So far this is my family's favorite spot for boba tea. We haven't had a bad one yet. We usually always get the Pomelo Mango coconut sago and it's really good. I get it with extra coconut sago. My daughters like the Taro slush and that's pretty good here to, had the Thai tea as well and I enjoyed it to. The store is located in a community of townhomes in a small parking lot. It's a come and go area so there's always parking. Service is very quick so you're not waiting long at all for your order, it's very spacious and clean inside so my toddlers will run around while we wait and the staff doesn't seem to mind. They are all really nice and accommodating. I absolutely adore this place for boba. We are here at least once a week. read more

New Boba Tea place in the Brambleton community, where the Harris Teeter used to be. Super cute inside, very friendly staff, and delicious boba tea and coffee offerings. Went with the Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee with boba for an afternoon pickup. Good ratio of ice to drink, and nice strong viet coffee. I ordered the Vietnamese sea salt coffee per the recommendation of the shop owner. This is my second time ordering bubble tea, so the guy took some time to explain their offerings and make some recommendations. He also told me that all of their drinks are made entirely in-house, unlike some of the beverages from larger chains. The drinks are very beautiful, and my coffee was delicious - similar to a Starbucks Frappuccino. I am excited to return and try some of their other drinks and tea! read more

I am so so happy we have an actual GOOD boba spot now in the Ashburn/Sterling area! The location is quite big with seating to enjoy your drinks and the staff was very friendly and helpful in picking drinks. Tried the mango green tea & it's some of the best I've ever had. You can really taste the freshness of the drink. I will be visiting very often, highly recommend trying. read more

This place is so so cute and very chill. The boba is super well made I've never had a bad experience here. To top it off, employees are super nice and what I like about their boba is that it's nice and sweet and smooth instead of rubbery. The cups are even nice as they are made up of really nice plastic. One of the better bubble tea places in the area, I've had both their sea salt Vietnamese iced coffee and their mango pomelo sago which both are good. Sometimes they do get a little busy, and can even run 15-20 minutes behind, however their bubble tea is worth it esp their mango pomelo sago! read more

This is the newest bubble tea in Brambleton and we are so happy they are here! They have a wide selection of bubble teas with unique toppings that you won't find elsewhere. One of the drinks I haven't seen else where is their Oreo brûlée bubble tea. I didn't get that but that's on my list next time. I had their taro bubble. We also ordered their tiger brown sugar bubble, Vietnamese coffee, and a couple drinks from their slush selections. The sweetness level is just right and boba I kept warm and chewy (but not too chewy). Definitely will be back to get my bubble tea fix. read more

Hooray Loudoun has a boba-specific store that is not Kung Fu Tea!!!!! Found out about this place from a friend who lives right near this place and I was shook that it's so close by! I went in today to try the Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee with coffee jelly and boba at 100% sugar (oops didn't see sugar level is adjustable 100%, 50%, 25%, 0%) and it was quite good! Make sure to mix the cream top in to the rest of the drink (with the cap off since the straw is a bit short but cute because it is heart shaped!) Apparently 90% of their drinks use fresh fruit and no powder and if powder is used in the few other drinks only high quality powder is used! The inside store aesthetic is really spacious, modern, and cute! The owner(?) is also really nice and informative. Definitely would go back and again! So happy Ashburn has a boba place! Will post about Y Tea on my food IG @foodooboos in a few days :) read more

This place is just too slow. It always takes forever. My kids like it and I tell them I don't want to go because it takes too long. We've been to other Boba places so we know it shouldn't take this long. I'm adding my reviewing after trying to order ahead. Order was placed at 1:32PM. This tea was great! They offer two sizes, regular and large. Regular is your typical sized drinks and the large is slightly larger. I went for the large Honey Jasmine Green Tea and it was perfect! Only choose the large if you're really craving boba, because it's definitely more than your average but very much worth it. read more

Been here a few times and has not disappointed us yet. Have to say one of the best boba places in NOVA. The bobas are perfect texture. The Milk Tea and slush have just the right flavor and are all favorable. I'm so glad got a great Boba tea place out west here. This is by far the best Bubble Tea place in Ashburn. Really like this place! It's nice to have a good boba place in the area. We got a couple of teas - overall I liked mine fine, but not better than our go-to bubble tea place. The texture of the other drink was... not quite right. It was one of their signature drinks, so we would expect it to not have a pretty significant issue (the brulee fresh taro latte). You can see from some of the photos that there are 3 different colored sections - they all taste good together, but its very hard to get the different flavors to actually mix and be drinkable. This place is out of our way, and not worth the detour. read more

Every time we see him, he knows us by name and asks about certain details that were brought up from a previous visit and whenever another customer comes in, he greets them by name too! Their spring rolls are a must try and are our favorite. They're well seasoned and have a great crisp to them! My go-to drinks are the avocado shake (they use fresh avocado!) and vietnamesse coffee with coffee jelly. My husband loves the limeades especially the lychee limeade with strawberry. Always a great experience!
