On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. Before I could even properly finish giving the number, the lady interrupted me and simply said she couldn't make the appointment because she was busy. I completely understand, but she said she would call me back, and never did. After I called a few times, they never picked up the phone. The experience got even worse from there. It's incredible difficult to get in touch with anyone since they never picked up the phone. The schedule displayed online and on the sign appears to be completely unreliable. I even went there in person at 4:00pm on a Tuesday, when the sign clearly indicated they were open-- only to find the place closed. Honestly, I have rarely experienced such poor communication and such an unwelcoming attitude from the lady. Being busy is acceptable, but abruptly cutting someone off and refusing to help, even after providing the requested US phone number, is extremely frustrating. If you enjoy chasing businesses that don't answer calls, don't follow up, and may or may not be open when they say they are, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration.
