I have been coming here for a long time and always had a good experience. Today, I had an appointment for 11:30am and they called me at 11:20am to let me know the hair stylist was running about one hour behind ( I was already outside the Salon). I literally needed a 15min hair cut. It wasn't the fact that she was running behind what bothered me, it was the way the receptionist handle the situation. Her tone was so unprofessional, she basically told me " I don't know what to tell you, either come later or another day". I was being inconvenienced and on top of that no reasonable solution was offered to me. Their "solution" was to come back later or not come at all. There was no consideration for my time. I am pretty understanding when things happen but what makes a difference it's how it is resolved and handled. I really liked Esneda, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this place. Costumer service and professionalism is a must for me, and I don't believe this is a priority for them. read more

CRISTINA has been so amazing from day 1! I started getting haircuts with her about 2 years ago. I'd never had highlights or anything done to my hair because I was always afraid that it wouldn't look good or natural... so when I finally decided to do it I knew I had to go to someone I trusted! I was very nervous and explained to her that I really wanted a natural look. Cristina has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable so she makes you feel comfortable about it. In the end it was 10 times better than what I had imagined! Im in love with my new look! She is the BALAYAGE EXPERT!! I waited some time to write my review because I was trying to convince myself that I didn't pay $420 for someone to completely destroy my hair. I moved and wanted to find a hair dresser near me, Claudia had great reviews and so did the salon so after some research I went to them. I asked for a haircut and a balayage and said I wanted it to look natural and I wanted to have face framing highlights in the front. I have been getting my hair done for the past 8-9 years and never in my life has there been an issue with my hair and bleaching. In fact, my two trusty hairdressers that unfortunately live too far away from me have both commented on how quick and easy my hair takes color and how nice it is that my hair never turns orange when bleached. After 5 hours in Claudia's hair I left the salon happy and with my hair styled not knowing that when I washed it a few days later I would discover fried off chunks of hair and about 5 different tones of highlights ranging from white to yellow to orange (see attached photos). I called the place and let them know I was unhappy to which they gave me an appointment and did an olaplex hair mask and "corrected the color" which further turned my hair orange and cause more hair in the front to be fried off (see pictures). Claudia was apologetic and all and explained how this had never happened to her, which I can understand, but that doesn't fix the fried off hair or the fact that I had to take another day off and pay $380 elsewhere to get my hair redone and corrected. I am giving two stars because I recognize they tried to help but I would of much rather appreciated her stop the process the second she realized things were going off course with the bleach. read more

I've been getting my gel manicures and pedicures here for over six months with Madelyn and she never disappoints. She's very experienced, works clean with detail, and cares about doing good work that leaves me feeling happy. The ambience of this space is relaxed and lends itself well to making friendly conversation with personnel and other clients making the space feel like home with family. Took her 1 hr and 45 mins to do just a dip manicure bc she didn't know, not to use the power file after done to smooth down her lumps she left, which then took off all the color, she had to do it again. She cut my cuticle, painted on top of most other cuticles with the dip manicure. I'm curious to know if this will even last after my nails start to grow out. Then to do my regular pedicure, she messed up the regular paint and attempted to fix it my tapping it with her finger, of course it didn't work. I loved my experience here, but my 5 stars is more about a specific moment. I asked for flash highlights, and they ended up giving me something more (loved it, just a more expensive service). When I went to pay, they told me the new amount and I was really taken aback as that's not what I had asked for. Christina (who did an amazing job with my hair) came over and right away rectified the situation, and charged me only for the flash highlights. Where do I start?! Oh yes with Alexandra! I get busy and it takes me a while to go to the salon for my hair but Alexandra understands that and took the time to get it right. I'm blonde with ash but I had about three different colors with the growth included orange and my dark brown roots and she did several processes (which is gibberish to me) that includes color correction, balayage, added highlights, ombré, and a cut and left my hair PLATINUM PERFECTLY! A good mani/pedi is hard to find in Miami. It's almost impossible, in fact, especially at a decent price. When you find the perfect gem, part of you wants to share it with the world, and the selfish, vain part wants to hide it and keep the manicure queen all to yourself. Luckily for you I'm feeling generous today. Monica is the single best manicurist from whom I've ever received services. She's fast, detailed, friendly, and last but certainly not least, gives a lovely pedi massage. We all know that the kryptonite of a manicure is its staying power. My girl's manicure stayed perfect for an entire week! No I'm not lying! And the pedi, even longer of course. The salon itself is small but comfy. The manager is a lovely kind young French woman who is accommodating and brings you mimosas. Due to the small location it may be difficult to book an appointment during your time slot of choice, but in my opinion it's worth the wait. The Salon gets new colors in almost every week and they do a great job curating selections that are fun and bright. I came here on a Groupon and am going back next week under regular prices - still a steal. Tips on the location: it's a small store front on the east side of Biscayne between 24 & 25. In addition to being one of the lovliest people I know, she's a goddess when it comes to her craft; she's the only person I let color my hair. She is so open to whatever I want but always has great advice to help make my dreams match up with what can reasonably be done. She'll spend hours and hours if she has to, making sure my dark brown base lifts without becoming a fried mess. Mani pedis are $28 (before tip) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The mani-pedis are average/good. The staff is friendly and the French girl at the desk is always very helpful. It seems they recently got some new nail polish colors so that is a plus. The manicurist does a good job but the reason they don't get more stars is because she doesn't file my nail ridges, the tools they use to scrub the feet aren't that great, and they re-use the tools on customers without much cleaning in between customers. I've seen her do a light alcohol spray to disinfect the tool that is used to push your cuticles back but no disinfecting of any other tools. The regular price mani-pedi is not cheap enough for them to skimp out on these essential steps. They also need a website. It's a 3 star place and meets the minimum needs for a neighborhood spot. read more

Fantastic little shop. I always have a super busy schedule and this place is a one stop shop for everything: hair, waxing and nails. Christina is a total rockstar - she trained for years and years in high quality/intensity salons in New York before coming to Miami and is the true definition of a pro, really understands hair and knows how to make it looks great! She also does all kinds of trendy braiding, a la Kendall Jenner and charges a reasonable price. Have personally not got my hair colored with her but hear amazing things. She's also great to chat with, very cool lady. Best hairdresser I've gone to in Miami. I also get my nails/toes done here every week ($45 for Shellac mani and regular pedi) and they do a great job. Alla is a real pro and honestly you can't go wrong with the rest of the nail techs either. Not to mention they will serve you mimosas while you wait!
