I did my research on lashes and I found so many spots that were so much cheaper and had fab reviews so I decided $170 was above ridiculous for basically a basic lash set. Well comes appt day and another text that I text back no, for the damn 5th time. Now there's a message stating there will be an $85 charge. WTF, oh hell no! I did my part and replied no to all the texts they've sent me so why can't they just get it right. I call and the girl, politely asks me if I've taken a screenshot of the no reply texts. Who does that? I advised I was never told about their cancelation policy and I did cancel. After a little back and forth I finally said my proof was there cameras in their store of them cancelling and rescheduling my appt with no mention of cancelation policies. She advised she'd call me back once speaking to the owner. About 15 seconds later I get a text cancelling my appt and a call saying no fee would be charged this time. I appreciate the girl doing her job and getting back to me but with that fuckery I won't ever be back. But I will say Julianna is an awesome lash tech who knows what she's doing.
