Tables a bit sticky as I was waiting (walked in since the line outside was long at drive-thru), but service was straightforward and food was prepped and done quickly. They took my allergy seriously and used clean tongs to pick up the food, but wasn't 100% sure after the oven if they used a new or different tongs. read more

Not really sure why but the past few times I've been to Starbucks they don't fill my drink all the way. This is the only of the robin's location and I'm really disappointed. The workers are sometimes really rude, but there are really nice ones too. I'm done. read more

Love this Starbucks because it's close to home, has a drive thru, and is one of the few that isn't inside of a Harris Teeter. However, the line is always SO long and the parking lot is a hot mess. It's right on the corner of a four way stop so people who want to get in line for coffee are also blocking the road. I keep going back for convenience. read more

I've been in the drive through for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. They take their time to get customers through the line and it's ridiculous, the guy in-front of me waited 10 minutes to get his one coffee. They were not busy inside and they need to hire new people or get up and make drinks. read more

Just had the nicest customer service at the drive thru! The gentleman this morning took the time to answer my questions about iced matcha tea. I've never ordered it from Starbucks before (I'm an iced coffee girl year round and trying anything different is super foreign to me). I didn't feel rushed or like I was asking stupid questions and really appreciated his kindness and patience with me. After he made the drink he made sure I was happy with my order before leaving and asked me to try it. I tried it and it wasn't what I was expecting and he asked what I wanted instead and I told him it was fine but he insisted and I got an iced green tea and love it! Just don't. Every time I come through here my drink always gets messed up. It really just bums me out when I'm already feeling cruddy and want a pick me up to forget we live in some dystopian drama irl. These people who work here don't care, and I get it. Who wants to care anymore when rent is higher than the atmosphere, but ugh. I'm just driving the extra twenty minutes to a different starbucks to forget my woes because I'm tired of this being the trend at this one. COVID-19 update. This is a well-run Starbucks with friendly baristas and a very spacious interior that is conducive to social distancing. Be sure to bring your facial covering. Also, this location has several outdoor tables for drinking coffee or eating. While there is a drive-thru, I like to park the car and get a coffee to drink in the car while using the WiFi service. The two unisex bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. This location is part of the Broadlands Village Center shopping complex (which has an Aldi and Bruster's Ice Cream Shop). It's a convenient spot if you are driving in the Broadlands area of Ashburn (less than a mile south of the intersection of Route 267 and the Claiborne Parkway). read more

After work today, I randomly wanted some coffee. I stopped by to get some here. I went in the drive-thru. It was amazing experience. The guy who took my order and gave me my order had a man-bun. He was so nice. I went around Friday 3 pm. This is what I look for when I come to Starbucks. Highly recommend. read more

I have given several chances to this place before writing a review. The last 3 times I have shop my lunch then it has been like this: 1. It took more than 5 minutes to take an order and I was the only person in line. 2. I arrive to the window , I waited 8 minutes and the attendants came a coffee and could not find my order. I left without food and my lunch time wasted. Today , 7 minute took for the person in front of me to be attended. As form me same thing and the food came frozen inside. Straight to the trash can. The store was not that busy. There is a problem there. They better stick to ice cream and forget about Dunkin' donuts. They have not concept of people time . read more

The Starbucks isn't necessarily new to the area, it just relocated with a drive-thru. Of course as usual Starbucks locations with a drive-thru is always the best. I actually went at night when they were busier at the drive-thru then they were in store, so I did have to wait a bit until someone paid attention. I would definitely return to this location when I'm back in the area. read more

The absolute worst Starbucks in Ashburn. This location was fine until about seven months ago when the former manager responsible manager left. Now, I try to avoid this particular Starbucks as it's always dirty with crumbs on the tables and floors, sticky tables, coffee is often old (light is flashing on coffee pot) and Luke warm but they continue selling it, etc. Yesterday morning I was in the area with a friend who wanted coffee so I and reluctantly went inside this location for a Venti blonde. Was told they were out of blonde roast, were "not making anymore today", and couldn't do a pour over because their pour over device was "broken". Not surprising. I had to settle for Pike which I don't particularly like. I will stick to the other Starbucks locations in the future or simply make my coffee more frequently at home. read more

I've only been here during weekdays but it's a great location if you're trying to find a place to meet up with a friend or get some work done. Very open, clean spaces with lots of seating and tables. The staff always gets my drinks out really quickly. Because this is a drive-through location where they open the back window often and have 2 other main entrances, this Starbucks tends to get really chilly in the winter. Definitely dress warmly if you intend to sit here for a while. Overall, my go-to Starbucks when I'm in Ashburn. read more

Drip coffee is always barely luke-warm. Drip coffee rarely available when you want it. Always "Out". Stay away if you're in a hurry.

Overall it's a nice clean location with convenience to all in the area, yet for the past 2 visits I've done in the drive thru the barista making my drink was just so unusually cold. Never a greeting even if I've greeted them first just plain ignored, and not even a response to a thank you for my order with just a weird stare down as if me thanking them was an inconvenience. It's weird to have people working positions that require customer interaction but have 0 social skills and that's coming from someone who works retail. Never had this issue with any of the other employees and I've been going to this location for years. read more

Drinks are standard. Service is very slow though. Don't come to this location if you are in a rush.

I have been so impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of each employee I've encountered at the drive-thru window. More than once, I leave Starbucks happier than I was when I showed up because of the great attitudes and energy of the employees I spoke with. read more

While this location is close to the old one, they still have some service issues to work out. They are slow. I have been to the new location a few times and it often takes 10+ minutes to fill my order. I am sure they will improve eventually read more
