After work today, I randomly wanted some coffee. I stopped by to get some here. I went in the drive-thru. It was amazing experience. The guy who took my order and gave me my order had a man-bun. He was so nice. I went around Friday 3 pm. This is what I look for when I come to Starbucks. Highly recommend. read more

Decent Starbucks location That's close by ashburn with good staff on a weekend. Wanted a pick me up for my lunch break. Ordered ahead and food and beverages were ready to go. Would be nicer if it was closer to the creek view plaza. read more

Tables a bit sticky as I was waiting (walked in since the line outside was long at drive-thru), but service was straightforward and food was prepped and done quickly. They took my allergy seriously and used clean tongs to pick up the food, but wasn't 100% sure after the oven if they used a new or different tongs. read more

Not really sure why but the past few times I've been to Starbucks they don't fill my drink all the way. This is the only of the robin's location and I'm really disappointed. The workers are sometimes really rude, but there are really nice ones too. I'm done. read more

Love this Starbucks because it's close to home, has a drive thru, and is one of the few that isn't inside of a Harris Teeter. However, the line is always SO long and the parking lot is a hot mess. It's right on the corner of a four way stop so people who want to get in line for coffee are also blocking the road. I keep going back for convenience. read more

I've been in the drive through for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. They take their time to get customers through the line and it's ridiculous, the guy in-front of me waited 10 minutes to get his one coffee. They were not busy inside and they need to hire new people or get up and make drinks. read more

Just had the nicest customer service at the drive thru! The gentleman this morning took the time to answer my questions about iced matcha tea. I've never ordered it from Starbucks before (I'm an iced coffee girl year round and trying anything different is super foreign to me). I didn't feel rushed or like I was asking stupid questions and really appreciated his kindness and patience with me. After he made the drink he made sure I was happy with my order before leaving and asked me to try it. I tried it and it wasn't what I was expecting and he asked what I wanted instead and I told him it was fine but he insisted and I got an iced green tea and love it! I hope this review gets back to his manager! Thanks for the kindness this morning! read more

COVID-19 update. This is a well-run Starbucks with friendly baristas and a very spacious interior that is conducive to social distancing. Be sure to bring your facial covering. Also, this location has several outdoor tables for drinking coffee or eating. While there is a drive-thru, I like to park the car and get a coffee to drink in the car while using the WiFi service. The two unisex bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. This location is part of the Broadlands Village Center shopping complex (which has an Aldi and Bruster's Ice Cream Shop). It's a convenient spot if you are driving in the Broadlands area of Ashburn (less than a mile south of the intersection of Route 267 and the Claiborne Parkway). read more

Just don't. Every time I come through here my drink always gets messed up. It really just bums me out when I'm already feeling cruddy and want a pick me up to forget we live in some dystopian drama irl. These people who work here don't care, and I get it. Who wants to care anymore when rent is higher than the atmosphere, but ugh. I'm just driving the extra twenty minutes to a different starbucks to forget my woes because I'm tired of this being the trend at this one. Thanks for the constant disappointment and literally nothing else. read more

The Starbucks isn't necessarily new to the area, it just relocated with a drive-thru. Of course as usual Starbucks locations with a drive-thru is always the best. I actually went at night when they were busier at the drive-thru then they were in store, so I did have to wait a bit until someone paid attention. I would definitely return to this location when I'm back in the area. read more

I have given several chances to this place before writing a review. The last 3 times I have shop my lunch then it has been like this: 1. It took more than 5 minutes to take an order and I was the only person in line. 2. I arrive to the window , I waited 8 minutes and the attendants came a coffee and could not find my order. I left without food and my lunch time wasted. Today , 7 minute took for the person in front of me to be attended. As form me same thing and the food came frozen inside. Straight to the trash can. The store was not that busy. There is a problem there. They better stick to ice cream and forget about Dunkin' donuts. They have not concept of people time . read more

The absolute worst Starbucks in Ashburn. This location was fine until about seven months ago when the former manager responsible manager left. Now, I try to avoid this particular Starbucks as it's always dirty with crumbs on the tables and floors, sticky tables, coffee is often old (light is flashing on coffee pot) and Luke warm but they continue selling it, etc. Yesterday morning I was in the area with a friend who wanted coffee so I and reluctantly went inside this location for a Venti blonde. Was told they were out of blonde roast, were "not making anymore today", and couldn't do a pour over because their pour over device was "broken". Not surprising. I had to settle for Pike which I don't particularly like. I will stick to the other Starbucks locations in the future or simply make my coffee more frequently at home. read more

I've only been here during weekdays but it's a great location if you're trying to find a place to meet up with a friend or get some work done. Very open, clean spaces with lots of seating and tables. The staff always gets my drinks out really quickly. Because this is a drive-through location where they open the back window often and have 2 other main entrances, this Starbucks tends to get really chilly in the winter. Definitely dress warmly if you intend to sit here for a while. Overall, my go-to Starbucks when I'm in Ashburn. read more

Drip coffee is always barely luke-warm. Drip coffee rarely available when you want it. Always "Out". Stay away if you're in a hurry.

Overall it's a nice clean location with convenience to all in the area, yet for the past 2 visits I've done in the drive thru the barista making my drink was just so unusually cold. Never a greeting even if I've greeted them first just plain ignored, and not even a response to a thank you for my order with just a weird stare down as if me thanking them was an inconvenience. It's weird to have people working positions that require customer interaction but have 0 social skills and that's coming from someone who works retail. Never had this issue with any of the other employees and I've been going to this location for years. read more

You are familiar with the product, so I won't bother with that. What you may not know is there are only two chairs in the place not made of wood... so chances are you won't be able to post up for awhile and enjoy a good book or your favorite porn site without your ass hurting. Depending on your taste in adult interwebs, you may not be able to do that anyway. Outside seating is more than most, if you want to enjoy the three weeks of nice weather we get a year. Bonus points for being my first Yelp check-in evaR! read more

Every time I've been here in the morning, the service has been reeeaaaally slow. I stopped by there yesterday late afternoon for coffee and a snack and the banana-walnut loaf slice I got was as stale as a crouton. Obviously there is a Starbucks on every corner and sometimes one outside and one inside ;) and I'm NOT a fan and HATE their coffee, but I do like their fraps occasionally, usually their specials. I've been getting a few Pumpkin fraps and I've been to this Starbucks by Blockbusters probably 3 times. Sean has helped me every time and offered me exceptional service I must say which I love. Also I think the fraps are a cut above at this one! Thanks for always being so helpful and giving me a great experience Sean. He goes above and beyond which is rare and greatly needed! read more

Starbucks are gas stations for people. We drive in, fuel up and get the energy we need to carry through the day. The staff here have always been friendly and kind, and service has been quick. Plus I recently discovered the Java Chip frappucino, and... well, 34 years into my life and I never truly lived. It's the one drink I never knew I was missing. Ever. Couple that with one of Starbucks' amazing calorie bomb donuts and you're set for bliss. Oh, and that whole "pumpkin spice" thing that causes chaos and riots come September and October. Speaking of, I was pleasantly surprised to find Starbucks sells their pumpkin spice sauce online, allowing you to make your own pumpkin spice lattes at home. HURRAY! And it's the same sauce they use in stores. read more

Average. I'm not a fan of how baristas at Starbucks are constantly changing. The drinks are always the same which is great. We all love consistency! Do you enjoy studying or reading at Starbucks like me? Then this is not your location. The number of seats and seating arrangement is less than par. No big comfy chairs. Only 3 tables tops. I will come when I need Starbucks but this is not my store of choice. read more

One of the best Starbucks locations I've ever visited. Whatever the hiring managers are doing here, they're doing the right thing. Baristas are always friendly and they always get the order right. I stood in line for 15 minutes while for young people chitchatted with each other and their friends. One customer got so angry from waiting and being ignored that he stormed out. I patiently waited and put my order in with a middle-aged woman who had taking a quick break to use the restroom. None of the younger employees tried to help any of the customers while this woman was away from the register. Meanwhile, there was a very loud beeping throughout the store for the entire time I stood in line and waited for my beverage. It turns out, because I asked, that all of the employees had left the safe open. Doesn't look good for this Starbucks location. read more

Normally reliable Starbucks Broadlands has been normally disappointing of late. Understaffed the last two weeks, inordinately long waits (today, April 30th) 12 minutes before the barista even started on our beverages and a full 15 before we received them. The result? Lumpy, unmixed drinks that were unappealing in both appearance and flavor. Downloading the Dunkin' Donuts app after posting this review.
