We had the entire house retrofitted with replacement windows. In all, 21 windows and the sliding door were replaced with upgraded beautiful vinyl windows and what a difference they make to the overall aesthetic, temperature and lighting in our 1989 home. No question, they are well worth the investment of 20K. Shoutout to the Desert King team: Robert was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information and options so we could make the best decision for what product would work best with our home and also be in compliance with our HOA regulations. Jason came by to measure twice to ensure accuracy and Bridget kept us updated on the timeline of the project. The shining star was Freddie and his installation crew. They knocked the entire project out in one long day! From demo to cleanup the entire crew worked like skilled clockwork and were all very respectful of our home. They left it very clean and tidy. Freddie came the next day to finish trimming out the sliding door and reinstall the security door on the slider. Very professional!

Not only did they do a PHENOMENAL job installing the door, they were just a pleasure to be around and have in my home. If you've had work done on your home, you know how important it is to feel good around the people who are doing the work. I highly, highly recommend them. Thank you!

Honest, reliable, and truly stands behind his work…read more We had a great experience with Chris from Quality Glass Bathroom Help. We originally contacted him in July because our sliding door had come off the track. He came out, fixed it, and charged us $135. He also told us that his repair came with a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, the door came off the track again, so we reached back out to Chris. He came out yesterday to take another look, honored the warranty, and was very honest with us about what was going on. He explained that the door would need more extensive work and gave us an estimate of $1,200-$1,600 for the additional repairs. We decided not to move forward with the larger repair because of the cost, and what really impressed me was how Chris handled it. He completely understood our decision and offered to refund the original $135 service charge since the door was still having issues within the warranty period. I really appreciate this level of honesty and integrity. He could have easily just pushed us toward the more expensive repair, but instead he was transparent about our options and made sure we were taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business owner who is honest, reliable, and genuinely stands behind his work. Thank you, Chris, for the great customer service! I would definitely recommend Quality Glass Bathroom Help.

I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install. Then on the way out Cris fixed the hinges on my door, I guess because he's a handy guy and had a drill in his hand. Excellent work, full marks. 1000 points for Gryffindor.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review to 1 star and will not be using this company again…read more I called to schedule an estimate for another cracked window I recently noticed in my upstairs bathroom. I asked whether there was any chance it could be replaced by tomorrow, and I was told the turnaround is usually 1-2 business days. No problem. What completely turned me off was the attitude of the person I spoke with. He was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily snarky. He told me, "Just to let you know, we don't make the windows, we just replace them," as if I had said something unreasonable. Then when I mentioned tomorrow, he responded, "Tomorrow is not a business day, it's Saturday," in the same snooty tone. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. I was simply asking about availability. And considering this company has business hours listed on Saturdays, it was not some outrageous question to ask. I really wish I had gotten his name, but I was so caught off guard and irritated by the interaction that I ended the call without asking. This is especially disappointing because I had just used this company only a few weeks ago and had a good experience. It's amazing how quickly one rude interaction can completely change someone's opinion of a business. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that can replace a window. Customer service, professionalism, and basic respect are what make people want to come back. This company lost my business over something that could have been handled with simple courtesy.

I appreciated that the team provided the quote same day and that it was so simple! Booking an appointment for a onsite review was a breeze. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
