I recently visited the warehouse to inspect the 7'-12' adjustable uprights for our 10' x 10' trade show booth to make sure they were exactly what I needed. Sure enough, they were perfect - securely packaged, brand new, and ready to go. FedEx shipped them from LA, California, on what should have been a five-day trip to Wisconsin. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the package in transit. Things happen, I understand that. The shipment was returned to Urquid Linen. I worked with Ed when I originally purchased the uprights, and once again when the damaged shipment was returned. Ed was incredibly helpful in explaining the next steps. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that he would personally ensure the items were repackaged, secured, and sent back to Wisconsin, where they were intended to go in the first place. Ed did exactly that. Just a few hours later, I received a new tracking number, and the shipment was on its way again. I need these uprights for our annual aviation trade show in Wisconsin, a week-long event that requires durable, adjustable displays that comply with the show's height regulations. The uprights are rugged, well-made, and exactly what we were looking for. Urquid Linen has earned a customer for life. The products are high quality, the customer service is exceptional, and the communication is personal. There is no call center. Ed is right there in the shop, walking the floor, checking on orders, and making sure everything keeps moving forward. I miss that kind of customer service. In today's world of AI, Ed gives the acronym a whole new meaning: Accurate and Indispensable. A very happy customer, Kent Dellenbusch Upland, California June 11, 2026 read more

BEST PURCHASE FOR OUR WEDDING! I searched everywhere for blue French toile linens & was so happy to find them on Urquid Linens site! We were informed not long after placing our order that the current stock might not be enough for our order due to the high demand for this particular print & may come in a little later than our arrival date projected! This was totally fine since we gave ourselves plenty of time to order prior to our event date. To our surprise, they showed up earlier than we thought! They truly brought the entire space together! I couldn't recommend UL enough! read more

Phenomenal service with unparalleled inventory to choose from for one of our events. We ordered online and requested pickup. Their prices are very reasonable because they do lots of volume, saving you from additional fees and charges. We will highly recommend and use Urquid over again. read more

I just want to say I'm so happy that we found your company as I was looking for a local linen vendor to decorate my table setting for my wedding and I was so satisfied with your service and quality of linens you provided. Urquid Linen - Here's the pic I promised I would send if my table setting. - Party Supplies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

A hidden warehouse somewhere in LA. But this is definitely the spot for your events if you need linens and other party supplies. Definitely recommend this place. However, be advised no walk-ins must purchase over the phone or online and schedule an appointment for pick-up. read more

This company has the very best linens money can buy and at outstanding prices. Manager let me come in very last minute and personally showed me fabrics at the factory site. No better place to get linens. I paid less than Half what I would have paid to rent crappy polyester table cloths. And boy are they fast. Excellent experience all the way around. I am lucky that I live in Los Angeles and could drive in. read more

Urquid Linen - Valentina Lace in Champagne - Party Supplies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Urquid Linen went above and beyond to get rush order ready for pickup today. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service

This place has SOOOO many different options to choose from. For us they were a life saver. Not only did they have what we needed but they do special orders. The reason for only 4 stars is they dropped the ball on my order and I didn't receive it when originally promised. Not a huge problem since we ordered with ample time to allow for mistakes. Once I called Liz and let her know, she promptly had my ordered made and delivered to me in less then a week. Thank you Liz for your understanding and the prompt and courteous manner in which you handled the miss hap. I would def. refer you to my friends and family. read more

I can't say enough good things about Urquid Linen. I have worked with them for years and not only is their linen the VERY BEST in quality, but their team is nothing short of exceptional. Always willing to help, always friendly. I never order linen from anyone else! read more

I love Urquid Linen. I started a chat with a gurl named Lucy who is not as knowledgeable as the other employees so I asked if any one else was available. And not even twenty minutes later NARB called me trying to assist me with my order. I have never experienced customer service on such a high level. They treat you like gold no matter your budget. The variety in colors, fabrics and patterns for linens are endless. They are worth every penny!!! read more

I got a list of colors I needed to match for a job and googled some websites until I came across this one, they had every single color I had on my list so I contacted one of their service representatives and they helped me order the linens and were super professional and friendly during the whole call. We got the linens on time and they turned out beautiful! Thanks Urquid Linen! read more

Amazing customer service! I had custom linens at my door in less than a week after placing my order. An incredibly wide selection, and very competitive prices. This is my new go to for linens! read more

I want to recognize Narb at Urquid Linen for his gracious communication with me throughout the course of my work with them. We got married in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and I was looking for special linens for our bridal table. Urquid Linen has awesome crush velvet table linens that I preferred to purchase rather than rent linens that weren't what I wanted from a local place in town. The cost was roughly the same, plus I was able to keep the linen. I ordered the linens four months in advance of my wedding and unfortunately, because the velvet linens are so similar and I had a phone call conversation to clarify some things, we ended up with a taupe velvet linen that was not what I expected. Narb and I communicated via email and phone to return the linens free of shipping charge (they were heavy!) and they sent me new samples and the correct linen. My only wish was that I used velvet linens from Urquid Linen for ALL of the tables at our wedding. Give yourself TIME to order linens, because if something goes wrong along the way and Narb and his team have the time to rectify it, then you'll be pleased with your choice! Thanks Narb! read more

Urquid Linen - Taupe Crush Velvet Table Linens - Party Supplies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This company is a nightmare. I ordered linens and was expecting to get them within the shipping timeframe given. Three weeks later, I hadn't received any tracking info or updates, so I emailed...3 emails and I finally got a response. I was told some of the linens I purchased were no longer available and if I wanted to receive the rest of the items anyway. I said yes. Then I get another email saying that the items I purchased were no longer being manufactured because "their clientele wants quality." Meaning what I ordered was not of good quality. I'm still baffled as to why it took me contacting them to find out I'm not getting the items I've paid nearly $300 for. Luckily I still have time to purchase elsewhere before my event. Still going back and forth with them and still haven't received word about my refund. Also, the linens they say they no longer carry are still up and available to purchase on the website. RUN far and fast away from this company. They are shady. The customer service manager is nice, but the company itself is not trustworthy or dependable, and definitely doesn't care about their customers. Epic fail. read more

We ordered chair covers and sashes for our wedding reception from Urquid Linen and believe we got the lowest price hands down. Our wedding planner wanted to charge us close to $10 per chair, and for 100 guests that's a lot of money! Urquid Linen worked with us to get the perfect matching colors in sashes and the chair covers shipped wrinkle free just like they promised. Everything was easy and carefree. read more

Urquid Linen promises 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, buyers must beware. I purchased standard table toppers from the company. My order arrived last week. I called the company to process a return. Eric Azoian (Sales Manager) answered the phone and harassed me about returning the toppers. Even after informing Mr. Azoian I would file various complaints, he still continued to harass me and would not process my return. Thus, no honoring Urquid Linen's guarantee. I WILL NEVER ODER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BUYERS/RENTERS BEWARE. read more

I was VERY nervous ordering five table cloths sight unseen but was ultimately swayed by (1) the level of customer service and (2) the price! I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the Urquid Linen's customer service and sales departments via their online chat system AND by phone. I was also impressed with their effort to assist in getting my order to me on time... I had an incredibly tight deadline and the delivery window was tight but I was assured there would be no problems and their weren't. In terms of price, I paid less than HALF what I would have paid to rent lesser quality table cloths in NYC (roughly $22 per table cloth to BUY thru Urquid vs. a $45 + tax quote to RENT). I was very happy with the quality of the table cloths and look forward to the opportunity to use them again! read more

I dealt with Art at Urquid Linen. I needed the order asap. He sent me photos of my color options, helped me choose the colors based on my flower arrangement and then expedited my order. The quality of the table linens is excellent! Great products and great customer service! read more

This place was a total nightmare. The girl Liz who first answered my call after calling to return my order because my linen was received with multiple snags and dirt marks was the rudest person I had ever dealt with. I was expecting to receive brand new drapes for an anniversary party and received what looked to me like rental linen. I ended up keeping the drapes because I was being told I would be charged a restocking fee plus my shipping charges and I had already been charged $45 for shipping to recieve 5 drapes in a small fedex box that probably only cost $20 to ship. No shipping charges would not be refunded. I will NEVER consider giving this place my business again. I did however give this review one star because the guy Art who called me back did have good customer service but at that point I just didn't want to deal with the headache anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this place. They sent me incorrect samples and then made me pay to ship them back. Also- they do not have half the stuff they have on their website. They are obviously inexperienced and need to learn better customer service or they will be out of business soon enough. If you are looking for good linens for your wedding or party use BBJ Linen they are awesome and have various locations so the shipping rates are pretty low. www.http://www.bbjlinen.com/ read more

I was totally disappointed in the product I ordered. Website shows an ivory overlay as a sample, but when I received the overlay, NOT IVORY BUT A BRASSY GOLD!!!!!! After notifying them by email, I was promised a response within 24 hours. WRONG! $ 3 weeks later I call and was told that I should have ordered a sample. My response, was they really need to quit showing a sample on their website that is not accurate. The gentleman agreed to take them back with a 15% restocking fee. Suggested I just keep them since it was going to cost more to send them back and pay the 15% restocking fee. I will not be using them again. Very dissatisfied with them. G. Millar read more

Best Service fast turn around! Friendly and verg large selection to choose from. Very good $$ point.

I recently used Urquid linen's services for a corporate event we had for a movie production company out in burbank. We have used many other companies in the past but never have we seen the service and product pricing as we saw with this company. They were amazing to work with, were patient as we had a few last minute changes due to some budgeting, and they shipped our items and had everything ready for us in time. In the movie studio business, there's always last minute changes and budgeting issues and so many other obstacles that may come up and we are happy to know we finally found a vendor who is aware of all that and cooperates with us to make everything happen for us to have the perfect event. As for the quality of the products, everything was great. I recommend all my fellow yelpers and any studio or prop house to inquire with them and see what they can offer you. I was impressed after dealing with other headache vendors in the past. read more

My mother and I accidentally came across Urquid Linen and boy were we glad we did! This place is a true gem, I purchased everything for my wedding ( linens, sashes, napkins holders, napkins, etc.) here. They have a variety of colors and styles. Boy am I glad I came across Urquid Linen!!! They really know how to treat people in critical times. So to keep it short.. The company I used before Urquid Linen had screwed up our order and send us the wrong color chair sashes. Now 2 days away from our engagement party, my fiancée and I were freaking out until I came across Urquid Linen. They made me the color I specially asked for, and took very good care of us. My fiancée and I our having our marriage soon and I will defiantly use Urquid Linen for all the needs. P.S ask for Eric. That's who took care of us. read more

I'm not sure how well this company is, and I can't leave the rating portion empty so I'm rating it along with Jen's experience. However, linentablecloths.com is actually cheaper for those who haven't placed their order yet. But yes $10 per chair is crazy, depending upon the style & material. Still $10 per chair is too much. Jen congrats & I'm happy they worked with you to get what you want; that is the most important thing. read more
