Lyndsey is incredible! She did my makeup for my wedding day, and it was absolutely fantastic. She is attentive, thoughtful, careful, and incredibly professional. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Beyond making me feel beautiful, Lyndsey's kindness made the entire experience so special. She even provided me with a personalized touch-up kit for the day, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was also wonderful with my bridesmaids--they cannot stop talking about how she listened to their wishes, made them feel comfortable, and did such an amazing job. My shade match was perfect, and my makeup stayed on all night. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lyndsey did my makeup + the makeup of my mother and bridesmaids. I was really wanting a makeup artist who understands how to work with small eyes. She litterally exceeded my expectations and ATE with her makeup skills. She's also so funny and so sweet, she instantly will calm your nerves on the morning of your wedding. All of my bridesmaids said that she lights up the room with her personality! During my makeup trial, I had her use these anime inspired eyelashes to get that cutesy vibe I was after. During my actual wedding day, she had surprised me by buying me a new set of the anime lashes!! The makeup she applies will also last you the entire day. I didn't even have to touch up my makeup throughout the day. Usually when I laugh or cry, my own eyeliner or mascara is the first to disappear but with her makeup, everything stayed on! If you are looking for a makeup artist, look no further because she is amazing. read more

What a wonderful experience to have one on one lessons with Lyndsey. I debated for months and months to gift this experience to myself and it was so worth it. Learning of to use my own products in a a New way was so eye opening. Lyndsey taught me how to work with my face structure....this is priceless because no matter how many makeup tutorials I watched, having a true professional teach me on my face was invaluable and she has a delightful personality on top of great talent! read more

She was so professional, knowledgeable and definitely made me feel comfortable. I went there for a "refresher" course, (I'm 58), from night to day. It was well worth the money! She may appear young, but she knows so many technique, colors and wasn't afraid to tell which would look best on me. She definitely delivered. To be honest, I thought 2 hours would be too much, but, in retrospect, l could have used more time!!!!! I would definitely recommend her!!!!! read more

Lyndsey is every bride's DREAM to work with!! Let me start with the fact that she is like sunshine in human form. Her personality is so warm, bubbly, and fun - she's exactly the kind of energy that sets such a positive, uplifting tone on a wedding day. She did my makeup for my welcome party and wedding this past weekend and nailed my exact vision. We did a trial together a month ago and her notes and attention to detail were the most impressive I've seen in any makeup artist. She took notes during the trial to remember what I liked, then studied it before my big day and actively referenced it while doing my makeup to make sure she delivered on the exact look I wanted. She truly understood my vision and made me look like a more beautiful, enhanced version of myself - which is exactly what I wanted on my wedding day. She also did my mom's makeup and is the only MUA who succeeded in making my mom's skin look more youthful and vibrant all day and night! Lyndsey is the kind of talent you want doing your wedding makeup (or any important event) and the kind of personality that you want in any room. Her professionalism and communication are unmatched and such a breath of fresh air. Lyndsey, you are doing what you're meant to be doing. Thank you for making me look like the best and most beautiful version of me, and for making the entire makeup process so easy and stress-free. You are the absolute best!!! read more

Catcalls from random dudes on a busy NY sidewalk is not all that uncommon. For the most part people completely mind their own business, be it on the subway, walking down the block, in line to get food. What is exceptional is having women take the time to stop and get your attention to compliment you on your makeup. This is what I observed walking around NYC with Lyndsey on multiple occassions. She would accept the compliments with humble gratitude every time. As someone who never receives compliments the sheer amount of compliments she got struck me as unusual. There's always the sales/customer service tactic of complimenting a potential customer, but these were strangers with no agenda walking past us on the sidewalk. Now imagine that its you getting that same attention out and about and how nice that must feel. That's what you'll get working with Lyndsey. If you want compliments, if you want to know that she'll take the care and attention that she does for her own self, if you want a personable, fun yet professional artist to work with on your special occassion, if you want to work with someone who has the experience and know how to pull off a variety of looks from the most subtle and elegant to the most exotic, you should hire Lyndsey. You won't regret it. read more

Lyndsey is such a talented professional. This was my first time getting my make-up done for a wedding during Christmas time. Lyndsey went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Also listened carefully and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns (Zit-prone gal here). She knew exactly what products to use and recommended several brands I still use to this day. That's a win-win if you ask me! I highly recommend this boss babe to anyone out there looking to feel their very best this holiday season read more

I have been using Lyndsey Ariel's makeup services back in NYC and now in Miami Beach because we both have recently relocated to the area. I love that she does on-location appointments, so she can meet you at home, work, or hotel. Every appointment, she has a great personality and makes the appointments so relaxed and fun. She brings her full luxury kit of products and lighting system to you. After every appointment I feel so pampered and beautiful. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a MUA in the area. Thank you Lyndsey! read more

Lyndsey is so gifted. She is an incredible makeup artist who is versatile in her ability to create different looks. The first time I went to her, it was for a Valentine's Day event, and she replicated what I asked for flawlessly: full glam with lashes and a sultry, flirty touch. (See pics!) Then, I asked her for a softer look for a photo shoot, and she again delivered. The looks lasted all day! Even in the NYC summer heat. Most importantly, I want to say, Lyndsey is incredibly charismatic, fun, and vivacious. She is like an old friend when you first meet her with her ability to make you smile. I'm a more shy person, but she makes me feel so at ease as she completes her makeup magic. She is talented, hospitable, and incredibly sweet. Highly recommend! read more

I booked a makeup lesson with Lyndsey - 10/10 would recommend. Lyndsey is extremely organized and professional. Her communication throughout the booking process and leading up to / after the appointment was stellar. On the day of the lesson, Lyndsey would demonstrate on one half of my face, explaining the correct technique to use, and then she had me repeat the process on the other half of my face. The entire experience was relaxed and more importantly, FUN! If you're considering booking Lyndsey for bridal makeup, event makeup, makeup lessons - do it. Lyndsey Ariel is AMAZING! I strongly recommend you hire her to do your makeup for whatever occasion you need. She did makeup for me and my three bridesmaids for my wedding. I chose her based on Yelp reviews and her Instagram account. I loved her work so I scheduled a trial. Upon meeting her, I knew instantly I'd be hiring her for the wedding day. She has such a wonderful personality. She's friendly, bubbly, chatty, and I knew she was the one I'd want to spend the day with. We tried a couple of different looks, and Lyndsey did a great job of following what I wanted while making recommendations based on her expertise. After the trial, Lyndsey wrote down each of the products she used and took photos so she would remember everything for the wedding day 2 months away. The day of the wedding, she took her time on me and make sure everything was perfect. I've never felt more beautiful. She also brought the cutest gift for me on my wedding day, which included a full sized MAC lipstick. It was such a sweet, thoughtful touch. I love her and will definitely hire her for any makeup needs I have in the future! read more

I'd love to give Lyndsey 10 stars if I could. I started shopping around for a MUA to do my wedding day makeup for myself and my bridal party, a total of 6 ladies, back in May. My wedding was less than 2 weeks ago so you can imagine how much correspondence went into the planning. From the start, Lyndsey was responsive within 24 hours or less via email/text, cheery, and knowledgable. During my trial, I showed her some photos of the look I wanted to achieve. We were both excited because I wanted to play with bold lip colors. I did mention to her that I did not want my face to look like a ghost in my wedding photos like I've seen many brides in pictures. She assured me she was a foundation match guru, so I trusted her. She listened to every request and concern I had and gave me a wonderful trial experience - couldn't wait to book her! After booking, I realized I wanted the same lip color but in a matte finish, not glossy, like we'd tried. She said she would take care of it. The day of the wedding, I had a slight schedule change and asked her to come 30 minutes prior to the original schedule since half of us finished our hair appointments early. She accommodated my request with no complaints and was ready with her wonderful assistant, Natalia. Having 8 women in one apartment can get hectic, but Lyndsey and Natalia were on-board and focused. Lyndsey took into account each girl's dress, as they all wore different colors and lengths. Everyone's faces looked flawless and the entire look was cohesive without being identical. Once my three photographers came, she kept on working and wasn't phased by the ruckus around her. My makeup stayed on all night, and thanks to her awesome gift, I was able to reapply my lip color for pictures. (Btw, her personal note and gift are super sweet and will definitely go into our wedding scrap book.) She is thorough, easy to work with, and an absolute professional. read more

Lyndsey Ariel Makeup - Fresh face all night thanks to Lyndsey! - Makeup Artists Near Me - Miramar, Florida

Lyndsey did my makeup for a very important photo shoot, one I was very nervous for. It was in a tuxedo and I wanted to look confident, but not look glam, and I didn't want it to look like the tuxedo was wearing me--this was not an easy task! I gave her a photo of a previous job she'd done for reference and she made it just like that but made the colors right for my skin tone and talking to her before my shoot helped me relax. She is so talented and so easy to work with--if I could trust her with my big shoot, you can trust her with anything you need her to do! Make this one top of your list!!! Laura Carney read more

Lyndsey did my make up for my engagement shoot. From first contact to make up day she was fantastic. Her communication was amazing and even accommodated my slight change in timing. Lyndsey is amazing! She is a very talented make up artist and such a sweet person. I first hired her to come to my apartment and do my makeup for a wedding since I am a makeup novice. She did such a great job and was so professional and personable, I inquired about her other services. I then booked an appointment at her studio for a makeup lesson. She was so patient and answered all of my questions. I even brought over whatever makeup I had and she went through it with me to determine what should stay and what needed to go. I learned so much (even how to put on false lashes)! It was a great experience. At the end, she mailed me a copy of everything she taught me with step by step instructions. I highly recommend her services and will be booking with her again. read more

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Lyndsey is. Lyndsey was kind and gracious enough to book makeup sessions at her studio with my soon-to-be-married friend and me for our girls night out on her birthday. As we walked in, music was playing, bottles were popping, people were laughing and having an awesome time. The perfectly fabulous atmosphere before our own celebration. We felt welcomed and comfortable and like we were her friends too. My friend is super natural and rarely wears makeup. Lyndsey listened to what she wanted and my friend was happy with the end result. BEST MAKE UP ARTIST! I used her services many times, I just got married and used her trow out the whose process, including engagement party, bachelorett, bridal shower etc... What I love About Lyndsey Ariel is: - She is ALWAYS on time (if you are a time freak like me you will appreciate that). - She has the best make up there is out there, no cheap/bad product. I have very sensitive skin and I can break out very easily with heavy foundation, she has just the right product for every different type of skin. - She is clean hhaha I know this is odd but you do not want someone with makeup brushes on you face, if you not sure if those brushes were properly clean sanitize. - And last but MOST important is she is soooooo GREAT on what she does, even if you do not know much about make up or do not know what "look" you want she will listen to you and give the look you will love, done it many times with her, I've had natural looks, more edge looks, it does not matter what kind of make up you need, she can do it, she is so good I think she can do make up in her sleep, it looks like it comes so natural with her, she was born for it! I will always and only use Lyndsey Ariel. read more

So much fun today with Lyndsey !!! I booked a make up lesson with her and it was shocking (well, not so shocking) that I had no clue how to apply make up!!!! Every girl needs to take a class. I wanted her to show me an "every day look" and she did just that. The colors she selected where beautiful! She made me a list of everything she used because I fell in love with all of it. She also left me with a booklet of information. The countering was the best part of the lesson and so simple! ;) She was on time even with that crazy blizzard. Extremely reliable! Can't wait to book for my photo shoot in July with my new baby. :) Thank you!!!!! read more

Lyndsey is literally amazingness personified. I was introduced to Lyndsey through my brother-in-law who has previously worked with her on photo shoots. I knew from the moment I went for my bridal trial that she was the perfect artist to beautify me and my bridesmaids for my September wedding. Lyndsey was such a ray of sunshine with an infectious personality that made everyone laugh and smile and feel right at home. She made my girls look STUNNING (they looked like movie stars) and she made me feel so glamorous and beautiful. She listened to each and every girl about their individual skin concerns and makeup looks they were going for so patiently and delivered amazing results. For me, I initially showed her a picture of a look I was going for at my bridal trial and she tailored it to my complexion and absolutely NAILED IT on the day of my wedding. I remember getting off of the makeup chair on my wedding day, going to the mirror, and looking in awe at my reflection. The makeup was natural and highlighted features that I never knew I had. I truly never felt so beautiful!! It brought tears to my eyes! When I had my first look, my husband looked at me with his mouth open and said "You are beautiful.." and that was the end of that! Tears galore (no exaggeration.. I had to have touch ups after, haha!). Thank you so much Lyndsey for making the journey from Brooklyn to New Jersey (at an earlier time as well!), and for being so incredibly amazing. You are such a talented artist with a beautiful soul and I know who I'm going to if I ever need to be beautified!! YOU ARE AMAZINGESSSS!!! :) XOXOXO Kristin Antonelle read more
