My 5 and 7 year old grandsons had fun. We were not told that there were time blocks that we could jump in and stopped after about 45 minues to eat. When we were done eating, our jump time was almost up. Had I known this, I woulld have waited to eat. Prices were not what was listed on the website and I ended up spending much more money than I thought I would. Additionally the games were pretty pricey to play with few tickets won for playing. Just had a huge party here tonight for my 8 year old. The staff was AMAZING!!! Brad, our host was super on point and attentive to our parties needs. Jonathan, the manager was super accommodating.. always in high spirits and ready to help. We just had my son's birthday here last night. It started off great, our host got us all checked in and the kids had a blast in the air park. However, when it came time to eat pizza our host was too busy flirting with the girls working there to help serve pizza, cake or drinks so my husband and I did it all. For paying over $500 I didn't expect to have to serve our party while our party host chatted it up. We didn't get any pictures or videos of any of this time due to being the servers. hi-ya! There are a lot of laser tag-esque places, but when it comes to professionalism, cleanliness, consistency, and reasonably tasting food this place pretty much nails it. The staff are really good at what they do--and that is keeping everybody on time, ensuring questions are answered, food served, issues resolved and allowing everybody to have a good time. I've never encountered or seen anybody have issues with young kids they employ. The food is actually reasonable. It's not 5-star amazing, but for a place that has bounce houses, laser-tag and games...it's good. The pizza is fresh and made to order. The bathrooms, games, common areas, and laser tag is super clean. Nasty ghetto dirty is not there. My little niece just turned 7 and we celebrated her birthday at XtremeCraze in Rocklin. This is our 4th birthday party at this location (my son 2, niece and nephew 1 each). It's always fun to get together and celebrate birthdays especially for kids since they always have a blast. My son and nephew were treated to a round of Laser Tag which is a must play if you're here. The little ones played in the bounce houses and other video games. There's also pizza , drinks and goodie bags for the birthday invitees. I also played a few games and had fun chasing the little ones around. We rate this place at 5 stars for excellent service and plenty of games to keep the little ones occupied. I give at least 2 stars because my toddler loves this place. I hate to write a bad review but hopefully management can see this. This place is HOT. Way too hot! I dont even jump and wait outside but seriously can't we turn on the AC? Last time the fan wasnt even on and my poor boy was soaked. I am not sure how this place cleans but it is gross to watch other kids swear being all over the jumping place and I havent seen any staff clean it. Ok I dont see where the hype is for this place. Everything is so basic with exception to laser tag. I brought the kiddos during summer, hoping I could catch up with work while letting them do their thing, as I've done this in the past with places like Wacky Tacky, but this was not possible here. I was hoping they'd have quiet seating area for adults, but seating is limited to that surrounding the "food area" and the bounce houses which of course, is a very noisy area. Hard to believe they even have a functioning food area since not a single employee was running this section and it took us getting an employee to come over and assist. Arcade area seemed very limited, not many games, and only 2 players can participate in VR at a time. Prices are a bit high so I'd look at combo deals based on day to get the best bang for your buck. read more

Their laser tag arena is really well built, with two stories and multiple areas to hide etc. The jump houses are massive and very fun for the kids. I'm so glad that I decided to have my son's birthday party at Xtreme Craze this year. They took care of every detail from the food/drinks to the decorations and games. All I had to do was show up with the cake and party favors. Xtreme Craze could've taken care of the party favors as well but my son wanted to make his own for his friends. Our host, Payton, was an absolute rock star. He was nice, polite, respectful, and extremely professional. He was constantly talking and laughing with the kids. He really made sure that they had fun and that the party ran smoothly. He gave us advance notice whenever the kids changed activities and when it was time for the pizza and cake. My son and his friends had so much fun playing in the huge airpax and arcade. They ran around for hours just playing and being giggly and silly. I so love that. Not just for kids! I came here for a work related team builder event. We had a great time playing the various arcade games and bowling. However, the highlight for me was the laser tag. This was my first experience playing laser tag. I've been peripherally aware of it for years but never had a reason to actually play it. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space (I had always envisioned grimy interiors), the equipment, the game's data tracking, the customer service, the ambience of the laser tag game arena, the construction--it all truly set a high benchmark for me. I actually came from out of state, so it is now my goal to find an equally great place where I live. We had a Birthday party for my niece. The place was perfect but the host Liam was awful! He acted like he hated his job and we constantly had to get water refills,soda , plates and napkins. He barley would come around. Then tried to kick us out, when the lady in front told us we could stay as long as we wanted! My wife and I took our four kids and 1 nephew here on a Friday night. The place was great! Lazer Tag was fun and the kids really had a blast. The arcade area was a great combo of carnival games and standard arcade games. The bounce area with the obstacle coarse and air slides where a pleasant surprise and we had no idea they had these. The food was good! We ordered a pizza and it was better than expected. Overall a great experience and although it was busy with multiple parties and groups it never felt crowded or packed. We have been waiting a year and a half for them to open up again and they finally did. Woohoo!! My kids love this place. We've been coming here for years, had birthday parties here and many years of summer camps. Charles the manager is amazing, always makes sure the kiddos have fun !!!. Its clean and fun for all ages. 3 Huge bounce house's for 12 and under, bunch of arcades and of course lazer tag that my 5 year old really enjoys. Extremely small. Way overpriced!!! Compared to any other "large" arcade place this could fit in one of their pockets. A complete joke. Spend your money elsewhere and definitely on some place better than this place. I looked for a park but it was too hot to be outdoors for very long. Plus, we'd just spent time moving my daughter into her dorm. So we were hot and tired. We spent the two hours in The Dollar Tree next door. Way more fun! And I got some awesome new books for $1. When it comes to kid's venues, this place is a favorite for a few reasons. First, the "crazy zone" has no time limit unlike other jump facilities. This can really help you stretch your dollar if you are looking for a few hours of activity in an indoor place. There are only three inflatables (huge, though) so I could see a kid getting bored if they came alone. But for the two boys I nanny for, they played on those for like 3 hours. Second, the laser tag is pretty cool! It's a little pricey but for the length of play and the interior, i think it balances out. Third, the food is a small step above other kid's facilities and is reasonably priced. Fourth, it is pretty clean throughout. The best part though was the customer service I received. One of my kiddos ran out of laser tag crying (his first time playing) and the guy working gave him a card for him to play some games while everyone else finished laser tag. Bought a groupon for laser tag. We only had 4 people, 1 adult and 3 kids. It was fun! But it would have definitely been more fun with more people. It there wasn't a lot of action when playing with only 4 people. This place would be good for parties! The games part of it, there aren't many games to play. DnB or Fun Factory has a lot more games to play, however this place has a lot more space. Games vary between 1 and 4 tokens. They also have the inflatable jumping houses. read more

A few of us came on a Friday night (between the ages of 13-21). We payed for one session each which was a total of 40 minutes for $16 each. With the Yelp check in, one session of laser tag was actually $14 (two dollars off). Laser tag was extremely fun and I would definitely come back. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we ended up sweating (so come prepared). The place was pretty big with many obstacles added to make it fun. The game rules would change throughout our session which added a fun twist to the game. I know they have deals on different days so I would recommended this place for anyone but check before coming in for the savings. Be prepared to get separated from your group. Everyone who signs up for the laser tag session will be placed in random teams (this made it more fun). Definitely recommend to anyone! I didn't expect to enjoy myself that much! read more

First impressions as we walked in: great parking, very clean, excellent air conditioning, definitely enough here to entertain the kids (14, 11, 6, 2) and one Awesome Grandpa (maybe 60ish)for an hour or two, it smells good in here ....hmmm....do I smell pizza? The young man who checked us all in ( Cory) was polite, professional, and friendly. Everything is loaded onto cards, and the kids can earn points when they play video games. Just like other places, they use these points to purchase little trinkets/candy/toys. Not a ton of junk, a variety of choices- not as ridiculous as Chuck E Cheese. It's nice that they don't have tokens,tickets, or Money to keep track of. My crew and I had a blast here. The older kids, Dad, Grandpa, and Auntie, all played laser tag. The younger two played in the inflatables. I appreciate that there are three separate inflatables and that they're only for younger kids. This keeps things from getting hectic. I never once lost sight of my two year old (rare). They provide some challenges with climbing, twists, and turns. The snack bar is conveniently located where you can still keep and eye on things as you order/sit and eat. After the kids had snack of chips and Icees, we all played video games. My favorite game was called "Go Ballistic" and I highly recommend that you try it out. They also have ride on games, shooting games, skitball, air hockey, and a basketball game that Grandpa kicked some major behind at! The laser tag gets two thumbs up, the inflatables are great, the snack bar seemed decent, and we all enjoyed the arcade. I like that even though this place isn't huge, it is spaced out beautifully. Every single staff member was courteous. We will be back for sure. Here are some ways to improve: Pretty Please add some retro games. We'd love to see any of the following: a pinball machine, Centipede, Pacman/Ms. Pacman, Gauntlet, anything throwback. A game or station with photo opportunities. We just had our son's birthday party at Xtreme Craze. We arrived a bit early and our kids were left to play at the bounce area free of charge, which we appreciated so much. As with any place, it can be nothing without its staff. Well this party was an absolute HIT thanks to our amazing party host COLTON. Colton was out of this world. The kids were laughing, sweating and just having a blast with him. He entertained the kids at every stage of the party (playing laser tag, jumping on the bouncy slides, playing arcade), Colton made the difference, he made my son feel VIP on this very special birthday. I hope he gets recognized for his amazing customer service and for being so genuine and fun for the kids. We are very impressed. We had my sons birthday party this weekend and I was blown away by the level of organization and enthusiasm the staff has. Timbre was our party server and was exceptional. She was great to work with and was so kind to all the kids while keeping them on schedule and in the areas they needed to be. She would be an asset to any business. Their party system is so streamlined and easy that I basically did zero work other than sending out invites. They even write down a list of gifts for thank you cards! They have a solution in place for everything and had issues fixed before I even knew about them (i.e. kids forgot socks for bounce house or guests showed up too late to laser tag). Chris our host is the best! The entire staff at extreme craze is fantastic but our host chris was attentive from the minute we showed even though we showed up 30 minutes early. The only problem we had the entire day was there was an oversight with the amount of adults we were bringing and they only had enough tables for the kids playing laser tag but it was corrected as soon as possible to our satisfaction. My son James was celebrating his 11th birthday and in the past no matter where we had celebrated his birthday we had never had the level of service that Chris gave us as a host anywhere! He was extremely attentive every minute we were there. He impressed all 40 of our guest. We bought the lowest package and added in extra players and we ordered 10 extra pizzas on top of the 3 we received with our package. We had 17 players and over 20 adults to feed and for the price we paid the best bang for your buck. We had 5 left over pizzas and we managed to feed all 40 people. The facility is very clean and super fun. The entire staff is helpful and happy. This is a fantastic birthday venue for any age!! read more

I was actually surprised at how large this place was upon my initial entrance. I thought it was going to be simply a laser tag place and that's it. I wasn't expecting there to be a game room and a little corner with bouncy houses along with a little spot for parties. It was a welcome surprise. Also, there were tvs so we were able to watch the football games while the kids played (of course occasionally looking over to make sure the kiddies were okay running around in the bound houses and/or the game room area). The party concierge people were very helpful. Even the managers were friendly and basically catered to every party whim. They kept the kids in line and managed to gather them all together for their laser tag time. They managed to get the rules into their skulls and have them follow the rules to the best of their abilities. They even served our cake and pizza slices to us. They poured our drinks, cut the cake, and served additional plates of food to whomever wanted or needed more. I'd expect some of that service for the kids but not the adults. I was shocked and amazed. The service, the play area and the laser tag were incredible. My only gripe is the snack bar. The customer service staff there were really rude and unaccommodating when kids would ask for a cup of water or a soda that came with the party package (which was even upgraded )to the highest package along with adding various extras). It came to the point that the manager had to come by and clear up the misunderstanding. This still doesn't excuse the fact that the guy behind the counter was rude to my godson for asking for some water when he's clearly the birthday boy and clearly needed water. Other than this, I would definitely love this place and give it the 5 stars but that situation simply just made me "like" this place. I may consider it for one of my son's birthdays.
