Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sorry, but if I had a customer waiting 4 hours for me to show up and it was my fault, I'd MAKE IT WORK! Maybe this business has too much on its plate to care. They said they don't provide quotes by phone, everything is custom so they have to visit and measure in person. So I indicated I was not interested in that. They asked me to confirm where I lived so they could verify they serviced my area (which has already been established via the web form), then asked for my address. At that point I stopped replying. They have since called my phone 2 or 3 times a day, every day FOR WEEKS! I blocked their number but I can still see when it called and they are still calling 2 or 3 times a day 3 weeks later. As this was our first experience searching for window replacement services, we didn't quite know what to expect. Universal Windows Direct of Las Vegas was the first company to stop by our residence. It was a same day appointment. As soon as we called in, a team member arrived at our house in the evening. We informed the team member about several of our windows and the crack in one of the panes. After inspecting the windows, he had taken all the necessary measurements. From there, we went down to discuss quotes. A example window replacement was provided. He had mentioned it would be better to replace all of the windows in the house to match since the new design would look completely different from the builder grade windows we have now. After informing the team member that we were really just looking into the 3 windows in the upstairs bedrooms, the team member provided the quote. Due to pricing and the difference in the window compared to the current windows in the house, we decided not to move forward with Universal Windows Direct of Las Vegas.

July 2nd, July 6th, July 7th and have canceled on the same day, during the time they are supposed to arrive. They now have us scheduled AGAIN July 11th. Btw today's date is 7/9/26. Believe the sales pitch, calling the manager John, for an unbelievable discount and price, you're getting the best deal ever, blah, blah, blah. For almost $30k to replace builder grade 30 year old windows, which is a huge investment, we should get what we paid for at the bare minimum. This company has no follow through, no commitment, no time for you once you pay. This is now into the second month of getting them to just "finish" what they started, so we (hopefully) never have to communicate with them again. Believe the reviews. Look elsewhere. Anywhere else.

This review is long overdue…read more. We selected Master Craftsmen after getting quotes and estimates from several companies.. some cheaper and some considerably more expensive. What we learned during our meeting with Master Craftsmen we used as leverage with the other companies. What we found is that many didn't use proper installation methods, they skipped corners to save you a couple bucks.. After a year, we are still very happy with our purchase. (FYI we replaced every window and door in our home)
