I don't remember the names of the two gentlemen who sold me my windows but I do remember how…read moreimpressed I was. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

JJ and the team were all super nice and friendly and didn't feel like scammy upsellers like some other companies. The install team was great, and even though there were a few hiccups, everything was addressed promptly with great communication. I haven't had any issues with the windows since, and you can really tell the difference in keeping heat out on those hot summer days. Would 100% recommend!

It was a tough project because the building's pretty old, has a bunch of add-ons, and wasn't easy to work with -- but they went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out right. They did things I know most other companies wouldn't have done without charging extra, and they really cared about getting it done right. Nancy was awesome -- super easy to talk to, always responsive, and helped me with anything I needed from start to finish. Their pricing was also the best out of the seven quotes I got, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I'd recommend them to anyone -- they really take pride in their work and make sure you're happy with the results.

I'm glad that they arrived this morning. I was so scared that the front door would break in between that time, so I placed a sign on the door, asking people to be gentle with the door handling. The quote was $650, which I was ready to handle. However, it took 9 days and 4 follow-ups from my end to finally get the job scheduled. Then, right before the end of my workday, I got a call saying they had accidentally sent the wrong quote. Originally sent on October 2nd, they only informed me on October 8th that the quote was incorrect. The new quote doubled to $1,299.95, with an added person and 5 extra hours of labor--completely unreasonable! The entire experience was frustrating, from the delays to being hit with a new, inflated quote. Thankfully, I called Main Street Door Repair, and Ken came out the next day. He fixed my door perfectly for $200, a fraction of the price ADG wanted to charge!
