They are tidy with the hair clippings, but they were messy with everything else. All of the stylists (including my own) are able to communicate with ease, but the shampoo girl and the woman who runs the cash register and counter have a very difficult time with the English language. If you plan on using your debit card to pay for services, make sure you have cash on hand for tip. The surly cashier will not allow you to add tip onto your bill. Monti, my stylist, has been a stylist for ages and is very skilled with a pair of scissors. He cuts hair with concentration and precision and doesn't chat your ear off, which I appreciate. In rating this place, I gave it 3 stars based on an average (4 stars for the stylist and 2 stars for the salon). Again, this place accepts credit and debit cards but does not allow you to add tip to the bill. Make sure to bring cash for tips. The stylist should not have to suffer for management's odd rules.
