I quite literally have a screenshot of the text message where you guys texted ME confirming the appointment with Jesus. I will now be adding this to Yelp as well since you're determined to fabricate. Not only is he the most affordable stylist on your website, but when I asked him if Laura was the only blonde specialist, he said yes. If your blonde specialist can't even handle basic blonde coloring, why would I trust a novice stylist at your salon. Your continued intent to lie is not only a poor demonstration of your integrity as a person but on your business especially. I firmly believe most of your google reviews are paid for, and this is just a poor attempt of damage control to maintain the facade. When I texted stating that I was uncomfortable coming back, I didn't even receive a response. You label yourself a luxury salon while failing to deliver what qualifies as luxury, whether that be in customer service or the actual service.
