Harley Bidwell of Xtreme Clean is attempting to complete home construction/remodeling as well as a cleaning service. He is inexperienced, dishonest, and creates excuses for delays. He stated that it would take one week to remodel our shower. It took them 8 weeks and they had to come back four times to fix things they had not done correctly. They literally had to tear out brand new tile because they didn't slant it at the correct level for it to drain into the shower. We had water running into our bathroom floor. He doesn't show up and then makes excuses for not being there (ex. blow out, pickup towed, kid sick, he's sick, on and on), he blames companies for delaying orders or ordering the wrong things when it was him that placed the orders. He made messes and never cleaned up after repeatedly saying they would clean, and he hires cheap inexperienced contract labor and blames mistakes on them. He first stated he has a 25 year warranty, then changed it to 15 year. He repeatedly told us he would email the warranty to us and has yet to do so. Our shower has places where the grout has already fallen out, the caulking looks like a 2 year old did it, and the tiles are not flush. Terrible job! read more
