I wanted a butterfly hair cut. As soon as I walked in they asked if I wanted coffee. They made me an iced coffee on the spot. The vibe is so cozy. Everybody was so friendly. In total I paid $120 for hair cut and blow dry. Hands down this has been the best blow dry I have had in Miami. She did it perfect ! Exactly what I wanted . Volume. They also have packages for blow dries that are a steal . They offer hair treatments as well like keratin and hydrating . I am definitely coming back ! I think I found my go to hair salon in Miami. Review in the making, así vamos…read more I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them for children's events. We booked a spa party for my daughter's 6th birthday a month in advance, for 10 girls. Just 3-4 hours before the event, they called to cancel due to an internal issue. While unexpected things can happen, what was truly unacceptable was the complete lack of professionalism, there was no backup plan, no alternative solution, no partial service, and no referral to another vendor. We were left scrambling last minute, forced to completely change the party plans, and my daughter ended up heartbroken and in tears on her birthday. As someone who works with children, I understand that things don't always go as planned, but that is exactly why you must always have a backup plan. Unfortunately, this company showed no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy when it mattered most. I would strongly think twice before booking with them.

I had a very disappointing experience at what is considered a high-end salon…read more Before booking my first appointment, I sent photos of my current hair and inspiration pictures to the stylist. I have an AirTouch technique in my hair, and since the salon does not offer AirTouch services, I wanted to confirm in advance that we could achieve a similar look using balayage or highlights. I was assured we could proceed. At the appointment, I waited a bit (which I understand happens in Miami). Once seated, the stylist examined my hair carefully and suggested doing a half head of highlights first to see how my fine, chemically damaged hair would react. I appreciated the caution and explained my previous negative experience with another stylist. When I left the salon, I was happy. The result wasn't identical to my inspiration photos, but I felt good about it. However, after washing my hair once, I noticed obvious orange foil spots and poorly blended areas near my ears. I immediately contacted the salon, and to their credit, they accommodated me the next day for a correction. Unfortunately, the solution offered was to darken my roots to cover the orange spots. This left me questioning why I paid $450 to lighten my roots, only to have them darkened again. Now, just a little over two weeks later, my hair already looks grown out because of the darker roots. For the price point and reputation of this salon, I expected better execution and a longer-lasting result. I truly wanted to love the experience, but overall, I'm very disappointed.

I cannot stop raving about her. She is not only professional but from the moment you walk into her home/she walks into yours its like you've known her your whole life. She is so much fun to hang around with its hardly like being at the beauty salon. She also caters to your style selections no matter how precise they may be. I remember sending some pictures to her email (glamdollsmiami@aol.com) of a hairstyle I liked for my bridesmaids and a couple of ideas I thought I'd like for my hair on my wedding day and when I saw her, days later, she was able to style our hair exactly as the photograph looked. I was so happy to find her. Now, on a professional note, she is a hard worker who clearly loves her job. She got to my mothers house where we all got ready at 9 AM. and didn't stop working on us all even as we walked out into the limo that evening; making sure we all had gloss on and re-powdering our noses if needed. She really came through for me on a very special day and I cannot thank her enough. I recommend her services in the most powerful way. She can create modern looks as easily as she can create classical, romantic, trendy, she worked on my 10 year old flower girl as well, there is virtually nothing she can't do. truly an artist.
