Their hours are also awesome as many salons in the area are closed on Sunday. I was able to make an appointment for a cut and balayage between Christmas and New Years without a problem (and I only called about a week in advance). When I called I was connected to Elizabeth, who is a balayage goddess. It was great for talk on the phone about what I was looking for since I was pretty much jumping into the deep end without an in person consultation prior to the cut and color. When I arrived to the salon for my appointment, I was seated right away and Elizabeth got to work. I showed her some pictures and it was clear she knew exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in about 2 hours, which was awesome (I had previously gone to a salon where this process would take 3 hours even with my short, fine hair). I came in at 9am today with a few other patrons. I was waiting for an hour because only 2 stylist were there. While waiting I saw people that came in after me getting washed before me. (I was there for a wash and set). That just pisst me off. I used yelp and found another salon and left. They do my hair pretty good, I will give them that, but depending on who does it, they try to charge more. One week I paid $45 and the other they wanted to charge me $60. This keeps happening.
