All my communication with Jessie was via email. I booked 3 months in advance and when that day came, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Jessie sent me Osi and she was very professional. She was running a little late but made sure to call and let me know. She set everything up quite fast and in literally 30 minutes I was done! She seemed inexperienced, but was kind. She told me she would send over pictures that she took, but never did. The response I received back from Gabby after providing my honest and transparent feedback was surprising and disappointing. She was backing up her stylist more than anything and had never even seen my hair. The make up was horrible. Communication with her is horrible. I had to edit my entire face. You can see in the pictures the difference. Also I can't leave a bad review on the knot because she disputed it. She is expensive. I hired her for an engagement shoot for the entire time, she was paid. She was on her phone with another client when I paid her to be there for me. So unprofessional... thank god I did not hire her for my wedding. I saved the $$ and the headache.
