Had an emergency plumbing situation and needed a plumber asap. Called a couple of plumbing company and I was just transfered to a voicemail to leave a message. My third call was answered by Rachel and she asked me a couple of questions and she right away understood and told me whats going on and gave a price qoute for the job and dispatched a plumber right away, gave me an ETA and sure enough ealier than what was the ETA Javier arrived and right away worked on the issue. I made an appointment for Friday between 12-2 pm. At 3:30, I called to see what was going on. They said there was an emergency and they weren't showing up but were just going to call me. I wasn't thrilled about wasting 3 hours of my time but rescheduled for today. So they didn't make the appointment window because the guy went to lunch and was running late. A good plumber is hard to find. Look no further because these guys are great! I had them come out to give me three estimates in all. Reasonable prices and great service. Just had my thermocouple replaced on my water heater recently and they were the cheapest place in town. They also had the parts ready when other plumbers said that I would have to order my own parts and have them come out to install it. They recently went high-tech and will send you a text when your plumber is on the way. A garbage disposal installation is next for me. Will review again upon completion. read more

My family and I have been without water since Saturday. I called two previous plumbers who came by to "take a look" and each one gave me the run around about how it's the weekend and they can't get the parts. I called Xtreme on Sunday at 11AM and the technician (johnathan) was at my house by 11:20AM. It took him a little over an hour to get it fix, but he did a great job. It was easy to tell that he had pride in his work. Everything worked as expected and he made sure to clean up after himself. I will be calling them for any future plumping needs. read more

Fixed my issue with my tankless water heater over the phone. Amazing customer service!!!!

Called for a toilet clog on a friday evening. Initial quote was $104. After trying to use an auger, plumber asked to remove toilet. Toilet was removed and drain was eventually cleared. Total time - 2.5 hours. Clean out located directly outside of restroom was not utilized. Plumber advised clog was further down the line since the auger did not work. Final price from the plumber was $365. which was paid in cash. No receipt was given. Was never advised of a price increase. Called the office phone after the plumber left and advised them of the price. They said that was not the correct price and that they would refund at least $100. after speaking with the owner/manager monday morning. On Monday, the office notified that they would be sending a reimbursement check for $100. with a receipt. Asked again why such a high price and was told all main line drain cleaning is a standard $265. charge. Was never told this at the time of the service. Asked why the clean out was not utilized to which they responded the clog was close to the toilet and the clean out would not have worked. 2 different stories from the office and the plumber that came out. Have used numerous plumbers that were nowhere near this price and that would update the price increase as needed. Also, never heard of not giving a receipt at the completion of the job. Will not recommend or use this company again. read more
