an altercation in front of families and children. read more

Excellent customer service! I ordered the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bouncer for my daughter's 1st birthday party. The bouncer was a great form of entertainment for children 3-12 years of age. My first bouncer rental experience was so pleasant I kept their business card for 6 years. Can't tell if Sergei was the owner back then but just as reliable and honest. Very reasonable pricing if not cheapest, and I love how their website shows every single available bouncer they have with prices - straight forward and self explanatory. Booking the bouncer was even easier over the phone, he seems to be available always and just one call away.. I wasted 20 minutes of shopping around and comparing but Planet Bouncy came out on top! Seriously do not sleep on these guys, they were absolutely amazing. When I first started looking for a bounce house for my daughters birthday party a lot of places unchanged for a weekend, which I did not appreciate, until I found these guys. The prices on the website are what you pay, and you just give them a call and tell them what you want, they do the rest. They answered every question I had, and even allowed me to add more tables and chairs when I had more people rsvp. By the way they offer the best deal for tables and chairs, I checked around. They were here on time, polite, and even offered to set up all the tables and chairs for me. They came back in the early evening at the time they said, and cleaned up everything, you would never know I had a party there. It was amazing, and I can't stress enough how great this company was. Everything you want in a company, reliable, great communication and clean equipment! Thanks again guys, we will be back! read more

This review is much overdue as Sergei is a rockstar! I have rented a bouncy from Planet Bouncy every year, sometimes 2 times a year for the past 5 years. Every time they have delivered on time and set up was super fast and easy. We recently rented a bouncy for Super Bowl Sunday and the weather was definitely iffy . . . rain in the forecast. Sergei warned me of all the risks and made sure I was fully informed that in the event of rain they would have to take down the bouncy (even if it just went up 30 minutes prior) and that safety is always the company's #1 priority. I decided to go for it and the bouncy was a hit! While there were a few raindrops throughout the day, it never got so bad that the bouncy had to be taken down. Another thing I love about this company is that Sergei ALWAYS answers the phone . . . I called him 4 days before Super Bowl Sunday at around 7:00 p.m., he answered and made sure we had a bouncy (now that's personal care and going above a beyond). Of course I would always recommend booking as early as possible so you get your pick of delivery and pick-up times. Thanks Sergei for making all the kids at our parties super happy! read more

I'm so glad I found this great place on yelp. After going through 3 other jumper companies, 1 completely sold out and 2 others never got back to me. This is the place I called. Everything started off wonderful. I called several times ahead of booking to get information. Finally booked for my party. I was told I would get a call the week before my party to receive a delivery time. I asked for early drop off and they said they would do it if it worked with their schedule. I didn't receive a call by Thursday and my party was on a Saturday. So I called to be sure I was still on the schedule. The guy was a bit curt and said he had told me they only call the night before the party to give drop off time. I thought to myself, well that's not what you said before, but okay. I waited for my call on Friday and thankfully they called and could drop off the night before, which I was super grateful for. The drop off guys were nice and helpful. The next day a guy even came to set up the bounce house for me before the party and let me know that pick up would be that night at 7pm. I was all ready and happy to write a glowing review, as everything had gone so smoothly. However, 7pm came and went and nobody came to pick up the items I rented. I called the phone number to see what was going on and nobody answered. I waited up until 9 pm, and no one came. The next day, Sunday, I waited until 11 am to see if somebody would show up to pick up the goods. Nobody showed up so, I called again and left a message, as nobody picked up again. Sunday came and went and I didn't hear anything. So Monday morning I thought for sure someone would call me back or show up. NOPE. I called around 11 am again and left a message. I heard nothing, so I called again at 12:30 pm (all this time my grass is being killed from all this stuff lying on my grass). Finally Sergei picked up and didn't even know that nobody had picked up the goods. He said he would get a guy to me within the hour. I said great, and gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a mix up and they were taking care of it. Well, an hour went by and still nobody. I called again and Sergei said the guy was around the corner. I said are you sure because you told me he would be here within the hour and it has been over an hour. Then he got nasty with me and asked what it is I wanted him to do. I said, well I have been waiting around for days for you to pick up the items and you haven't even offered to compensate me. He got even more nasty with me and said that I don't have a right to ask for compensation, they did what they were supposed to do by supplying the goods and even did me a favor by dropping it off early. I told him that he made it clear that dropping items off early would only happen if it helped them out, so it wasn't a favor for me. Even as I type the equipment is still in my backyard. So, if you are looking to house equipment for this company and pay them for it, then this is the company you should book. However, I will never be returning. Update: A guy finally showed up to pick up the items, but didn't have a dolly. Asked If I did, I do not, and left supposedly to go get one. He hasn't come back yet. I am about to put all the items on the sidewalk for people to take. I had to pay in full and the items are still in my backyard days after my party. read more

Man, I am so bummed by Planet Bouncey right now. Our kids helped us pick out the perfect bouncer for Christmas Eve. We called and made the reservation, no problem or questions. The 23rd, we get a message that the bouncer can't be overnight in the front yard. We call back and leave a message that evening that we'll need a smaller one to go in the backyard, we check the inline availability and give an exact mode. 7:30am the delivery guy shows up with the wrong bouncer. He tells us we can call and correct it, that he'll bring us another bouncer. By 8:30am, we get someone from Planet Bouncey on the phone and change the order, but it's up to the driver to bring it back. And surprise! He doesn't want to. Well, now I have two sad kids and one on the way with no bouncey house. So bummed by how this went down. read more

Sergei runs a tight ship. Ordered a bounce house for my son's birthday party and I made the mistake of telling Sergei the wrong park in Culver City. I call him back and he replies: No problem. He gets PB's insurance permit paperwork to Culver City Parks & Rec to go with our park permit on his own without my having to follow-up. Day of the party, his staff member Mike shows up at the right park on time - I'm impressed (and relieved!). Setup is easy peasy and Mike is outta there and back at 3 p.m. as promised for teardown. We rented a Frozen jumper for our two year old's birthday party and the jumper that arrived exceeded our expectations. First of all, it's important to know that we actually called a little late in trying to reserve our jumper but these guys had what we needed. You should also know that this wasn't just a generic "castle" style jumper with a Velcro banner, but an actual Disney Jumper (without the typical "Disney" price) that had a full-on printed "Frozen" wall, diamond-shaped windows and large snowflakes on the top. John came and dropped off/picked up the jumper and he actually took the time to clean and sanitize the jumper before packing it up in his van. This helped us to know that the jumper was indeed cleaned and sanitized for us BEFORE he delivered it. John said this level of service is always what you'll get when dealing with Planet Bouncy. I'll definitely be using these guys again for my older daughter. Thanks John, for the awesome service and information on your company. read more
