This place was recommended to us by Ray at Auto Glass Repair Center. He spoke highly about this business so we came by and THANK GOD WE DID!! My husband has had his Chevy Silverado 2000 since the day it came out. So it had been beat up pretty bad over the years (by others who apparently can't drive). The door was bent pretty bad -- so water would get in when we got a car wash -- dents/scratches everywhere, the paint was peeling, rust on the rear light, the front bumper was crooked and the license plate was literally hanging. It was in bad shape. Their location is like a hidden gem. There's a rug store right next to it. When we got there we were greeted by Oscar. He gave us the rundown on everything and gave us an unbeatable price! The thing that stood out to us the most was his honesty and how humble he was. He is a man of his word and we were able to trust him right off the bat. He lays it out the table, gives it to you straight and doesn't give any added "payment surprises" at the end. It shows that he really cares about the client and how his work can bring happiness back into their lives. We left the truck at his shop for a little over a week and was able to pick it up today. The quote was pretty reasonable and they could start the work as soon as I drop off my car on the same day. Since he had to order a part and it'd take 2-3 weeks to arrive, he informed me as soon as he found out. I got my car back with body work/paint job completed as he promised, so it didn't cause too much inconvenience to me. It is now a little over a month since I had work done here and I am very happy with the outcome. I wanted to paint the roof of my Lexus black (cosmetic) and had gone to and called many places with outrageous prices (some were 3-4 times what Xtreme Paintworx charged me) I decided on checking this place out and I'm glad I did because Oscar and Giovanni were very helpful and clear as to what they do and how passionate they are about it, even giving me a tour of the shop and explaining exactly what their services are and that's when Oscar recommended a Black Pearl (same as Lexus) paint for the roof to match the white Pearl on the rest of the car at no additional cost. This place was recommended by a body shop he had previously used. Yesterday I went with my husband to pick up his car. We were greeted and helped by Giovany. He was very nice and patient. He showed us to the finished car and patiently waited as my husband inspected every inch of his car. My husband is very pleased with how the paint job came out and my husband is very critical and has high standards. If he saw something that he did not like he certainly would have mentioned it. We have used another large chain paint and autobody shop in the past. They were fancy but very expensive. This shop delivered a complete paint job at half the price that the large chain quoted. This shop might not have a fancy sign, lobby, or shuttle service but they are very nice and do a great job. I have a scratch on my car door and I plan to return to this shop to have it repaired. I brought my car in on May 13 and paid in advance 600 with the balance to be paid when the car is done. I have been to the shop and telephoned repeated only to be told my car isn't done. I have even called Terrance's direct line who is the mechanic on my car only to find out my car isn't even on the property. I have made every attempt to pay the guy only to be told he is out. Terrance is subletting his space. I haven't had a car and he stated he only had a hour and a half work on the car. As I write this it is now June 6th. I had to promise legal action in order for him to return my calls. He then had the nerve to tell me that my car is so tore up that he had to spend more and try to charge me more than the invoice with the repairs listed. I would never recommend this place to do anything. read more
