John had stopped by our residence at around 6:00 P.M on a Saturday. He was great! Really knowledgeable, and he checked both bedroom windows carefully, taking all the measurements. Afterwards, he provided all of the specifications on the window, brand, and installation timeline. The quote process was straightforward and press free. I appreciated that the team provided the quote same day and that it was so simple! Booking an appointment for a onsite review was a breeze. Ultimately, we didn't move forward with The Window and Door Store since we're just looking to repair the windows, but I would recommend taking a look at this company if you're looking for new windows and frames!
