DO NOT GO HERE. 0 STARS!!!!!!! I used to go here faithfully for years, moved out of town and desperately needed a fill. They now do not offer foreign fills. The girl took off all of my lashes, got the cleaner in my eyes multiple times where my eyes were BURNING. woke up to my lashes that were supposed to be a hybrid being more scarce than when I went in and all different size lashes everywhere. I told the girl to fix them and she said she didn't know what to do and even told me my lashes were better when I walked in than her work!!! $315 later my lashes look like shit and my eyes are still burning!!!!! Wouldn't refund me wouldn't fix my eyes this place has gone so far down the drain, no wonder they had Saturday appointments available on a Friday. read more

My whole experience here was fantastic. It was my experience after that ruined it. First I will say I booked an amazing $70 deal from Groupon for full lash set extensions. Called to schedule the appointment which was super easy. Walked in and met Julianna who was the sweetest. She went over everything from styles, shape, and length with me. efore we began she even offered me a blanket to stay warm and it's a little chilly inside. I loved the result and had ple ty of compliments. Now comes the refill appt. I walked in and was told they didn't have enough time and if I wouldn't mind rescheduling. I actually didn't mind and left after scheduling for the folling week. I was also told it was no longer a refill but a new set that would be $170. I was text the 4 times about confirming the appt and said no each time. I did my research on lashes and I found so many spots that were so much cheaper and had fab reviews so I decided $170 was above ridiculous for basically a basic lash set. Well comes appt day and another text that I text back no, for the damn 5th time. Now there's a message stating there will be an $85 charge. WTF, oh hell no! I did my part and replied no to all the texts they've sent me so why can't they just get it right. I call and the girl, politely asks me if I've taken a screenshot of the no reply texts. Who does that? I advised I was never told about their cancelation policy and I did cancel. After a little back and forth I finally said my proof was there cameras in their store of them cancelling and rescheduling my appt with no mention of cancelation policies. She advised she'd call me back once speaking to the owner. About 15 seconds later I get a text cancelling my appt and a call saying no fee would be charged this time. I appreciate the girl doing her job and getting back to me but with that fuckery I won't ever be back. But I will say Julianna is an awesome lash tech who knows what she's doing. So if you love lashes check her out but just be aware of their policies or ask if they have any and their high ass prices! read more

I have been a faithful company to Deka Lash for almost 2 years now and have always done my lashes with Yessica because her work was top notch and she was extremely professional. looked forward to doing my lashes with her every month. I had my appointment now this upcoming week and the company decided to take it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment for another day and with another lash artist like if I wouldn't notice. they DID NOT even have the audacity to call me and ask if it's ok. Bottom line is that it is extremely unprofessional to not even contact your customers to let them know the situation. I then proceeded to call customer service to let them know i have not gone in for a service since my new membership automatically renewed and politely asked for a refund. I also mentioned that I don't want to be a training test for a new employee and they proceeded to let me know the people working are new hirers. NO HELP! Yessica was the one really carrying the company at the palms location and it's so sad to see the owners really don't care about their customers since they are not offering refunds on the remaining credits and forcing us to be test dummies for new hirers. I don't want to look like a clown or have my lashes fall off after paying $200 monthly. If you decide to go to this location, be careful because you might be the training for an unlicensed and uncertified lash artist. read more

The place is so clean and appealing. Love the ipad check in process. The staff were so professional and nice. This was my first time here, I only needed a lash removal. The process was quick and my technician was very gentle. read more

Marcela is the best , excellent job , I'm recommend her ,good service, good lashes , goid location

I went in on Thursday 9/14 for a true xpress set...I left right after my appointment to a restaurant in the same shopping center for an early birthday dinner and I as I was eating, the lashes started coming off... that evening I sent a direct message through IG and was instructed to return the next day for a redo as it was not normal for them to be falling that quickly. I did go back the next day and it was not a complete redo they just added lashes where there were obvious patches without hair... I was informed that it could have been because I had mascara on the day of the application but they had removed the mascara before starting so I didn't quite understand.... (They explained this after when I went for the "redo" which I then understood but was not previously informed about otherwise I wouldn't have done them to begin with) They looked great right after they added lashes on the patches, but unfortunately that only lasted about a day or so when they continued to fall despite taking every precaution to conserve them. I do appreciate the customer service and them explaining and trying to salvage them but I would not go again for the price and quality of the service as they did not last at all. read more

Deka Lash FL-The Palms - Patchy lashes not even a week after getting them - Eyelash Service Near Me - Miami, Florida

Customer service doesn't exist. I just moved here and looking for a lash tech/clinic. While searching through IG, Yelp, and Google. This place pops up being closest, but I chose them because I saw that they have a Groupon special as well. I can say their advertising team is doing their job. What better way to give a place a try while there is a special right?! Arrived 5mins early for appointment as instructed with no eye makeup, and there was a lady by the front desk but speak no English. Turns out she was my tech as well. She has a translator the whole time and I can tell she is new by her acting so nervous. I was fine with that and she did okay but it's not what I was looking for. Can't really know because nobody communicated with me and the translator was not helpful at all. She seem like she barely knew English either. Seem like they just want me get in and out and I tipped generously as noted in their Groupon instruction. I will not being coming back due to the customer service. I hear them talking about me while I was in the chair getting worked on and hearing them offering other client their membership in English but not one word to me. I felt kinda discriminated. Update, the lashes are falling off and it looks patchy. read more

I was skeptical about getting lashes because I didn't want to look like I had a fuzzy caterpillar on my eye lids. My tech Sueann assured me that she would measure out the space between lashes and the length to avoid and overly exaggerated look. Online I read about the classic style but Sueann told me the True Xpress would add more volume without that caterpillar look. So we went with it......... AND I LOVE THEM and I don't know how I'll ever live without them. My boyfriend was shocked when he saw me. They just add a sense of put togetherness that I most certainly don't have on the regular haha. Totally recommend. They check your temperature before your appointment and sanitize the work bench. Refills need to be scheduled every 2-3 weeks! read more

The receptionist was not so smart, I kept asking her a simple question and she just kept going around about the final price. After 10 min of asking the same question she finally understood. The lash tech was nice but my moms lashes fell off after 6 days. Wouldn't go again, bad experience and too expensive. read more

I went in for a brow lamination and was happy to get an appt. within 2 days. Loved the ambiance and the super comfortable bed but my service was.. ehhh. When the tech first greeted me she took a quick glance at my eyebrows close up and told me if I needed a wax as well. I was surprised because I know the waxing is included with the lamination so I said "of course, isn't it included?" She replied that her wax wasn't hot and I would have to wait, but that I can go to the UniKWax right nearby for a wax if I wanted. Of course I said "no, thanks, I'll just wait." When she brought me in, it was awkwardly silent. I thought she would be explaining more.. so I started asking questions as I was nervous about how the lamination would turn out. I made sure to tell her how I didn't want my eyebrows to look (the super thick and extremely feathery, messy look) but she brushed it off and made it seem like there's only one way they can come out. I wasn't happy with the outcome, YES it could've been worse but it wasn't what I was expecting. Never had the wow factor or the fresh eyebrows feel. Also- I've never been left with so much hairs after getting my eyebrows done. These pics below were just a couple of hours after I had them done. They did call me from there yesterday to talk about the service which was great (they left me a VM), but when I called back a few hours later, no one answered, and no one has called me back since. read more

I went in for my first ever brow lamination. Let's say I left looking very Charlie Chaplin. This is my greatest fear come to life, but the young lady that attended to me was very pleasant, her energy was very light and welcoming. Hints the 3 stars. I could not wait to get home and remove the lamination. I didn't recognize my own face. My brows were so big I didn't know if my reflection was saying huh or was in surprise. I walked in and stated this was my first time and I wanted my brows to look natural and pointed to a picture they have hanging in the studio (the picture to the right as you walk in) of a young lady with thin, but beautifully shaped brows. Let me state I was asked if I was happy? I said, yes as I didn't know if it could be fixed, I had just finished working 12hrs and I was ready to go. I paid even tipped and left. However the studio is beautiful and I do go back today on my lunch break for lashes and we will see how this goes.... read more

I've been with the same lash tech in a different location for a long time. I saw Natalie for a true express a few days ago and may I say I am such a fan. I had never had lashes feel so weightless and comfortable. I barely feel them and they last so much longer than with my old lash tech. They're products and service are extremely high quality. I will be coming here from now on. read more

The lady was super sweet and nice. I followed all the regimens required and my lashes were falling the same day and even more fell the next.. for my brow lamination I had to explain basically how to do and I'm super upset with the outcome. The price was really high for a low quality job :( read more

Deka Lash will Charge you if you're Late $20, Charge you if you cancel your appointment $120 BUT they can Call you to cancel and everything is supposed to be ok??!? They cancelled my appointment on a very important day when I desperately needed my lashes and they did not care at all! And I was a Member!! I mean WTF?? Why did they cancel me? Why couldn't they cancel somebody else?? I don't know if I was being discriminated against but all I do know is that they are super unfair and I will Never return!
