A12 did a great job, finally, after having to run it through a 2nd time. I did notice the issue with load options that had a $.50 selection offered. These machines only take $1 coins. That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. Other than that, the location is clean, and the owner was great to work with.

Don't play I don't understand because I'm an immigrant myself and that doesn't get you anywhere with me. They offer a machine that gives you their coins to pay for the machine but they are $1 each, they have the washing machines at $8.50 or $6.50 and they wanted me to just leave it as it was. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound.

They have not communicated with me except for when I call and I get the response, "we have to call the manager". Then I'm told the owner is refusing to answer the employees calls about it. I'm sick to my stomach. They have avoided me at all cost. Did I mention I've already paid for my blanket, just to return home with THE WRONG ONE! Had to return that the same day, but didn't receive my money back because I was "promised" the right one the next day. Nope. Still weeks later, and NOTHING! I've also made the thirty minute drive there countless times! This is the most unprofessional, CROOKED business I have EVER dealt with! You better hope you never have any issue with them because they are very dishonest people and will screw you over to save their butts in a HEARTBEAT!

Ms. Ida saved my life y'all! Okay, I may be exaggerating a little. She didn't literally save my…read morelife, but she did save my derby dress, and that's pretty much the same thing. Before you read further, this review is strictly for alterations, not dry cleaning. I bought my dress knowing it was a tad bit too long. I took it to a different dry cleaner closer to my house and they butchered it (and also insisted that I have the brand new dress dry cleaned as well as altered). I had other things done at the same time so I don't know exactly what it cost just for the dress, but $25 is a very close estimate. I was devastated when I picked up the dress. I just couldn't wear it like that. I thought I might be able to have it altered again but I knew I only had one shot at it. I asked people I trusted and decided to go with Ms. Ida at Waite's Cleaners. It was a great decision! Ms. Ida had me try on the dress and she took measurements. It was an inch longer in the front and a half inch longer in the back than the sides. She told me she would do what she could but couldn't make any promises that she could fix it as it has a very full skirt and she wasn't sure how the other place had previously altered it. I picked my dress up today and it's perfect! She is amazing! She's sweet and friendly too. I seriously love Ms. Ida! If you need any alterations, she's the lady you can trust to do it right! It took her about a week to make the alterations and she charged me $15. Seriously, I'm so happy I wish I had more clothes to be altered. When I do, you can bet I'll be going to see Ms. Ida!
