Ana always takes her time with her clients. She specializes in hair color treatments, such as balayage, and uses TRUSS products which is a Brazilian high quality product that leaves your hair feeling like silky and shiny. She now owns her own small personal salon, Ana Gloria Hair Design, where she provides personal attention and takes her time with each client. Ana only works with one client at a time, so you can be rest assured no one else will be in the salon while she is working with you (very safe and sanitary). She is constantly booked, so make sure to call weeks in advance. But it will be totally worth the wait! Highly recommend!

I wanted a root touchup, but left with a glaring yellow that I was told would fade into the rest of my hair over time but only looked cheap. To be fair, I get it. My hair texture is different and maybe a challenge for some stylists but the results were disastrous, I had to spend more at another salon just to cover up the bad job. Would have given 1 star but adding an extra star since the ladies are nice and I don't blame them for not knowing how to work with my hair.

Unprofessional. My "stylist" Patricia after 11 years decides she no longer wants to do my hair. I…read moretried to get an explanation as to why. She wouldn't answer my texts. She wouldn't see me in person. She called from the salon late in afternoon. It was very noisy in background and she was speaking FAST. I could only hear something about negativity. I have moderate to severe hearing loss coupled with severe tinnitus. She wouldn't let me say anything as she spoke so fast. I managed to ask her not to put words in my mouth, which she rejected and kept uttering words I could barely hear. I had wanted to originally speak to her about the color of my hair she did a full hilight on. There was no way she would speak to me. When I asked her if she would see me one last time, she said she didn't want to "touch my head" I have never complained about her in 11 years. I've been going to her every 7or 8 weeks consistently. I even wrote the owner of the salon Taryn. Her response back was only that she has the right to choose who she wants to service. I get that. She neglected to address that I couldn't hear/understand WHY?! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Thankfully I have found someone who actually gave my hair some style, nice color and way less expensive. I had no idea my type of hair could be styled in any other way than she had for all those years. My new stylist has 30 years of experience, so maybe that's what made the difference. This unprofessional "break up" was a blessing in disguise.

UPDATE #2: they have now made a fake number to act as the FBI to lure me into so trap. Screenshot…read moreis attached I was shocked at my hair trauma experience as well as inappropriate and disgusting behavior by the staff. Especially after the reviews I saw online. I had scheduled an appointment with Miguel to get JUST a partial highlight, as I informed him I have K tip extensions that I get taken care of elsewhere for years. The whole appointment Miguel is asking me to go on dates and telling me he could just do my hair at my house next time. That behavior was actually the least of my concerns. When my hair was done, I left the salon with normal highlight touch up, at least I thought. My hair looked slightly thin but I didn't think much of it since it was styled. The next day my 25 inch extensions had zero volume, and the beach waves were completely gone. I texted Miguel the next day asking him if he put a hair masque on my extensions and he told me "yes I put a conditioning mask and didn't charge you". I have NEVER had any extension problems before because I know as a client, not to use this type of treatment on k tips. For the Slovak K Tip extensions I have, they are very very thick and volumous and conditioning treatments thin and ruin them. I was NEVER asked about the mask and never gave consent for this. I was not even being told that I was getting a treatment put into my hair. When I called the salon to speak with the "manager" Angie, I told her what happened, asking for a resolution to my $3100 extensions that were ruined. She interrupted me several times saying "are you done talking yet" then hung up on me out of her anger for not understanding how expensive my extensions are. It has been only 5 days since this appointment and I have now had 7 -K tip extensions come out of my head as well. The reviews on here are great for when they actually do their job, but the unprofessional approach and lack of accountability and to make things right, is where this salon lacks their true credibility. I would say solely after this type of interaction, their licenses are at risk. UPDATE: it has been 12 days after my appointment and I have lost a total of 15 extensions from my hair, in the last 12 days. Gleam also messaged me on Instagram to take down my reviews to give me my refund on my highlights
