We were looking to rent tables/chairs for the little one's birthday a couple months back. We got quotes from many of the local event companies but Luna's was far and away the best of the bunch, especially since the quote included delivery/pick-up whereas it was an added cost for most of the other quotes we had gotten. Our only apprehension going into it was that we had noticed Luna's reviews were very good but they were all fairly recent. We figured it was a new business and decided to use them to supply the tables/chairs for our party since their quote was beyond reasonable with delivery/pick-up included. On the day of our party, they were running about 15 minutes behind and were communicative. They helped carry everything into the backyard. The tables/chairs were of good quality and everything was very clean. The following day, we got all the tables/chairs folded up and they carried them from the backyard back to their truck. We were able to get the jumper, tables and chairs all in one place AND were delivered and picked up which anyone who has planned a child's birthday party knows you always have last minute errands to be ran on the day of so as little planned pick ups is the way to go. Luna's was great. They provided a good deal on a clean(!!!!), new jumper, tables and runners. They were easy to work with, had quality items and were reasonably priced. Before I hired them, I gave them a call to ask how long they have been renting jumpers. Luna was upfront and said they just started a few weeks ago. Nevertheless, I felt comfortable and booked them for the Saturday after Thanksgiving (a busy time). When my 11am slot come and no one was there, I started to get nervous. 15 minutes past and they still hadn't shown up, so I called and they answered saying they were on the way. Eventually they showed up about 20 minutes late. While their late arrival with no communication made me nervous that they wouldn't show up at all, once they did show up, everything was great. They worked with me on the placement, brought 2 jumpers (just incase 1 was too big for my backyard) and cleaned everything once it was set up. The table clothes etc were nicely packed in plastic containers and the tables and chairs were sparkling clean. They even helped work on the pickup time the next day. Overall a great business! My only advice, do like I did and have them arrive at least 1 hour prior to the event incase there are any hiccups. read more

Called Friday to book for super bowl Sunday , women replied back and stated she would send pictures of jumpers available confirmed order for Sunday at 10am with address and everything needed! Sunday morning at 10:30am they were a no call show , I called repeatedly and no response also sent text messages. I understand it's busy and maybe a bigger job came around but not calling the customer and leaving the kids with nothing is horrible business !!!!!! We just threw a party for my daughter and had Luna bring by a pink castle bounce house and tables, table cloths, and chairs. All her stuff is brand new so it's very clean and in excellent condition. When they come pick up the rentals, everything is sanitized inside and out (it took them 30 minutes to sanitize the bounce house, tables, and chairs when they picked them up so they are doing a REALLY thorough job, which I appreciate). Luna is amazing with customer service, I texted her changing how many chairs and tables we needed at least 6 times and she was very quick to respond and didn't get confused by my changes.
