The stylist Nada completely botched her hair, cutting off from the to, sides, bottom. I paid $150, I knew it was botched but I didn't want my daughter to feel worse. We are back in NJ and she has been crying every day and not wanting to go to school. I contacted the salon and a gentleman was receptive to my concern after I sent pictures. He apologized and told the stylist that was supposed to work that day was out so Nada was a stand in. He offered 40% off next hair service and asked me to send my Venmo information for a refund. This was on Monday, I have still not received the refund. I cannot believe this place has such high reviews. The stylist has traumatized my daughter.

Nicola has brought my hair back to good health and im truly shocked how fast my hair has been recovering. I got a trim 6 months ago and took a photo before to keep watch on the grown and it has grown inches- literally insane. Being a mixed woman I've always assumed that's why my hair takes a bit longer to grow and I was completely wrong. With the right person to help you truly care for your hair anything is possible! Its shinly, healthy, getting a bit thicker and longer. This is the first time in my life I'm happy with my natural hair so much that I rarely have anything done to it these days! Pull my name on social media and you'll see i stand by my words :) As for Hennah Salon in general it is a gorgeous salon, the service is always amazing (they even give you expresso with the really good cookies they give you on planes LOL if you know.. you know!) and I highly recommend them! Amazing location, has that cute/upscale look that makes your salon day truly feel like a girly salon day with great prices for the beach- I love it.

Thank you and I'll prolly visit again when Im visiting back in Miami.

Amy arrived, wasted no time in analyzing my needs and my daughter in law's needs. As a matter of fact, my daughter in law's makeup was more beautifully done than at her own wedding. When i called the number on the listing Amy answered and right away i could tell she was a true professional, the next day when she came to my home her artistry skills transformed me into the true princess I wanted to be for that evening. She helped with color theory, hair looks and even with accessory styling. I took a chance on a stranger not knowing anyone in this town and she turned out to be a truly gifted, well pedigreed professional that has worked with many well known and famous names yet she is wonderfully laid back yet gracious and will make you feel at ease and look your best!! It felt so cozy and made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. The treatment itself (Brazilian blowout) was amazing too. She took her time to make sure everything looked good, even going so far as giving me a complimentary trim so that the ends didn't look fried once the treatment was done. She really cares about your satisfaction and you looking & feeling good! She also provides you with all the info you need for post hair care and even provides you travel sized bottles of a booster and bonder. It's been hard for me to find a hairdresser I love here (I once had my scalp literally burnt at a nearby salon when getting keratin) but I finally found the perfect fit! Very satisfied overall

I have never in all of my years had a stylist completely ignore me. I was so disgusted by the color he turned my hair I left in the middle of my cut I couldn't be around him for another moment. My highlights that were supposed to be golden blonde but they are orange but the most disturbing part about the highlights is that they do not go all the way down to the end of my hair they are literally just in the middle of my head. I have never been so upset about my hair. I just moved here was hopeful that since i was referred to him he would be good, but he is horrible. To make matters worse I reached out to the salon they told me the owner was going to make time for me to come in to FIX the disaster, after weeks and weeks with NO response from their salon I gave up.

I literally needed a 15min hair cut. It wasn't the fact that she was running behind what bothered me, it was the way the receptionist handle the situation. Her tone was so unprofessional, she basically told me " I don't know what to tell you, either come later or another day". I was being inconvenienced and on top of that no reasonable solution was offered to me. Their "solution" was to come back later or not come at all. There was no consideration for my time. I am pretty understanding when things happen but what makes a difference it's how it is resolved and handled. I really liked Esneda, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this place. Costumer service and professionalism is a must for me, and I don't believe this is a priority for them.
