I did my nails yesterday with Denise who was great! She was very sweet and when I mentioned I wanted a price list on their hair services she immediately got the owner Pam who took the time to explain their services and prices (which can also be found online). Pam was even nice enough to offer to squeeze me in that same day despite them being very obviously busy. I opted to come back the next day with an appointment. (Side note: one of my nails didn't dry properly and looked kind of funny, thankfully Denise fixed it the following day without any hesitation and at no additional cost which was nice!) I just did my color with Anastacia who was amazing. I was a little apprehensive at first since I have a hard time trying new stylists, but she was great. She made sure to match my root color exactly to my existing color and was very sweet and funny. All the girls seem great, don't let their ages fool you, all of their customers had smiles on their faces and left with gorgeous hair so they must know what they're doing! The only downside is that they don't have much parking, so you may want to come early or else have to park by the Burger King or even the Walgreens. However, it's a small inconvenience since the services are great and their prices are reasonable. =) read more

No one was wearing a mask, not the owner, staff, or customers. This place needs to be reported, they have no regards for the safety of their community. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy for walking in with a mask, I was mortified. I was just going in for a blowdry, but would have left with COVID. Pam is the absolute best at what she does! I was Blonde and wanted to change over to a darker brown and she gave me the most beautiful color. I was scared because I was so used to my blonde and wasn't sure how the brown would look on me but she did everything I asked for and I was completely shocked by the end results. My hair was very damaged and I had breakage from bleaching but afterwards my hair felt so healthy, smooth, and shiny. I definitely recommend going to her! 10/10 experience. read more

This was my first time visiting this salon and I loved it! The ambience was calm, which was very enjoyable in comparison to most salons that can be loud and hectic. I got my gel manicure done by Jenny--she was very detailed, she took her time and brought to life the manicure idea I had in mind! After I tell her I'm unhappy with her services she offers to do highlights in the top... for another 80$. And then I complain that I paid 350$$!!!! and i can't pay more and She offers to tone it for free. I declined the offer and requested a refund. She denied my request to get a refund arguing that my appointment was a month ago. I messaged her that same day leaving my appointment telling her I was very unhappy. I work at a hospital during a pandemic. I haven't had time to text. I didn't even do a complete balayage she just turned my hair yellow and orange on half of my head and many friends of mine saw it over Instagram and told me they had gone to her as well to get their hair ruined for 350$. I did not leave satisfied as I was hoping for, not sure how all these comments below come about. Anyway I showed up a few minutes late and was still charged the late fee after I asked if they can please help me out with that as i was a first time customer and you know cut some slack. But no they didn't, then I was helped helped by Pam but her assistant (as I clearly made the appointment with "Pam")guess since I was late not sure what happened there. Assistant barely left my hair as I wanted it and didn't put enough dye in my hair. All in all I wouldnt recommend this place. Go else where there's a lot more miami hairstylist that will do your hair a lot better and you'll receive the stylist you wanted. Not worth $175 in my opinion read more

I've been a client of Pams for years now and I can say I won't ever stop. She was the only person I trusted to finally have my dream of going blonde and all I can say is she made my dreams come true. At one point the color of my hair was the most popular color clients would want because it was that beautiful. It was a process to get there and I would 100% do it all over again but only with Pam and the other hairstylist that work there. If Pam trusts them then so do I and I have not had one bad experience with any of them. The atmosphere of the salon is the best you will ever go to. I didn't rate this a zero because it wouldn't allow me to but the lack of professionalism this place has is beyond belief. I wanted a simple blonde color and came out with brassy, orange hair. I wanted pin up girl bangs which were cut way tom short. I have fine hair which apparently the stylist does not know how to work with. I feel like Garfield and am so sad. Pam set a toner which only made matters worse. I'm only praying this color fades and hair grows fast. I would rather spend the extra $ and get it done right the first time. Was referred by a friend, experience was Eh. I scheduled a cut for 1:30. I show up at 1:25 and she was in the middle of coloring someone's hair. She quickly washed my hair, didn't condition. She put me in the chair and went back to doing the other girl's roots. I have long curly hair so I asked for long layers with a V shape cut. She literally snipped my hair in less than 5 minutes and tried to send me on my way. I had to ask for additional cut to frame my face. She trimmed one side and said ok great thanks. I asked if she was going to dry my hair. She said oh did you schedule for a blow out? Since I didn't want a full blow out she braided my wet hair knowing I had to go back to work. I have no layers in my hair and no V shape at all, and the "face framing" looks like I'm in the odd stage of growing out my bangs. I spent $45 on a cut I could have easily done myself. I found this salon through IG and booked my appt 3 weeks in advance with the owner Pam. My appointment was confirmed the day before through text message, I believe this is a new system salons now use. The morning of my appt, (at 10am) I receive a text message an hour before my appt saying the owner Pam had an emergency and needed to reschedule or if I'd liked another stylist would see me. I didn't see the message as I was driving from Broward County. I replied saying; I'd like to have another stylist see me. Expecting a prompt response, no one replied back so I called the salon, explained what was happening and the individual said she would call me back in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes for a call back, I called the salon and was told to come in, another stylist would see me. When I arrived they said Tam would be taking care of me however I had to wait. I said no problem. After waiting for almost an hour and seeing that this Tam person had no urgency in trying to correct or make up for the situation, I decided to leave. This by far one of the most unprofessional salons I have ever dealt with. The owner knew I was coming from afar, I was a new client coming in for the first time and to cancel the day of and an hour before is truly unacceptable!! Just like her time is money so is mine. I'm a professional and my schedule is very tight. They made me waste my entire Saturday morning not to mention the drive and gas spent for nothing. This place truly needs major correction from the communication with their staff to their overall operation. This is truly disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!! read more
