The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. I had three other estimates but I thought when the world was gonna be the best fit. Now I actually have a screen door with my sliding glass door. Thank you Window world. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. Juan came out and did a great job finishing everything to our satisfaction. We got the correct hardware, he touched up and caulked the areas that needed caulking. He also caulked along the floor on the side to cover the gap left from removing the old door and transition. The only thing that Desert King needs to do is improve the communication when a customer tries to call about a project. If they can do that they would awesome.
